More than what we expected. Clean and tidy and a good location. The beach is on the doorstep with lovely sunsets just very unfortunate that the freedom campers leave a fair bit of rubbish around ( not to he motels fault though) We had a lovely spacious unit with plenty of heating and electric blankets. Kitchen was well equipped. Kitchen window could do with a blind up but other than that it’s a beautiful location

The units to stay in are very nice and well equipped. Just a small walk to the ocean so you get nice sounds to sleep to. The people that run the place are very nice and very good at they're job. Will definitely be going back with our baby next time to have a family holiday

We were very impressed with our renovated, spacious and comfortable unit - with such a gorgeous view of the sea and the sunsets. Good communication, easy self check-in and everything was very clean. Our little dog was welcome - and had a great time watching out the ranch slider - and going for walks. Loved having a full kitchen with gas hobs - and the heat pump ensured that we were nice and warm. We will be back...

Clean, spacious family cottage with complete kitchen. The view is amazing and plenty of space for the children to play. I can't think of anything else that we would have wanted out of our accommodation.

It had everything we needed. Separate lounge was a plus. Neat and tidy. Close to the beach and family just up the road. Will come again. Sunset was great wish I'd brought my fishing rod. Gardens are interesting. Don't be put off by the outer appearance.

Good place to stay for a large group in 3bdrm accommodation; great social space, + smaller units as well. Plenty of parking. All units were nicely presented and comfortable BBQ and fish cleaning station were handy to have. Easy access to Thames and near by fishing charters.

A great place to stay. Diane was great to chat to about our booking- friendly and informative. The position of the motel is wonderful- right next to the beach. Our unit was comfy, clean and tidy with everything we needed, and only a minutes walk across to where we could stroll on the beautiful sand. We were able to bring our little Chihuahua so it was a real family break. Definitely would recommend staying here- we will be back and try another of the units overlooking the beach. Thank you for an amazing break away.
