My wife and I stayed at Peppers on a recent business trip to CHCH. The room was clean and tidy - the staff very friendly and approachable and the location beautiful with the lakes, stonework and walkways. Wish we had more time to walk around the golf course... For people who love peace and tranquility - this is a lovely place to rest and rejuvenate. The reception team provided us with a lovely cheese platter which we appreciated. Also - having a nice deep bath to relax in is something we appreciate! The breakfasts were very nice too!

If you can stay in a room starting with 4. The view over the golf course and lake is gorgeous. On our second stay we were in a room starting with 2 and it did not have a great view. It was also older and had a slightly funny bathroom

Our resort has 3 types of suites and 2 types of rooms that are suited for different preferences of our guests. As per your feedback, we believe that your first stay was booked for a Lakeview room and second stay for a King room that do not have a view. We understand it could be a discomfort if we book a room that is not suited to our likings.
