Stayed here 3 nights during a business trip to Perth. Booked mainly because of the amazing photos in the website.
What a shock - arrived to a room which looked nothing like the photos - chipped painted surfaces, stained sofa, dirty mouldy bathroom tiles. No washing detergent for the washer (discovered you can buy a packet for $1 when reception is open).
The aircon is located in the lounge and the air doesn’t flow well into the bedrooms, thankfully there is a balcony so you can open the door letting in air and unfortunately bugs. I left my three night stay covered in insect bites.
Car parking is problematic, you have to rebook parks in site, or you can pay $24 per day for the Wilsons three blocks down. I had an issue with the parking and they did refund one charge after I asked.
Overall a very disappointing experience - there are a lot of options for accommodation in Perth. Try them.

We spent a long week, 9 nights in this aparthotel. arrived Friday departure Sunday in 8.
for: well located, practical, the beds are good, washing machine in a cupboard in the apartment, the reception is accommodating check in check out without problem. Dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent and a tea towel provided.
not so good: for our standard one bedroom apartment the cleaning could be largely improved, the vacuum cleaner had not been vacuumed before our arrival (long hairs on the carpet and in number) and the bathtub was really dirty (it's really the bad one surprise of arrival, with a check in outside opening hours but simple in the end). We had to manage to clean it ourselves... The carpet had two big black stains. The oven wasn't really clean and the amount of dishes was very limited for 2.

This is in a great location, close to the mall, restaurants, and other areas where business meetings may be taking place. I didn't use the wireless so can't comment on that. The TV was a good size though for catching the news in the morning before heading out. I did not use any of the other facilities - restaurant, in room cooking equipment etc. I didn't realise, when booking, there is no room service for towels etc but there is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Would I stay here again? For a few days yes - the bed was comfortable and the location quiet, which is all I needed. The rooms don't offer an amazing view, but that's not what I was here for. For a place to sleep and use as a base it's perfectly fine.

Everything is just perfect. Check in process was easy to understand, even though we late check in. Everything is there in the room that I think I can stay for a month, not just a week. They even provide salt and pepper. Something that I didn't think they would. Amenities are there, washing machine works really good that I have no dirty clothes when I return home. Wifi works well too. Just that the cooking hood was not working well, but it was not a big problem because I only cook simple meals. I can suggest to provide cleaning tools such as broom or wipe clothes. The room is spacious, great view of the city and sunrise. Superb location, walking distance to nearby shops and main stations. It's just awesome!

All suits Perth is an ideal place for stay. It felt like we were at our home. More importantly it's location (centrally located) makes life so easy and comfortable. You are at a stone's throw distance from CBD. Housekeeping was excellent.

All Suites Perth, is located in a great position to reach all of Perth's CBR attractions. Public transport was within easy walking distance, and the apartment had all the amenities' needed for a relaxed stay. Happy to recommend the accommodation.

tap in bathroom next to toilet needs to be turned on to access water in shower and basin .. otherwise it drips when left on. Overall happy with stay sensational restaurant Japanese down stairs .. location good walk to the river .. Plenty of Brekky places around .. thank you

The 7th floor apartment was spacious and comfortable. We stayed for two weeks and it was easy to get around from this location. We were very pleased that we had booked off street parking for our stay as parking in the street is minimal to say the least. The staff were very obliging and helpful. The Suites are not new but we felt the apartment was satisfactory for the price. Our only issue was the microwave which was recessed back above the refrigerator and posed a safety issue when trying to reach dishes of hot food and lift them down. The bed was very comfortable and cupboard space adequate. There was a full size washing machine and dryer in the kitched area. We enjoyed our stay.

Whilst not the most modern of facilities it was clean, comfortable and had everything i needed. A bed, desk, TV, stove/oven and laundry facilities. Exactly what i needed. The free RED Cat bus service is only about 100m walk so very handy. ~$25 UBER from T4 terminal. plenty of cafe's nearby. Recommend having a walk along the river.

Bit of confusion with them receiving my payment which was booked through work (they wanted an extra deposit from my personal account even though the trip had been paid in full) but that was fine.
Room was very clean. Tv, washing machine, oven, microwave, sink etc.
A few little thing like you had to pay $4 if you wanted any of the water in the fridge.
Water was very hot and shower pressure was good, they even have a bath.
Walls are thin I could hear the person in the next room snoring or watching TV.

The booking that was made by your company had not been prepaid at the time of your arrival and payment plus a refundable deposit holding is generally taken upon check-in. When a third party is making payment using a credit card, we require an authorisation form to be filled out for fraud prevention purposes, glad we were able to sort this out during your stay. I can relate to your comments about the isolation between apartments not being optimal. This is certainly an improvement we wish to make in future refurbishments. Yes they have a small car park with limit bays and will be charged per night. Recommend to book the parking in advance.

Taxis are on hand 24/7 to pick up arriving passengers and it’s roughly a short, 20-minute ride to get to All Suites Perth and cost approximately $45.00. Ubers are also available from a special designated area, just follow the signs for ‘Rideshare’ on the airport.
Public Transport is also widely available. Traveling from T1/T2 take bus number 380 and traveling from T3/T4 it’s bus number 40. Both busses take roughly the same route to Elizabeth Quay Bus port, and ‘Adelaide Terrace stop after Bennett Street’ is within a 3-minute walk from our hotel.

The building is a non-smoking property which includes the balconies. There are 2 convenient located smoking zones on basement level.
