My friend and I shared an executive studio and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was well designed and modern with a small but well equipped kitchenette. The reception and housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful and we were super impressed that the room was serviced daily (except for Sundays and public holidays) during a time when a lot of hotels and serviced apartments are not providing this service! It's close to the Mount Hospital and if you want to visit Kings Park, it's just in front of Jacob's Ladder (242 steps). The only issue is that there is no parking on site - we used a combination of the 1 hour metered street parking ($5 per hour and free on Sundays and public holidays) and the Wilson car parking station ($25 per 24 hours) a 10 minute walk away.

Quest Mounts Bay is safe and secure with clean rooms, complete kitchen utensils and facilities that give one the feeling of being at home. The staff are helpful and friendly! I love the fact that the staff consider the privacy of their guests truly important. They give out a notice to guests to draw their curtains to ensure privacy during days when cleaning of external windows is done.

MOst may not have similar issues with the parking yet it really affected our stay. there is just not enough street parking and parking at the hospital was a minimum of $4 to $25 It is a great location being next to jacobs ladder and health freak cafe... however due to covid there was no access to either - hotel could have been proactive to provide nespresso machines in the check in area / lounge area and /or a voucher to invite customers for the full/fair experience when COvid is over.

We do our best to advise guests of the parking options prior to arrival and do not advertise on-site parking through any of our booking channels. Please accept my apologies if this was not communicated to you effectively. Our location is amazing and I'm happy to announce that the owners of the cafe will be reopening from the 2nd of July. We have spoken to the council regarding Jacobs Ladder and they will be reopening the facility as soon as state moves into the next phase of relaxing restrictions. Bed was comfortable and slept well. The room was also serviced daily which is good being an apartment. Unfortunately the room could have been cleaner vacuumed floor and should have had the dishwasher emptied from previous guests. Location is close to city but there are currently no close food options without going into the city. Would probably not stay in this location again.

The hotel was just next to King's Park. Easy access to city center. However, they sorely lack experienced service staff. there was no housekeeping done on Sunday even though we stayed 3 nights. The staff was unable to provide any advice when we asked her how we could travel to city center or for dinner.
Complimentary coffee satchets, tea bags and sugar supplies were not replenished. Body wash and shampoo were given in measly few small tubes and were not replenished.

A 15 minute(ish) walk to Queen's Quay and the city centre along a main road - so well lit and safe whatever the time.
Room was comfortable, quite spacious and had all the facilities required for our stay. It was clean and well maintained and although it wasn't a great view, overlooking a carpark, we were never in the room for any length of time during the day, so it hardly mattered.
Staff were very approachable and friendly, even to the extent of allowing us to use their own shower room as we had a late night flight to Dubai and on to the UK so we had had to vacate the room earlier in the day.
The café on the first floor was a bonus, serving breakfasts I think, although coffee and toast was all we ever wanted in the mornings.
It was ideal for us and would have no hesitation in recommending Quest Mounts Bay Road to anyone looking for somewhere to stay for a few days in Perth.

We travelled with a toddler and stayed in the king studio room. The bedroom was separate to the living which is good for when our child slept before us. There were 2 bathrooms and again, we could avoid making too much noise in one room. Happy with the facilities - washing machine and kitchen. We were close to the city and lots of other attractions. The only disadvantage was the parking which is about a 10 minute walk away or street parking which can be a challenge to get.

These hotel apartments have everything you need. The kitchen has Great facilities and the room is spacious and has good storage space.
The location is really quiet, so felt very safe and no noise disruption. It is around a 20 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay, very easy to get to if your happy with walking that distance. We didn’t have a car and didn’t struggle to get anywhere. Only thing to note is we didn’t come across a supermarket nearby, so if you don’t have a car and plan on buying lots of groceries you’d need to walk with them or get a taxi.
We upgraded our room to a studio executive thinking that would get us a better view but it didn’t so just keep that in mind if your looking for a view from your room.
Overall a really nice place to stay, and would recommend for your time in Perth.

Great place to stay for exploring the city. Hotel rooms are comfortable and clean, the staff are really helpful and friendly. The health freak cafe joined into the hotel do great healthy breakfasts for very good value too.
