Our apartment was quiet and spacious, with a good-sized sitting room/kitchen. Very convenient if you feel like buying food from one of the nearby supermarkets and making your own dinner, as we did. Free parking, good free wifi and an easy approx. 10 minutes walk into the centre

Awesome location close to town centre. Supermarket within walking distance. Parking available. Full kitchen facilities. Nice warm room with plenty of space. Some of the appliances could be updated as fridge didn't close properly. Would stay again.

A very handy location with off street parking. Quick walk to the town centre and to a supermarket Full cooking and laundry facilities in the unit which was handy. A bit average for the price paid - Service was the bare minimum - just towels ( not tea or coffee ) and often not

Hi Bob, Thanks for your recent review of the Whistler Apartments, I'm glad that you found us located in a good spot. Sorry to hear that your service was late some afternoons, we are in peak season now and our apartments are always very busy so sometimes, due to the cleaning schedule, room services can be slightly delayed. We hope this didn't impact your stay too much. In terms of the condiments, there is a notice above the complimentary snacks/tea in your room which says refills are available at any time from reception. Perhaps this may be a good idea to include it in room service so I will have a chat with my team about it. Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I really appreciate it. Many thanks, Naj

We stayed here for 4 nights. We arrived on a public holiday, but that was no worries. Our key was ready to go. We had a lovely apartment that looked over the park in front with views of the mountain and gondola. Apartment had a room with queen bed and also fold out couch. It was

Not sure we had one bedroom with a queen bed and a small bed with a very small window. Room was big though. Living area off the balcony was roomy as well and bright because of the sliding glass window.

Hello there. We were there in NZ spring so I wasn't paying much attention to the heating. I think there was an electric heater in the bedroom, I know there was one in the living room because I turned it off. The bathroom has a heated floor and big heated towel rail which is great for drying outdoors clothing. The room we stayed in had one double bed, so it may be they have different room types available. You could drop them an email about the beds. I contacted them a few times before we got the NZ to ask about parking and other travel stuff - they were always quick and helpful at replying.

There is no ocean anywhere near Queenstown. Don't know where you got that from. Ground floor is car parking underneath the units, no unit is on ground floor, all units are first floor or 2nd floor. It does not have spectacular views but still is very nice view. It is facing a main road but that road is quiet at night. Big plus, walking distance into town where there is no parking basically. - If you like the answer, please give it a Helpful tick - thank you.
