Stay for 8 days. The staff were very kind (some of them are female staff in Japan) and the restaurant I was introduced to was very good. They also had a kitchen, a large enough fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer to make it feel like home. Dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent are also available. The pry pans and knives were also solid, and I was comfortable without burning or cutting. It was very convenient to walk to the station, but there was a bus stop in front of me and about 50 meters away (all public transportation was free during my stay, and I could ride as many buses as I wanted). I had a slight sore throat because I came in the dry season, I think it would be even more convenient if I had a humidifier.

My wife, daughter and I stayed here for a week for our wedding. The overall experience was outstanding for the price. We had a couple of issues with our room charges and parking and the staff were very helpful and friendly in resolving the issues. The apartment itself was clean and had been recently refurbished giving it a modern feel. It is in a convenient location being walking distance to cafes restaurants, shops and transport. If you're looking for a comfortable apartment to stay in Perth CBD I would definitely recommend Quest West End.

I stayed here with my family 5 days. Perfect location on Murray St, close to Coles and other bars/pubs. RED cat bus stop just across the street, so you can discover Perth directly from the doorstep. We had an issue with a noise coming from the roof, we made the reception aware of it and they offered us to be moved to another apartment while the issue was getting fixed. Thanks to Daniela for helping us moving all our staff with the trolley from one floor to the other.

This place is basic but centrally located. The apartments have fridge/freezers, washing machine and dryers, oven, microwave, and dishwasher all in room. Cutlery, glassware, plates, pots and pans are all provided. Towels and toiletries are too, but not toothbrushes or toothpaste. The TV has Netflix support but you need your own account .
The wi-fi is quite poor unfortunately, or at least it was in my room. Also, not all the apartments are managed by Qwest. I was next door to a non-managed apartment which had very noisy occupants.
Special credit to the housekeeping staff who keep the rooms looking great.

We do appreciate your feedback around the WiFi connection and we do apologies that your service was interrupted and slow at times. This is an area we are continually improving to ensure a fast and seamless connection is experienced. Our apartments as you may have also read is also undergoing a full refurbishment which is offering new kitchen and bathrooms plus furnishings too. We chose to stay 2 nights in the city to attend an Awards night and play ‘tourist’ in our own town. Quest West End is a great location to catch CAT buses and explore Perth City and Kings Park. Facilities were modern, clean and spacious. Staff friendly and accommodating. Can highly recommend.

A group of friends had a staycation in Perth . The people at Quest- especially Daniela - couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Our room was big and the beds comfortable. Jess helped us with an issue in our room and Daniela was incredibly helpful during check in and out. We were able to have a late checkout and leave our luggage In reception while we went out for breakfast

My Partner and I decided to stay overnight due to a staff function near by in the CBD. On Arrival, Victoria was friendly and made us feel wanted and ensured we had all the information we needed. The apartment itself was very clean and had everything we needed, the small kitchenette was also very useful late at night. Perfect spot for a night out in the CBD as many Bars and restaurants are with-in 500m of this hotel so no Taxi or Uber was required. Thanks Ben & Bliss

I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment which came with a queen size bed in one room and a twin bed in the other. The apartment also came with a well equipped kitchen that have electric stove, microwave oven, dish washing machine, bread toaster and kettle. The apartment also has a washing machine and a dryer. The toilet and bathroom was separate but it would have been better if the toilet had a washing bidet. Located on Murray Road, the apartment was quite near to Perth high street area and public transport like underground train station and buses. There are plenty of convenience store and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was quite a pleasant stay for our family trip to Perth.

The staff here made my stay so easy. In a different city, driving a different car not knowing my way round, this place is central, with restaurants, convenience stores and cafes close. Easy to get to the offsite parking.

Quest West End is a very well located place to stay in Perth. Excellent restaurants are virtually next door or over the road. We didn't need a car for our stay as the free bus services got us all around the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful (moving us quickly to an upper floor to avoid the building works currently in progress.
