3br de Saran condo at Cypress Lakes Resort was a fantastic stay. It suited our needs of 3 couples for the weekend perfectly. Fitted out with everything you would need to chill out and enjoy the company in beautiful surroundings. Never felt cramped and so well situated to the richness and enjoyment of the valley. Being able to curl up on the lounge in front of the fire and look out and enjoy the picturesque bush setting was fantastic. Released a lot of tension that had been building. Thank you

The rooms are cozy and the view are really nice. The environment in the resort are good. However, the booking procedure should be improved and the communication with customers should be more efficient. The breakfast should be well arranged.

Cypress Lakes is a very picturesque venue. The bush setting is beautiful. However, many of us had difficulty locating our rooms - the font on the map provided was so tiny I could not read it. Signage is very hard to read at night. There were many stairs to get to the room, then many stairs to get up into the room once inside. There is a narrow step on the opposite side of the front door which falls away to nothing, and I tumbled off it when I was leaving my room. I could not recommend this resort for anyone with visual impairment or mobility issues.

People with physical disabilities not catered for despite arrangements being promised at time of booking. Remote controls didn’t work because batteries were flat. We supplied and replaced the batteries but the TV signals were so weak that the TV didn’t work. Cleaners forget to clean and service our room. Guy with tattoos in the golf shop was rude and disinterested. Bistro staff were super helpful and friendly and the chef was accommodating - thank you.

Cypress Lakes resort - everything you need in Hunter Valley central, even golf. We enjoyed the two bedroom unit with balcony in the trees and a BBQ and self contained kitchen. Service and all questions were promptly sorted. Great unit and s place to return
