    Great hotel except for leak in hall for entire stat
    This hotel is well serviced great facilities, quiet location on Lake Wakatipu near airport. The breakfast and all on site restaurant and staff are fantastic. Hopefully this plumbing problem will soon be fixed as it is the sole reason this resort is not five stars.

    For me the bed was too soft but many others would like that. Everything else was superb. We had a beautiful view of the lake from our room. Since we were jet lagged from traveling from FL, it was nice having 2 rooms so 1 person could sleep & the other watch tv as our bodies…

    Hi guys, does anyone know the hours that the shuttle ran?
    There is no Hilton shuttle to the Hilton, you have to book private transportation at an additional cost. For example, a taxi from the airport (10 min away) is NZ$32. There is only taxi or ferry (every hour) to Queenstown town at NZ$9 for a 30 min ferry or a 20 minute drive by taxi.
