Quest East Perth is truly distinguished by its remarkable entrance, which merges historic charm with modern design to create an instantly welcoming atmosphere. In my view, it is the most impressive hotel entrance I have encountered anywhere in the world.

Inside, the accommodations are modern, impeccably maintained, and cozy, making them perfect for both relaxation and business travel. My standard room featured a spacious balcony, which offered sweeping views of the Perth city skyline, providing a sublime setting for both sunrise and sunset unwinding. Additionally, the hotel gym offered a satisfactory range of equipment, which is a rarity in most Perth hotels. This makes staying on top of fitness routines while traveling both convenient and enjoyable.

Situated in a prime location, Quest East Perth offers easy access to the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, cost-effective, and uniquely charming stay in Perth.

We got off to a bad start, NOT the Quest's fault, we booked the wrong room. But that was no problem for the staff of this hotel. Considering the hotel was fully booked, they managed to find us a room that we requested. The hotel staff even moved our luggage, 2 large suitcases, and 2 smaller carry-on cases to the new room while we were out enjoying ourselves in Perth, how good is that.
The room we had was a 1 bedroom Executive Apartment, with balcony, on Level 12 which afforded us some nice views down to the Swan River. It was immaculately clean throughout, housekeeping came in each Saturday and left it in pristine condition. The living room was large and airy, big sofa, nice tv. Kitchen facilities were excellent, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster. Large dining table for 4 people. The bedroom had a lovely King size bby the wayed, very comfortable. Decent wardrobe space. A safe for your valuables. The bathroom was excellent too, good shower, lots of provided toiletries. The balcony had a small table and two chairs, and was the full with of the living room.
On the 18th floor was a bar and restaurant, we only used it once as either we ate out during the day, or cooked in our own room. The meal we had in the restaurant was excellent by the way.
The staff in this hotel, in my opinion are exceptional. nothing was ever a problem for them, always very welcoming and always a smile, they all seemed very happy doing their job which was nice to see, and would often find time to chat to you if you wished.
The hotel is a little way out from the CBD, but its less than a mile and was a good exercise walk each morning. That and the fact it was fully booked, speaks volumes and I can understand if people return to this hotel, it is so good.
This could well have been our last visit to Perth from the UK, as we have been 3 times now to Perth, but I can honestly say it was our best hotel experience, and will leave an everlasting feelgood experience with my wife and me.
Thank you, Quest East Perth. Hope you continue to provide your excellent service for you future customers. A 5* recommendation from my wife and me.

My family of 4 including 2 teenagers stayed at 2 bedrooms apartment. Great place to stay like you are staying at your own home. Close to red bus stop and Bayswater car rental just 1 min walk from the apartment. 24 hours Convenient store just across the street. Looking for food was very convenient as there are lots of small restaurants at the back of the building.

Room is very clean, very big & comfortable beds for 2 bedrooms apartment. It has 2 bathrooms so we don’t have to fight for it. Kitchen has compete utensils & cookery to cook simple meals. Sofa turns to sofa bed. Washing machine, heat pump drier, dishwasher, microwave & fridge is included in the property. Free Wifi up to 5 devices.

Security car space parking is available with $25 per day. Prices per night is expensive but it’s worth every $ as we stays very comfortably.

We spent a week in Perth as a couple and wanted somewhere we had access to a kitchen so we could manage some of our own meals. The kitchen was great and perfect for home breakfast, lunch and simple dinners, even a water jug.

The staff were absolutely fantastic. We received some help with the safe, were able to request a clothes airer and a later check out, with umbrellas available for rain and taxi call service.

The bed was comfy with plenty of pillows. The shower pressure was great. The bathroom included a washing machine and dryer. Room was well soundproof and block out blinds and sheer curtains allowed us to control the level of light. All rooms were clean and comfortable.

Rooftop bar Folly was fun with a great view.

Well located with 10 -15 minute walk to Hay Street Mall (with Woolworths Metro) and Barrack Street Jetty and the WACA in the other direction. Buses just outside the front door.

We would definitely stay here again.

Thanks amazing Quest Team.

I love staying here mainly because it’s extremely clean, comfortable bed and bedding, chilled and helpful staff. And has the most mind blowing 18th level roof top bar and restaurant. It’s about an 8 dollar taxi ride to the city or just jump on the free bus directly across the road.

Our recent stay in a one-bedroom apartment at Quest East Perth, was an excellent experience. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere.

The layout was spacious, with all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay. The beds were comfortable, and the living area was thoughtfully designed. The kitchen and the bathroom were spotless with quality toiletries provided.

The location is fantastic, close to the CBD, Swan River, and local cafes and restaurants. It’s also well-connected by public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions.

We highly recommend Quest East Perth for anyone looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located place to stay in Perth. We have already booked to stay here again!

Cannot fault the apartment. Extremely clean, comfortable beds, huge balcony, all required cutlery, crockery etc. A coffee machine (for pod use) would have been welcomed. Great location and love the entry through the old church. Was very disappointed to find that the top level bar was not in use/open as we partly booked it for this reason. While the accommodation was brilliant I am put off rebooking as we had to pay a one night bond of $500 (more than the cost of the nights accommodation) and worse still it will take 7-14 days to be returned. This is a big ask of travellers. They do accept cash but I did not know this (or about the bond) and have only ever provided a credit card impression. I think Quest needs to revisit this system as they will lose customers over time.

Dear Alison, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We are thrilled to hear you had a great experience with us and found our accommodation to be comfortable and clean. I understand your frustration about our rooftop bar and we sincerely apologise for that, due to unforeseen circumstances there was a delay in reopening the bar, however, I am pleased to confirm we have reopened since the 20th November and we would love to have you back to check it out. Thank you for bringing to our attention about the security deposit fee. We stayed recently to go to an event in Perth. Decent location, that's about the only positive thing I have to say.
On arrival we were told there was no on site parking available and told to go pay for parking at a car park on the next street.
Check out time was 10am, staff called 3 times (starting at 9.20am) to remind us of this.
If parking cannot be provided on site, the Quest should offer vouchers for parking considering it is quite costly for such a small room.
Also, staff should not harrass guests before check out time!
We were 10 minutes late to check out due to the car having to be collected from off site, this did not warrant harassment from 9.20am!
I would not stay here again.

Dear Kelli, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Please accept our sincere and heartfelt apologies for the obvious inconvenience caused on this occasion. We are so sorry that the issues you have highlighted impacted your overall stay experience with us. Rest assured this is not the norm. Unfortunately we do not have parking on site, however, we managed to rent out some bays in order to provide car parking to our valued guests, as this is a shared car parking, extra costs for parking applies as stated anywhere else, parking is subject to availability as we do have limited bays, once again I apologise for any inconvenience caused We are sorry to hear you were disturbed during your stay and I will address this issue to our team to make sure this will not happen again. We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback as it is only through such feedback that we can address any issues that may have otherwise been overlooked. Should you allow us the opportunity to make amends, we look forward to welcoming you back again in the future where I am sure your next stay experience will be a greatly improved one.
