Detailed Reviews
We stayed at this aparthotel for 34 nights from December to January, all I can say is FANTASTIC. From check in to check out, ALL staff (from Housekeeping to Management) were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. We had a room with a beautiful river view, which had everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and quiet, Although no restaurant on site there are plenty nearby should you choose to use them. There is a local IGA which has everything you need, including hot meals!. The CAT bus (free) is a great service, hop on and hop off when and where you want to be. There is limited parking at the hotel but if notice is given they will do their best to provide a space. Housekeeping is carried out every 3 days and the ladies work very hard, the room was always left immaculately clean with toiletries replenished (should you need them). 15 Minutes walk away and you are at the new Optus Stadium with a huge bar/restaurant next to it (The Camfield). There are lovely walks nearby which take you, if so wish, right into Perth City along Riverside Drive. It was just a perfect stay. Should we every get bck to Perth we will definitely stay here again. Thank you

We had a delightful stay in a 1 bedroom Riverview apartment for one night. Our whole experience was fantastic, Check In was easy, especially as there are now additional steps to follow due to the covid situation, all of this is taken very seriously by the hotel. We were welcomed by Mandy, who was a pleasure to deal with and very personable.
Our room was spotless, very well appointed with all the facilities you could wish for, lovely oversized bath and a beautiful view of Claisebrook Cove, the bed was extremely comfortable and offered a sublime nights sleep. As this was a flying visit we didn't have the opportunity to use the pool or gym, but they were both freely available to be used. You can also park your car in the secure carpark for a fee of $30 Per night. Also worth noting there are stairs available for people like me who are petrified of lifts. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity
I would highly recommend The Sebel East Perth and will definitely stay again next time we are in Perth.

This hotel is located on the waterfront in a stunning location with lots of local restaurants close by. We were upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment (#306). Huge room with a small balcony overlooking the water. Separate bedroom with super king sized bed. The views and facilities of this room just makes us want to come back again. There is limited hotel parking available @ $30 a night. Small kitchenette that was more than adequate. Walking distance to the Optus Stadium. We are Accor Plus and was suggested a few restaurants near by where they have arrangements for 20% discount and can be billed back to your room. Just speak to reception. All staff were friendly, especially the lady who checked us in.

Stayed for 3 nights at the Sebel in a connecting apartment and a studio room as we were a family of an adult and 2 kids. We were situated at the side of the hotel on Plain Street, which was fine as we didn't hear the noise from the traffic.
The room it self was very clean and everything seemed sanitised which was great!
A little out-dated with some of the furniture but that was no big deal.
We did request for a quiet part of the hotel as we had to get up early for sporting events for the weekend, which I was told when enquired beforehand that if I shut the door we wouldn't hear anything? REALLY?
The Royal eatery/pub was below and YES it was extremely NOISY from their patrons!
Understanding that the footy was on and everyone would usually finish up at the bar but till 11pm?
Happened both the Friday and Saturday night!
Late Friday night we had guests outside our room talking out loud so I went out to see what the commotion was and told them to move along as I had 2 children sleeping and was waking early.
I was also told by reception before we arrived that it's winter and nobody sits outside the Royal as it's too cold?
Perhaps she might want to stay a night in one of the rooms directly above the hotel?
Maybe the Sebel doesn't have a quieter part of their hotel away from noise below?
The washing machine/dryer in the room was some help but the dryer doesn't dry properly so took it to the 'Guest laundry' and the staff must was wash and dry the towels/linen in the machines too (which is fine) and when I asked if they were for the guests to use the lady told me that the the linen in the machines was for the guests!!!
I asked kindly if I can just finish off drying the clothes for half an hour and she reluctantly took out the 'other guests towels' to allow me to finish mine off. I did thank her for her help! Not sure on what the go is there?
Also to charge $30 a day for parking is ludicrous considering accomodation at Sebel wasn't cheap for the 3 nights!
Topping if it off there was no housekeeping for all of our duration and was told it gets serviced every 3 days, not sure if this due to Covid (even when there is none in Perth) or just the Sebel's policy? Have to ask for clean linen or top up for tea/coffee, if need to be?
If you are going to the footy or don't mind the LOUD noise from below then this hotel is probably for you.
Shame as we had high expectations and so looking forward to coming to this hotel and the noise downstairs let us down.
Nice hotel but not for us!

We had a river view studio apartment, it was clean and comfortable. Rooms are serviced every third day during the week, but aren't serviced on weekends.
There isn't a restaurant or bar in the Sebel, but there are plenty of restaurants close by.
They have a bbq for guests to use, but you must book it and you have to take plates and cutlery from your room.
Our room had what I took to be an air-conditioning exhaust duct that passed through our balcony and extended up to the roof, it was annoyingly noisy, from about 06:00 each morning.
The room had a safe, microwave, small fridge, together with basic cutlery, crockery and bathroom amenities. The bathroom amenities would be sufficient for an overnight stay for a couple, but not for the three days between services.

6 nights in this great apartment hotel.
I booked through Accor website during a special this was problematic and I had to complete multiple bookings to make it work. I had to email the hotel a few times and the responses were fast and sorted out all the issues.
On arrival Blessing was great to deal with and I was given some loyalty upgrade and amenity. There is no restaurant in house so for the package breakfast you get a voucher to use in 3 restaurants very close by. This was awesome as I could pick and choose where and what I wanted to eat.
This is perfect as with a buffet breakfast you tend to over eat. So I was completely happy with this situation and I could have breakfast even at 2pm... 😃
Pool area is quiet and has a lovely view over the waterways below.
Gym is small but I still got a good workout.
My room was spacious and had everything I needed.
Overall this was a fantastic stay with not one issue. I will definitely book this again if in Perth.

Stayed for a 1 x night family stay in a 2 bedroom adjoining apartment .
The apartment and indeed the entire establishment is very modern with a very NEW feel to to it and looks like it may have endured a complete overhaul or refurbishment recently to which no expense has been spared .
The pool area is very high standard , presenting a heated pool ,with a small waterfall area . The pool while not huge is a very good size in comparison to most hotels /apartments in Perth and the surrounding area complete with barbecue is very high standard and extremely private overlooking the river in that it can only be accessed via the hotel .
Our rooms were the same , nice and modern and extremely clean , the main bedroom had a small balcony overlooking the river .
Great location on the river , offering a wide variety of eating and drinking options right on your doorstep , nice running , cycling , parks and paths nearby and a short stroll across the new footbridge takes you to the Optus Stadium or Camfield Bar for lunch or dinner .
We liked it so much we have booked again , this time for 2 x nights.

very well situated aparthotel with modern clean roomy accommodation with great views over the inlet.
We stayed a week and it was very relaxing. They provide everything you could want though we didn't self cater very much as there were several excellent restaurants immediately below the hotel by the waterside. The pool is big enough to really swim with towels provided. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful, esp Christine Stone. It is incredibly well situated with bus stops for the free Perth CBD bus system a few yards down the road. The restaurants just below the hotel provide superb breakfasts and there's a liquor store and supermarket opposite. Even though you have several restaurants immediately around it is also very peaceful .Highly recommended

My initial booking with Christine which was good.
Due to unpredicted condition, I need to extend my stay, and phoned the receptionist (because on that time I’m away but my wife with my 3yo still in the hotel). The receptionist who answered my phone name was Dow.
Dow was very rude!
not helpful at all
and she was always try to end the conversations asap.
She didn’t want to repeat her name at the beginning of conversation at phone because I didn’t get her name.
When I tried to asked her about the detail of room rate (because the rate was different each day) she said to me “forget about your previous booking”.
Obviously, considering the way she treated me, I didn’t want to extend our stay in the hotel but unfortunately it was rain and my wife with my 3yo son were still in the hotel so we decided to extend our stay because of no choice.
The day after, I met Christine again to sort my invoice and I just realised that Christine is Dow’s manager.
Christine was helpful and said sorry to me when I explained to her my unpleasant experience with Dow.
However, I felt it was not genuinely sorry because she defended Dow’s bad manner and attitude by saying it was probably because of “cultural difference” and also mentioned “we are not always talk to customer in formal language but also casual language”. I don’t agree with her excuse.

These apartments in East Perth are comfortable and well positioned overlooking Claisebrook Basin. We were fortunate to have a spacious apartment overlooking the water and while it was showing some signs of age, it had everything we needed.
The apartments are located on the Yellow Clipper bus route, so there is regular and frequent free transport into Perth CBD.
No restaurant on site, but there is no shortage of options in the area, including an IGA diagonally opposite.
For the energetic, there are plenty on paths in a very genteel area, plus a gym and pool on site.
Friendly, helpful and professional staff add to the pleasure of staying here.
On our bucket list for another stay.

Depending on the package
There are four places to have breakfast and lunch and two places to have dinner within the building housing the hotel and a number of places within 100 metres of the hotel. Good cheep Japanese that has take away. Also convenience store 30 metres away that sells hot food and everything else.
im sorry i dont recall seeing this as we didn't stay long enough to need this but Im sure there is and perhaps info on their website?
