If you are looking for a clean, modern and self-contained apartment in the heart of Queenstown with fantastic views, then the Whistler Holiday Apartments could be the place for you. Rated 4 stars by Qualmark, our apartments are warm, private and within close walking distance for you to explore all of Queenstown’s great attractions. We are a five minute walk from the local supermarket Fresh Choice, five minutes from the Skyline Gondola and around ten minutes from the Lake Front. All of our apartments have a “walk out” balcony so that you can enjoy the fresh clean air of Queenstown and take in the stunning views of the mountains, gondola and paragliders. We provide a great base from which you can explore Milford Sound, the Fiordland National Park and the more general Southern Lakes region. Situated close to the Remarkables slopes, Coronet and Cardrona, we also offer a great location for any keen skiers and snow boarders looking to explore the slopes.

Warm, comfortable apartment with plenty of room for suitcases and people to move around. All necessities in the kitchen area. The heating was needed and easy to manage. I had 2 nights here at each end of a week after doing a cycle tour. Each check in time was past reception hours and keys were left for ease of access. Thanks you.

Pillows were really hard, so we only used one pillow , being a personal choice we would have liked a softer choice The toilet didn’t flush on arrival , however when we left for our wedding arrangements this was sorted, and we were thankful for that. The Portacot was also arranged at this time.

Lovely friendly helpful staff. Beautifully clean and well equipped apartment. It looked as though it had just been done with appliances seeming to be new. It had its own washing machine which was a nice surprise. A good location so it was easy to walk into town and also to the gondola which we looked on to.

Absolutely fantastic accommodation. If I could rate this more than 5 stars I would. Queenstown is very busy with lots of road works. This apartment is so close to town to walk but far out enough (just a couple of minutes) to avoid the noise and congestion. The apartment had everything we needed…spacious, clean, a fabulous view, all cooking and laundry facilities we needed, it has the most comfortable bed and lounge. We stayed 5 nights and felt so at home. Free parking was a huge plus in this town. The reception staff were so friendly and the price was so so competitive.

Parking is good. Centrally located but WiFi not as good as promised. Balcony is handy but there’s no window in main room nor screens on doors/windows so gets hot at night unless your using A/C. Washing facilities but no dryer in room- you need to find the drying room which we didn’t use. Overall this place is adequate for the price.

The apartment is in a great location with everything you need to stay for a while. It's fully fitted even with a washing machine and powder to do some clothes washing. They have thought of everything. Two flights of stairs to get there but that's nothing seeing as Queenstown is very hilly so this is built on the flat.

Overall, the room was well presented with a very comfortable bed/pillows, spacious bathroom (with heated floor ! a bit of a novelty as I've never had this before), and a kitchenette that had all the utensils etc needed to comfortably self-cater. The kitchenette, sheets, towels etc were all clean, and of good quality, especially in kitchenette. The rate was higher than we paid for most of our trip in NZ, so the better room finishes were in line with that. We didn't experience any noise from the street or other rooms during our stay (one night only) We had a car parked underneath - it was a tight fit but I managed to park and just open the door to exit.(we had a Hyundai Santa Fe). A larger car might be a struggle to park. It was an easy (flat) walk into the busier tourist/waterfront area - about 7-8 mins to water. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The building itself appears to be precast concrete panels, which on arrival did not seem very inviting, but the rooms themselves were really nice.
