We recently visited Perth and stayed at Nesuto Mounts Bay - location was ideal, room very spacious with full kitchen and large bathroom incorporating a washing machine and dryer. We were very happy with everything here, staff always friendly, we ended up enjoying their very reasonably priced breakfast each morning, which pretty much kept us going until dinner. The staff in the dining room were very friendly and efficient, relaxed atmosphere, good food and plenty of it, great range of food available to suit all diets, great price. We enjoyed chatting and having a laugh with the staff. If we come back to Perth we will be booking to stay here again.

Great location for this style of accomodation.
We stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment (one bathroom had a walk over bath to get in shower) and the other was a walk in without bath which is what we requested as the person I was travelling with has a physical and intellectual disability and it was a big struggle for him getting into the shower. Please note-The shower cubicle is very small, not suitable for someone with a disability. I had phoned to double check that the shower cubicle would be suitable prior to arrival and was told definitely yes!
Ample space in kitchen, lounge and balcony areas.
Car parking space was incredibly tight, the car park I was allocated was also difficult getting in and out of.
Cleaners were prompt with servicing room however on the day that we were checking out they walked in to service our apartment around 9am yet check out is at 10am.
We were both in the middle of getting dressed as they walked in. I reminded them that our checkout is 10am.

Dear 865liisas, Thank you for taking the time to share a review. I do apologize if you were given the incorrect information regarding our shower size and access. We do have a disability room although this is a 1-bedroom apartment. Our two bedroom two bathroom apartments have both a shower over bath and walk in shower, although this is not a disability friendly shower. We recommend booking direct if you have special requests such as yours so we can ensure you are provided with a suitable room. This aside, I am pleased to see that the remainder of the apartment was spacious. Regarding the housekeeping, I am sincerely sorry for this and can assure you this is not a common error made by our staff. I have passed your review onto the manager to investigate with her staff. These apartments are really well located and within 15 minutes walking from the CBD and very close to Kings Park.
Our apartment was very comfortable with all amenities including washing machine and tumble dryer. It was a bit dated and the lounge/kitchen was very dark but then the small balcony off the bedroom made up for this as it got the sun in the afternoon. Friendly and helpful reception.
The price was great value coming in at approximately £70 per night.
Overall, good apartments in a very central location, would use again if in the area.

1. We are family with young children. Stayed there for more than 2 weeks in 2 BR
2. Location is 20 mins walk to hay and murray streets. 10 mins to Elizabeth quay. (You can take any bus free of charge to EQ. The bus stop is infront of the apartment area).
3. Utensils and kitchen tools are very sufficient. No need to buy extra if you stay for long period of time.
4. They have small swimming pool. Gym and tennis court (you need to book in advance)
5. Washing machine, dishwasher and dryer are available in our apartment. And they replenished with equipments soap everyday
Cons :
1. Cleanliness of the apartment Is poor
2. AC only available in living room. Nothing in the room. It gets really hot over summer time inside each room.
3. The sofa was the most uncomfortable to sit in
4. Wi-Fi is not totally free if you reach to a certain limit.

Our apartments are great for longer stays and families as it allows our guests to have the space and facilities of a home with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities although i do apologize that the housekeeping service was not up to scratch on this occasion. I will pass this feedback onto the relevant department heads. When booking through a third party booking engine our WiFi is limited to 2GBs per day although if you book direct through our website or with one of our friendly staff members, you do receive free unlimited wifi throughout your entire stay, which is just one of the many benefits of booking direct. We stayed in a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom at Nesuto for 4 nights this week. The Nesuto is part of a big apartment complex comprising a number of buildings.
It was a simply equipped apartment, with a basic kitchen, microwave, washer/dryer and Smart TV. We couldn’t use the Smart TV for anything other than regular TV though, as it couldn’t connect to Nesuto’s wifi system.
The beds were all comfortable and our sleep quality was really good. The bathroom had a shower-over-bath configuration. There were 2 reverse cycle air conditioners, but we didn’t need to use them due to the mild October weather. Within the complex were 2 small swimming pools (one of which our kids used) and 2 tennis courts. There was underground parking included in our rate.
The lifts are secure, with a keycard required to access bedroom floors and the basement carpark.
Check in was quick and easy, and there is no surcharge for paying by credit card. The staff were friendly and explained how to get into the carpark (which was not intuitive).
The location was a short walk to the CBD, and a slightly longer walk (via Jacobs Ladder) to Kings Park. It was easy to access by road from the various freeways nearby. There is an onsite restaurant that is currently open only for breakfast.
The apartment was quite dated, however this was offset by the very affordable rate for the stay. Our apartment looked out to the freeway, and there was some road noise, but it wasn’t intrusive. Its definitely not a 5 star property, but is a great value stay for a family, and knowing these limitations, I would recommend this property and look forward to staying there again on a future visit to Perth.

Just finished a staycation at Nesuto Mounts Bay Road. Could not fault this place! Rooms were immaculately clean and very well appointed. Beautiful surrounds. Awesome value for money with free parking for 1 car per room plus a fabulous breakfast included-doesn’t get much better than that! Staff member at reception was really pleasant and helpful. Overall 10/10 rating. Highly recommend a stay here.

This was perfect for us for a few days while we discovered Perth. Although overlooking a freeway there was no traffic noise and King's Park is at the other end of the street. It's a 15-20 minute walk into the centre of town and the Elizabeth and Barrack Street Jetties which means driving and parking is not an issue, whether for boat trips or the many restaurants in the area. Even when I was leaving the supermarket with a rapidly disintergrating paper bag in the rain, an Uber was only $8 back to the hotel. Apartments great and reception friendly and helpful.

Our biggest problem booking accommodation in central Perth was finding somewhere that offered a guaranteed car parking space at the time of booking, not just a ‘fingers crossed’ if there’s one available when you arrive you can pay for it approach. The Nesuto was perfect as it did offer guaranteed parking with an apartment at a great price. We thought the place might be a bit old so didn’t have high hopes about the quality of the apartment, which when we arrived far exceeded our expectations. A good size one-bedroom apartment, full kitchen, laundry, comfy bed, good quality bedding and towels, small furnished balcony and a decent bathroom with a bath. Everything super clean. It’s not the ritz but it’s clearly had a refresh and looks great, especially for the price. Only downsides were a very low squishy sofa and the hum of traffic from the nearby overpass, but a closed window solves that problem. Efficient and very friendly staff and very central as well, only a short 10 minute walk to Elizabeth Quay or 15 up to the shopping area. We would definitely stay here again. Be aware apartments are individually owned so furnishings vary. If you have a specific requirement, eg a full size fridge, you’d need to check it’s available. Highly recommended

Excellent affordable accommodation. It is a service apartment where daily housekeeping is available. We booked a 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms apartment. Rare to find accommodation with 2 bathrooms at this price. Very well equipped with fully functional kitchen, washing machine and dryer, WiFi, tv, microwave and oven, dishwasher , hairdryer and fans for the rooms. Aircon is only at the living area but we didn’t have to use it. The apartment may not be new but it is clean and we enjoyed our 5 nights stay. Coffee, tea, laundry detergents etc can be refilled at the reception. Walking distance to Kings Park and Elizabeth Quey.

We found the Nesuto Mount Apartments to be an ideal spot for a Perth holiday. We chose this place based on its proximity to the CBD and to King’s Park and also because it has rental bikes on site as well as a gym. The location was fantastic, right on the western edge of the CBD and just a short 5-min walk up Jacob’s Ladder into King’s Park. There is also easy access onto the Perth cycleways, just across the road from the apartments. Our room was comfortable and modern with a small kitchenette. We had a 1st floor room with no view, but we did have a large and sometimes sunny courtyard. I would’ve preferred to have a room a bit higher up, but our room was still good. The Wifi was excellent and the TV has full Sky programming. Everything was clean and well-maintained. All the front desk stall were friendly and helpful with all our queries. We rented the hotel bicycles on 2 occasions and had some amazing rides along the Perth cycleways and out to Fremantle. The bikes were good quality and in good condition and cost $10 for 4 hours. The gym had a number of good quality cardio machines, a multi-gym, and small number of weights. We had breakfast included and were very impressed with the small buffet – a great selection of both hot and cold dishes. Overall, we were super-impressed with this place and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

We don't currently have any renovations taking place on our pool at Mounts Bay Waters, not sure where you have seen this? We do have 2 pools located at our property, which will both be open throughout the summer! Our sister property in Geraldton is having maintenance done throughout the winter season, however this will also be up and running again shortly. I hope this helps.

1) The closest Woolworth's is located a 15 minute walk from our Hotel.
2) All of our apartments are fully equipped with a washing machine and Dryer as well as a full kitchen and dining area.
3) We are located within Perth's free transit zone, with a bus stop at our door step. This will take you to Elizabeth Quay bus station where you can get a connecting bus to Perth Airport. Alternatively a taxi will cost approx. $40
4) There are several parks located in the area, Directly behind us is the famous Kings Park and roughly 800m in each direction you will find John Oldham park, and Elizabeth Quay playground.
