We spent 3 nights at Hotel 115 and found it to be spotlessly clean, comfortable and perfectly located to easily explore Christchurch. Love the fact that it is situated inside the arched arcade with the little Christchurch tourist tram running right through. Our room had a great little balcony with a view down to the tram. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The included breakfast is served at the hotel next door, but there are also a number of great little places for coffee and meals really close by.

The location, as part of Cathedral Junction, was very central and provide easy access to both excellent restaurants and wonderful attractions. The in-room facilities were very good and on the whole very comfortable.
However, the bathroom need a refurbishment or rebuild, as it was very awkwardly arranged. The door was hung in such a way that it interfered with opening it, the light switch was outside of the room, the toilet was positioned so that I had to avoid the sink when sitting, and the shower had an awkwardly placed curtain, rather that any sort of divider, and drained poorly.

First time staying here and the location was great. Central to the museums, galleries, food, bars etc. The room was small but nicely appointed, quiet and clean. Staff at reception were very friendly. There is optional underground covered parking but you have to book this in advance and there is a small extra cost. Well worth staying if you want to be quite central to everything going on.

We booked for one night between Christmas and New Years Eve for a family staycation. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with easy walking to restaurants, bars, shops and nearby New Regent Street. The hotel and its rooms are beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches and utter charm. Having requested a roll out bed for our 7 year old, it was such a sweet surprise to discover it made up with whimsical children’s bedding complete with fluffy blanket and soft toys. Reasonably priced, I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique stay in the heart of Christchurch’s CBD.

Just loved our accommodation here last night! Paid $158 + $25 parking (parking outside beside the motel - GREAT money spinner for them). But so very nearly didn't book as guy on the phone kept saying how small our room was & it was really only used as a back up room & tried to sell us one for over $200!! The room was fantastic!! Had our own balcony overlooking the tramway & great size for the two of us. Option of another blanket would have been appreciated, reception closed when we went to bed. Noise from band until 2am down the road might bother some people but ok with us. Would definitely stay again & request that same room too!! Staff very pleasant & room spotlessly clean.

We stayed 2 nights in a quaint boutique hotel with a large room on the first floor which was convenient as it was easy enough to just use the stairs instead of the lift. The room had plush carpet and the bed was nice and comfortable. The staff were also friendly and helpful.
I chose this hotel as it was at Cathedral junction where we were hopping on the tram restaurant right outside the hotel. It is also a good location as it is close by to restaurants, New Regent, bars and not far if you want to do some shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern hotel in the centre of Christchurch. Perfect location as it is a walking distance to many cafes, restaurants and parks. The room is quite small with a double bed which was very comfortable. There is a nice communal area with the outdoor seating on the balcony, coffee, tea and a fruit platter on the 1st floor. Great service and value for money.

Such a great place to stay! Very comfortable, quiet and updated/clean! The team even contacted me the day before check-in to ask when I was coming in and make other arrangements if they weren't available at the front desk. The location was great - steps away from hop on/off trolley and very short walk to many restaurants. Laundry available a few doors down. Highly recommend this hotel!

Awesome location right close to nice restaurants and bars. Short walk to the river eateries and shops. Nice quiet room despite being above the tram line. Very clean. Comfortable bed. We got room 22 where the bathroom floods while you’re having a shower, but ask for a few towels and make a dam! The shower only gave us about 30 seconds of hot water, then was cold. This happened three days running, so hopefully they get it fixed quickly. Friendly staff and car parking available in a secure location. Great cafe a few steps outside the door.

We stayed in this hotel for 12 hours (early morning overseas flight out). The staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful in arranging transport to the airport at 3:15am. The hotel is very central and easily accessible. The plaza where the hotel is located is the starting point for the Christchurch trams (a must do) The Room was comfortable and clean.

We did not have a car
Sorry I dont think i saw the questions in time but i dont recamend this HOTEL at all thinking of the money side to.
Unless the HOTEL been done up because of the rooms differ in size and the staff did say that.
Dont except to much because the 4 star rating means nothing and my wife and I will never return.
They do not have apart rooms where there are two bedrooms and a kitchen for example. I do not think their rooms connect to others either.
Hi there! They have interconnecting rooms which are suitable for families as parents can sleep in one room and kids in the other.
There are no cooking facilities though, this is a hotel not an apartment. Check their website for details.
