The Studio apartment has kitchenette facilities. We are positioned opposite the tranquil Ti Beach and only minutes’ walk to the Paihia shops and restaurants. Our family of four had a very comfortable stay for five nights in late January. The best thing about the apartment was that it was very well equipped with everything you might need, almost as if you were at home - e.g. everything from a huge range of tea to things like cling film and aluminium foil, which meant you didn’t have to purchase your own for one time use. All of the appliances and the kitchen utensils were of good quality, as were the towels.
Plumbed in filtered drinking water was much appreciated as the local tap water is not great.
The WiFi was fast and stable, with no complaints from data hungry teenagers. The washing machine worked fine and there were a couple of drying racks and plenty of pegs.
The location is excellent, with a good size supermarket less than 500 metres around the corner, plus a cafe and a takeaway fish and chip shop a few hundred metres in the other direction. Walking into Paihia for shops and restaurants was an easy 10 minute walk. Note that there is a steep driveway from the road to the apartments so people with mobility issues will struggle to walk this.
The weather was generally good which meant nice views out to the Bay of Islands. Beach towels are available (no charge) for the duration of your stay, so one less thing to bring.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visiting the Bay of Islands and it was great.
We were lucky that our apartment was ready long before the official check in time so thanks for allowing us in early! Each apartment has a designated parking spot. Our apartment was up a set of stairs (#7) and had an excellent view over the sea.
It has all you need - a well equipped kitchen, comfortable living area and a decent bathroom and bedroom.
It’s towards the end of the town on the main road but still only takes 10/15 mins walk to where the boats dock for the trips.

Thank you for your review ,glad to read you enjoyed your stay with us here in Paihia .You stayed in our One bedroom sea view apartment first floor level .Our views are worth a 'million dollars' looking out across the Bay out over towards the Historical township of Russell. we also enjoy views towards the treaty of Waitangi grounds ,where the treaty was signed in 6th Feb 1840 ,creating the nation of New Zealand as it is today .

Our family of five stayed in a two bedroom unit with two bathrooms and a full kitchen. It was a perfect base for our holiday. It was an upstairs unit, with a further flight of stairs to get up to the bedrooms from the living area, so a good level of mobility was required. The view of the Bay of Islands was spectacular. I especially enjoyed the stunning sunrises. The units are located about 10 mins walk along the waterfront from the main paihia wharf. It is a peaceful setting. I enjoyed hearing the swish of waves landing on the beach below. The unit was not serviced during our two night stay. There is one carpark (numbered) for each unit, and we were able to get our big ute in and out without undue difficulty.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review ,yes we have superior views from all our apartments , The two bedroom and two bathroom with the extra height has that little extra bonus to the view. The sound of the waves from the beach below and the sea breeze we get all adds to the experience of staying with us here in the Bay of Islands. Our apartments are set up to have everything you would have at home ,so making staying with us easy,and all locations may want to visit are in easy reach ,including the beautiful safe beach down below our facility. All apartments are serviced ,if guests follow instructions in our guest information folder we recommend reading ,if towels/mats /face cloths are placed on the floor in bathrooms all will be replaced.Rubbish is cleared. We don't make beds in our service's ,as we have found alot of guests make there own or leave personnel items on the beds which we don't disturb. Our information folder has all our services and helpful information guests will need to know when staying with us.

Nice view and clean with kitchen
No A/C has 3 little portable fans, Extremely steep narrow driveway. Can hear people above you going toilet shower etc and male owner/caretaker in room 11 just slammed door in my face only for asking for some extra milk as it was our second night staying said only get 1 per visit as it’s too expensive give milk every night, I offered to buy some said go to shop buy some slammed dr on me second time. Was a very rude person definitely in wrong job.

To our English guest. It is unfortunate that you have made so much about a 300ml box of milk that is only given out as a complimentary gift on checking in. As you were advised by the Duty Manager we only carry sufficient stock for our daily check-ins. We do not have a shop or carry extra boxes of milk. The duty Manager correctly advised you to head off to the supermarket just around the corner to make your purchase. All interaction with our guests takes place in our reception office, not in our private accommodation. You did over step the boundaries of a normal guest. Perhaps you were having a bad day, but your behavior to my staff was not acceptable under any circumstances. Take some time out and reflect on your action. Enjoy the rest of your holidays in New Zealand, but please do not carry on like this again while you enjoy the hospitably of New Zealand hosts.

We stayed here a few weeks ago and really enjoyed staying here. the apartment was really clean, fully equipped and had a great view.
The apartment consisted of a living area, kitchen area nd bathroom downstairs and 2 bedrooms and another bathroom upstairs. The main bedroom is huge.
There was also a balcony on the lower level with a BBQ and a view to die for.
It is a short drive or 10 minute walk into the heart of town and the wharf.
Would highly recommend these apartments.

We had a comfy 2 bed unit with a hot tub on the balcony and an amazing view of the bay across to Russell. The unit was thoughtfully provided with anything you might need; not brand new, but very clean and well furnished. Our parking spot was right outside. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the place was quiet and soundproof. We had a really relaxing stay and used it as a base to visit local attractions. The Waitangi Treaty grounds are just up the road, and there are plenty of local restaurants plus a supermarket just round the corner. Lovely spot!

The Blue Pacific apartment was just delightful! Very well-equipped and extremely clean and comfortable with views across the Bay to die for! The on-site manager was extremely helpful with providing details of local activities and restaurants.

Great apartment on the sea front. Apartment was extremely well equipped and the main bedroom with the sea view was was big and airy. Apartments are located about a 10 minute walk to the main area. Well stocked supermarket also around the corner.

Overall a pleasant stay apart from noise and smoking smell coming from adjacent balcony. Excellent location, magnificent views. Daily housekeeping is a bit of hit and miss though. Our bed wasn’t made and no vacuuming in span of our 3 nights stay. COVID-19 was an excuse for this but with no community transmission in NZ it looks like a money saving agenda from management.
However will definitely stay again when in Paihia.

We appreciate your feed back about your recent stay. We operate under the General Public Health Advice for Accommodation providers. Our House Keeper operate with a check list of the tasks to preform in each Apartment while we operate under Level One for Covid-19. The tasks we carry out are to provide a safe working environment for them. One of the requirements is to not enter bedrooms and to touch personal items. The House keepers also record what they have done and if they are prevented from carrying out any tasks because of the spread of personal items. All clients are provided an information / welcome letter at check-in of the services provided. There is also an information sheet on the dinning table of the Apartment repeating the services and explaining other restrictions in place. These requirements for our staff will remain in place while we operate under Level One or any other Level that we may be placed under by MBIE in New Zealand. All of New Zealand knows we are not free of this virus in order to return to normal.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a reasonable size fridge. Being what i think are individually owned but managed apartments there may be some differences between them but I think they will all be equipped in the same manner.
