Its not news to Heritage Queenstown that they are playing with words when selling "lakeview" rooms. We saw another person make the same complaint as we were booking in. The reality is that any view of the lake is considered deluxe "lakeview", including a room that is next to the

There are little convenience stores just over akilometre away and a reasonable size supermarket 1.5km away. The first 300m is on a hill but then it is flat along the lake and absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of reasonably priced taxis and so walk in/taxi home is simple. Steve

Good afternoon Ellie and thank you for getting in touch with your question. We have an in-house spa with services provided by a local day spa, meaning bookings are essential. If you contact the hotel directly we can provide you with our product and price list, which does include manicures and facials. Kind regards, Mike Garvey General Manager
