Stayed at Tara Lodge for 3 nights with a family of 6, check in was fast and friendly with a bottle of wine we didn’t expect. The house was magnificent 4 large bedrooms beautifully furnished with the main room with en-suite , a 2nd bathroom was spacious and beautiful. Quality of the towels was very good, the lounge dining area was massive and also a lovely foyer to play board games, all beautifully furnished, the kitchen was very well designed and the benches were massive , this place could easily accommodate 8 guests . The spa was very nice and felt Clean you could stay in the spa for ages , kangaroos roaming around the large property which is dotted with about 7 other holiday houses of all sizes. We drive to the pool as we had elderly with us , pool could do with some shade,

I stayed at the Chapel in April this year for 2 nights with my 12 year old son. I would have loved a few more days. Lovely cottage, well equipped with a stunning view from the verandah. You are further away from other cottages on the property here which adds to the tranquility. Having the tennis courts and pool was great. You can bush walk and bike ride being able to bring dogs was wonderful addition to our break. My advise do a big food shop before you drive in. It is rather bumpy and slow going in a sedan. Then stay put and just relax. We will definitely be back, next visit we will try a larger cottage with some more family

We stayed in 1 of the 8 cottages. They are well separated and very private. They have all facilities and are clean and well maintained. There is lots to do with your own tennis court, communal pool and mountain bike and horse riding. Mobile phone and internet is poor but so what! Dirt road access is ok and Forster/Tuncurry are nearby with good supermarkets, restaurants and a great oven pool. We will be back.

Stayed at the Chapel, really loved how quiet the mornings were... Even the birds are the peaceful type! Well maintained grounds, allowing us to enjoy the natural gorgeous scenes around us. Nice walks close by, we had a wonderful day at the beach too, which is only half an hour away. We did a grocery shop, and cooked all meals in our well equipped kitchen. The Chapel is so insulated we found we were always warm... Even without using the fire or air con! Thank you for making such a great property available, we hope to be back!

We stayed in The Summer House and we loved every minute of it, we had a private tennis court, in-house spa bath, volley ball court, full kitchen facilities, TV and three bedrooms. Dom and Nick were amazing and looked after everything for us. The tranquillity and peace of the property was just amazing. Be sure to book in for Horse Riding before you head up. I would suggest it's a great place to just get away from it all and relax. Note, the turn off road from the free way is a dirt road and is approx. 7K's long so it may not be suited to sports cars.
