A superior aspect offers all day sun. Bayview has a range of large yet cosy and comfortable units, each with full kitchen facilities. They are serviced daily and are renowned for their cleanliness. Credit cards are not debited immediately,but only during the 7 days before the day of arrival.

Great place to stay. Spacious rooms. We had sea view room upstairs with huge deck to sit on and watch life passing by. Super caring and helpful staff. Laundry facilities on site too.
5 min walk to centre with harbour, shops, supermarket, restaurants, cafes and bars, health centre and pharmacy. Convenient for going on boat trips or helicopter.
Waitangi Treaty Grounds 5 mins in car or easily walkable, mostly flat. Ngawha hot springs 20 mins away - great value and not busy - 16 geothermal pools.
Stay here - you won’t regret it.

Would highly recommend booking with this provider. Honest and understanding when travel restrictions affected our plans and provided us a refund. However my advise would be to book directly with them as Agoda (who we booked with) makes it too difficult to obtain refunds via the app.

We were a large family gathering with small children. The weather wasn't that cooperative for our BBQ. The host was helpful in arranging a space and encouraging us to gather out door furniture to make a successful evening.

Clean motel. Very homey. Spacious with balcony, right across from the beach. Reception very helpful regarding where to eat & things to do. Not a fancy hotel, but has everything you need. Comfortable beds & clean rooms. Paihia is a small town but this is a great place, near everything. Near the wharf & ferries allowing for easy access to island trips.

Stayed here for 3 nights and found the motel a pleasant place to stay.
We booked a sea view room and found the view from the large veranda fantastic.
Our room was clean and spacious with a large comfy bed. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent and enough items to make our stay very comfortable. The town is just a short stroll away where there are plenty of places to eat along with the ferry ride to Russell.
Overall this was a great place to stay and would stay again if in the area.

Great place to stay, lovely manager Ruth who was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Nice big motel apartment with a view of the sea, clean (and the cleaners were lovely too) and really comfortable. 2 minute walk to the waterfront or centre of Paihia, thoroughly recommend.

We stayed with our 3 children in a one bedroom apartment. Had a glimpse of the water. Really enjoyed our stay. Rooms were kept very clean and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Next time we would love to stay in the apartments at the front which have full sea views.

Terrible internet so don't count on it. Good view and nice room. Plenty of room and very clean. Lots to do in the area. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. But bring your own data with you.

When we went to cancel our booking due to family circumstances we were informed that we would be liable for the charge our whole stay regardless - they have " a no cancellation fee", instead you are fully liable..... we were not informed of this "policy" at the time of the booking and neither is it displayed anywhere on their website. When we objected, our credit card was immediately charged and we were told they would "do their utmost to rebook our room and if so, would provide a refund"..... How hard do you think they would have tried? We are close to $500 out of pocket and extremely upset. Be very very very sure that no circumstances may intervene to alter your ravel plans before choosing to book this hotel.

We were travelling as 2 couples and booked the seaview units for the 3 night special. The units are older style but very clean, spacious and wonderfully central.We struck unusually cold weather but were very cosy, we enjoyed the continually changing scenery, even managing drinks on the deck. The manager was very helpful and directed us to some good eateries within easy walking distance, Would stay again.
