Detailed Reviews
We stayed in a modern studio room with a very comfortable king size bed. Spacious room with separate toilet and 2 basins made it much easier for 2 people getting ready at the same time. Staff were super friendly and very helpful. Great location, close to Kings Park, lots of cafes nearby and a leisurely 30 minute stroll into the city or Subiaco.

A large & deep 2 person spa with a king sized bed.
Close to King Park with a free bus service into the city at the front door. There is a happy hour with $5 drinks between 4-5pm. They do have bikes & picnic basket & blanket. They provide books and board games. A short walk to Hay St and restaurants.
Negative is there being no toaster in the room. Or Crockery & cutlery in the room. You have to go downstairs to toast and the toast is cold by the time you get back to your studio. There is coffee making facilities only in the room. Also this hotel does not have a guest laundry it charges $20pn for parking, does not have room service nor a 24 hour reception.

Quiet and clean. Spacious room with all the modern conveniences you could want.
It is in walking distance to the city however the free bus service just outside the door is very convenient too.
Will definitely stay here again.

This property was disappointing compared to other Wyndham properties that we've stayed at. The first issue confronting us was the lack of onsite parking. I've never had to use street parking at a Wyndham resort before, not had to pay for parking when staying onsite (if you're lucky enough to get a carpark onsite). I would suggest that staff familiarise themselves with the parking app used by the city of Perth as it would have been less confronting if they could have explained how it worked to us interstaters. However, that seems to be a feature of Perth city as you pay for parking everywhere. Due to the street parking being only 3 hours max, the location is not conducive to leaving the car at the resort and taking public transport. The resort was very quiet while we were there (29/12 – 1/1). We saw a few other people but seemed to have the place mostly to ourselves. The only sign of other people was when we could hear doors closing to other units on our floor. The ground floor café had delicious ham and cheese toasties on focaccia bread, but the quantity was limited. I went back for another the next day and was served it on plain bread. I thought the continental breakfast was a bit pricey at $40 per person, but there was a good range of snacks at reasonable prices. The room was compact but very modern and very clean. I loved that there was a spa bath, but with a standard bath tap it took a long time to fill up. The toilet door had a one-inch gap between the top of the door and the frame. The gap was uneven so I couldn't decide if it was intentional (ie for ventilation) or not. This was also the first Wyndham I've stayed at that didn't have a pool. Just noting that as an observation as I rarely use the pool anyway. Again, this might be due to the inner-city location. I also found there weren’t a great deal of dining options around the property. This was not helped by the timing of our visit as many businesses were closed between Xmas and New Year.

Room is advertised as a studio. But it is really a large hotel room. There is no kitchenette. Only one seat so would not qualify as a studio. Easy solution. Get an extra seat and get a toaster which I suggest for anybody staying here at $7.50 from Kmart.
An oversize spa bath takes up a huge amount of room. This is a total waste of space and a small kitchenette and a sitting area would fit in this waste of space.
The lack of privacy is also a major issue. Some studios from the door you can see straight into the shower, which could be very embarrassing. All studios have no privacy. If travelling with siblings or friends, do not recommend these rooms at all. From every point in the room, you can see into the shower , there is no way of getting from the shower to the only area of privacy, the toilet, without streaking across the room.
Staff are amazing, but that’s does not make up for the room configuration .
Are the positive red bus is directly at the door as this hotel is quite out of the city, so the uses of the red bus is needed to get into town.

Close to Kings park and numerous cafes/restaurants. The free Cat bus is conveniently outside the entrance , so no problems about transport and after 6pm car parking is free and on weekends just park on the side street off outram road and it’s free all weekend. The outside street parking on outram st includes Saturday whereas the aforementioned street doesn’t. Not sure what the city council were thinking. The establishment itself is very clean, has a fridge, tv, toiletries and as I had a studio room , it had a massive spa. The shower is a little weird as it’s protected by glass and is central with both sides having glass doors and hence not private haha! Staff were great and the rooms are clean and you get two bottles of complementary water on arrival.

This hotel was a lovely surprise. Our room was one of the best laid out rooms we have ever been in... and we’ve been in a few. Elegantly furnished and walking distance to the city centre. Close to the lovely Kings Park.
This hotel gets so many things right, from the moment we arrived, the beautiful ladies that were present in reception were an absolute delight.
The room, the bed, the ambience, the layout, everything was perfect.
Would definitely recommend to anyone.

As a busy mum of two (one of whom is a teething baby), when my husband suggested I take a night away for myself, I jumped at the chance for some relaxation! The Outram in West Perth was my haven of choice and it did not disappoint!
To make the most of my trip, I was eager to ensure the room had all of the necessities required for a proper pampering night and so I called up the hotel on the morning of the trip to check if my room had a bath. I spoke with Mira, the hotel manager, who confirmed that the room did in fact have a spa bath and so I was delighted!
I arrived at the hotel and was greeted by Mira and another staff member who were very welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed. 10/10 to the staff there as they were fantastic throughout my stay.
As for the room, we’ll it was absolutely spotless. The bed was super comfy and I slept like a log... in fact, it was the best sleep I’ve had in six months!
The spa bath was simply divine and I loved the lay out with the double entrance shower.
The only minor fault was that the tv was really slow (perhaps the remote batteries need replaced 🤷🏻♀️) but I’m picking.
All in all a great experience and I’ll speaking nicely to Mr Kay so that we can return for our upcoming wedding anniversary!

We are in a studio deluxe room which is comfortable but has only tea/coffee facility. Given that there is a huge double spa in the room I question how often it gets used. This could be removed and a small kitchenette installed which would make this room excellent. Very quiet area with the free red bus at the entrance.

We stayed in a studio apartment. Tea, coffee, cups and teaspoons, but no other cutlery or crockery. Problem solved by getting some from the foyer. Room was clean, the aircon worked great, the onsite parking was only $20/night and the No 2 Red FREE CAT bus to the city stopped right out front. Restaurants and bars are nearby - very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the room had an enormous spa bath and the shower cubicle was unique, to say the least. Cute Juliet balcony.
