From start to finish everything was great service the rooms are clean and very accomodating quiet place amongst animals on property other things to do onsite as well as go down to cessnock for restaurants and cafes has a cafe and restaurant on site country escape down the road to taste cheeses chocolates olives wines and more handy to get to the hunter valley gardens breakfast was included in our package as well as wine tasting and tours has a pool for summer definitely recommend this place for overnight stays or a few days

The views were spectacular, and the place is serene and tranquil. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We only stayed for two nights yet we enjoyed it. The room was clean and large enough and the beds were comfortable. The on-site dining room was very convenient with delicious meals and the staff there was very accommodating (especially Chris). The highlights were the Guided Vines Experience and the Wine Theatre. We learned more about the wine-making industry from the grassroots level. Incidentally, they did provide car transfers to and from the train. While waiting for the transfer after the check-out we could use the library The library had a wide variety of books and board games and a TV and CD player. We could borrow CDs from the Reception. Coffee/tea/water was also available. The only facility lacking in the library was a toilet/washroom. They did provide rackets and balls for playing tennis. However, the rackets were for kids; the balls were weather-beaten and the court floor had cracks.…

We stayed here for two nights. Our room overlooked grassland with horses. Very peaceful and beautiful scenery amongst the vineyards. The room was very spacious with a comfortable bed and everything you would need. The restaurant on site did breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great service and delicious meals. The resort was close to most of the wineries and there was also a walking track, swimming pool and tennis court. They also had wine tasting at this resort. Their is a laundry on site as well as a library.

Redeeming the package was very easy and efficiently handled by the Resort and Red Balloon. All the staff we interacted with were friendly, helpful and professional. The inclusions were excellent and availing ourselves of them was also an easy process. The accommodation was comfortable and clean. The on-site dining and bar facilities were convenient to access and provided excellent service and the efficiency and friendliness of the staff was excellent. This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Resort and it definitely won't be our last.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights. Everything was perfect! Our bedroom was very neat and had everything we needed. I was even able to borrow a hair straightener from one of the staff members. They went our of the way to make sure we were comfortable. We will stay here next time we visit the hunter.

This is an amazing magical place! From the spotless rooms, the friendly helpful staff, the quietness of the beautiful setting to the food fit for kings, and the cellar door - everything including a pool & farm activities make this resort a true gem in the Hunter. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff, the food, the spotless generous rooms, a gem!!

Entering the expansive property you are welcomed immediately by friendly staff. The Spa Cottage was cosy, quiet and comfortable with great views of the ranges. Highly recommended with great food options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Wine tasting available on site and adventure options for those so inclined.

Was so pleasantly surprised. I usually stay in self catering accommodation but will be staying here from now on. Rooms are great and the restaurant and activities are fab. Walking trails, segways, complimentary breakfast when booking directly and wine tasting. It’s such an easy place to base yourself in the Hunter. Loved it!
