I stayed there for 7 nights from 11/07/22 to 18/07/22. My room was very comfortable, very clean, and very quiet. The restaurant food at dinner varied from excellent (mostly excellent) to very good. Motel staff were helpful and obliging. Overall, a clear 10/10 from me.
Location brilliant right opposite train station. Had 2 nights accommodation 2 bedroom two storey apartment brilliant, Comfy beds , clean , well equipped, washing machine , wc upstairs and down, reasonably priced. Restaurant was good, excellent meals. Nothing negative to say about our stay there, highly recommend 👍
Enjoyed a train trip to Kalgoorlie for 5 day stay. Quality Inn great location opposite Train Station. 2 adults plus 2 children so we enjoyed the two roomed apartment style accommodation. With Kitchen, washing machine and TV we enjoyed everything a family needs. Easy walking to lots of family friendly restaurants and museums. We hired a car for out of town exploring. Loved Coolgardie as well, an easy drive from Kalgoorlie. All up a fantastic holiday. Hotel had pool and restaurant and was in a quiet location. Highly recommend the whole adventure.
Very good motel just a short walk from the railway terminal in Kalgoorlie. The room no.17 faced tge railway line but was not not disturbed by train or car noise, plenty of room for 2 people, it included a kitchenette which was handy, the bed was very comfortable, the shower has room aplenty, only down was no internet, had to go to reception area for internet.
Nice and clean, our room had recently been renovated. Nice to have a microwave in the room. Good restaurant - we ate breakfast there both mornings (the only observation would be to add some fruit to the options 😊) and had one dinner there. Good selection of wines. Friendly staff at check-in and check-out.
Rooms are a good size and clean beds very comfortable. Meals are fantastic and extremely good servings staff very helpful and friendly. Motel is straight across from railway station and close to centre of town. Great stay thank you
This motel was recommended to us for our stay in Kalgoorlie. We have been very disappointed at the service we received. Reception staff on Saturday and person in the restuarant were rude and uninterested in assisting us. Beds were fine. Cleaning lady was pleasant. There were 5 of us staying and all had similar experiences. We will not be recommending this to others.
The dining is not good. Over the yesrs I have ordered a medium rare steak, in spite of taking particular care to advise the wait staff that I want my steak medium rare, as in pink in the middle, it has always been delivered well done and tough. I won't be eating dinners here again. The prices charged do not reflect the sub standard nature of the dinner meal. I have tried at least once a year over the years to see if their standard has improved, but sadly I am still disappointed.
Accommodation layout was ideal for 3 adults with 2 bedrooms and additional toilet downstairs. Outdoor clothes line in enclosed area at rear of apartment was an added bonus together with provided washer and dryer. Location is the major attraction and it is an short and easy walk to main street. Experienced Wi Fi issues. Initially informed by reception that they were not aware of any problems but the following day the response was that the server had gone down and they were working to have it rectified. Room was serviced daily during our 3 night stay and plenty of coffee and toiletries provided. Defrosting of fridge needs attention, noisy plumbing noises from shower and internal stairs creak and groan when in use. Linen hand towel provided for kitchen in lieu of a tea towel and only a small number of hangers for clothes were available.…
We travel to Kalgoorlie 2-3 times a month and normally stay at Rydges but this time they were booked out. We decided to stay here because of location and quickly realized why we travel that bit further to Rydges. Firstly this place was full of miners and they are noisy. I’m sure they think they’re the only ones there. Secondly the beds were hard, there was NO toilet paper in our room and we found empty stubbiest in the cupboard. I’m sorry but for the money I paid for our room I expect a lot better. In future if Rydges is full we will postpone our trip or book somewhere else. We won’t be back
