Detailed Reviews
Spent three days at the Vibe. Could not have been happier with the place. The room was large and bright new and spotlessly clean. The bed very comfortable slept well every night. The work station desk and chair better than most work stations in hotels, it was just more comfortable than most to sit and work on computer at.
Being able to use pass card to go from car park straight to room floor was great no trekking past reception. Parking is undercover and behind a secure roller door and costs $15 a night which is great value and safe. To access the parking area you need to use a pass card in the elevator or at the roller door.
Reception was great. I like the sit down and book in. The check in is run by the hotel manager who is always present or very near by. The managers are great people friendly, polite and accessible, and full of knowledge on the surrounding restaurants.
On places to eat the hotels own restaurant is great place to visit. Prices on par with neighboring eateries and the quality of the food we could not fault. The wait staff were magnificent friendly and helpful. We visited during Perths lock down so masks worn by staff. Being a bit deaf really do use lip reading a fair bit. Our lovely waitress JOSIE took the extra time to write out the answers to our questions. So a big thank you to her for her effort and time doing so.
The restaurant is on the top floor and has an open air part where it is lovely to sit in the evening breeze and enjoy the view. Granted its a view of roof tops and the city but we found it a pleasant spot to just sit an have a leisurely drink.
The hotel is surrounded by restaurants of every style and type so there is no shortage of other venues to have a meal with in easy walking distance only 5 mins or less. The waffle shop would only be a minutes walk away.
The train station is also just a few minutes walk away and takes you into Perth city proper and the coast at Fremantle.
And the TV has the ability for your mobile device to cast to it. So take your favorite show or movies with you.
We will be staying here again in the future when we have reasons to go to the city.

The reservations staff were welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. Booking directly with the hotel is a must, if you want the best deal.
Our room was lovely, comfortable and spacious. We would not hesitate to book in again or recommend to our family/friends.
Loved our walk from the hotel to Kings Park Botanical Garden.
The Vibe Hotel team went above and beyond to promptly post back our belongings that we left behind after our stay.

This hotel is in such a convenient location. It is close enough to the station and shops but not too close where it is noisy.
Checking in and out was a breeze. Staff were always polite.
The room was clean and spacious. Bed was firm and comfortable. Our room was a bit noisy as we could hear people walking and talking above and next to us.
The gym was tiny but had 3 cardio equipment and would be sufficient for most.
The one bad thing is that the pool is being accessed by any visitors to the hotel. Not just guests. Due to its location, there were many strangers coming in and out the pool area for photos or just hanging out. As a guest, I did not feel safe leaving my belongings while I took a dip.

The accommodation, service and facilities are of a very high standard. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished, and the only downside was the (lacking) quality of linen material. Also, it would be great to add a little retractable washing line in the bathroom to help swimwear dry. All in all we had a delightful stay and will definitely be back :)

Having just completed a 3D2N staycay, the Vibe is an excellent choice to stay to take advantage of the numerous F&B locations all within a 5 to 10 mins stroll of the property.
Since it was our maiden stay and the fact we were celebrating our anniversary, the Premier Suite King on story 8 offered a fantastic view of subi. The complimentary bottle of white and drink vouchers for the storehouse also helped.
The suite is comfortable and benefiting of its status of a 4 star establishment.
What stood out for us however were the wonderful views from the Storehouse (rooftop bar) and the never say die attitude of staff who braced the elements and worked against the clock to remove excess water from the flooded lobby during the recent storm. You guys are true gems. Thank you.
Just a couple of suggestions - moving the orange colour sofa from the bedroom to the living area would be a better use since it is quite redundant in his current position of being next to the entrance of the bathroom. The smell from the rubber flooring in the gym may be a put off to guest wanting a workout to an already 'cosy' gym space.

The team at the reception desk were lovely and very accommodating. I arrived early from Melbourne and they arrange a room change so that I could check in early. This was such a great start to my trip and made my first day there so much easier.
Unfortunately, I was let down by the service of my room. It's little things but they make a difference to the overall experience. The body lotion and conditioner were empty (the one time I was travelling light and didn't pack my own - and I was already in the shower with wet hair when I realised the conditioner was empty). There was only one tea cup in the room which wasn't washed or changed during my stay and no teaspoon was provided. My sheets were not changed even though they managed to ger dirty during my stay. As I said it's the little things but it's these little things that you notice when you spend a lot of time travelling. The rooftop restaurant was fantastic, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my purposes. I would likely stay here again because of the location and accommodating staff but I would hope that management would pay more attention to the servicing of the rooms.

This could be a nice hotel, but small things bring it down. It was difficult to work out where the check in desk was, you drove to what you think is the main door and there’s no clear sign to tell you, I went to a door that ended up leading to the car park.
Cleanliness of room wasn’t very good, there were 2 glasses that looked like they had been wiped after use not cleaned, the mirror was all smeary, under the bed was filthy.
The tv only allows you to cast from your phone(no good if you don’t have a smart phone or haven’t got a phone), most hotels have smart TVs with at least Netflix on for you to sign in, and the remote was temperamental.
We had a tea cup missing and it took 3 hours and 2 requests to get it sent up. No free bottles of water either, pay $3 if you want one (& I say one as that’s all they offer in the mini bar).
We went to go for a drink in the bar with my work colleagues before we went out but was told we had to have a booking at the table to have a drink, the place was only 1/4 full, there were tables outside we could have sat at for half hour.
Only good thing is the bed was comfortable and the car park was cheap at $15 pre booked through hotel. We won’t rush back.

Hi SJColeman1, Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear there were some aspects of your stay that could have been better. Hotel is part of a larger precinct & does have an unconventional entrance which would have created the confusion during your arrival. Your feedback on housekeeping services & TV in the room is noted and will be taken up with the concerned teams. Your comments on the restaurant services have also been noted; please accept my sincere apologies for your experience. Thank you again for your feedback and we hope to welcome you back for a more positive experience soon. Please do stay in touch with the undersigned for any of your future bookings. Room 607 wonderful. Check in slow because the other receptionist was on lunch. We were not able to have the second breakfast of our Scoopon deal before we caught The Prospector train at 7:10am to Kalgoorlie and the kitchen was not open until 6:30am. We asked on check in if we could pick up a breakfast to go box from reception but the answer was "sorry, no". We also had two free drinks at the bar on Scoopon but were not alerted to the fact that the bar is closed on Sundays and Mondays and that we should have our complimentary drink on Saturday or not at all, miss out.
Breakfast on the first morning was generous, tasty and good service.
Our room was gorgeous, clean. Water crept out across the bathroom floor from the shower door, not ideal.
This hotel is in a great spot for catching The Prospector IF they are able to provide you with breakfast.
This is written from a Kalgoorlie hotel which although a lot dearer, rates poorly when compared to The Vibe.

Had an overnighter at Vibe while attending a concert at the Regal Theatre, and it proved to be an absolute winner.
Secure parking is next door, albeit at $25 per night, with direct lift access to the hotel, making access very easy and there is room out front to park while checking in etc.
Located in the heart of Subiaco means there are plenty of shops, pubs and cafes at your doorstep and we quickly noticed the increased activity in the area.
Our twin room was spacious and well furnished. Comfy beds, pillows and good sound proofing result in a great sleep, while the big bathroom holds a ripper shower and a proper splash controlling screen door. YAY! Full marks for that - no saturated bathmat and wet floor!
We chose Storehouse rooftop restaurant for a pre show drink and small meal and were delighted with the service and the quality of the meal. A 25% discount for Regal Theatre show goers was a welcome bonus.
We also had a delightful breakfast at Storehouse next morning before we checked out.
Summing up, it is so pleasurable to stay at a quite new hotel and the location and fantastic service of Vibe Subiaco mean we will definitely be back.

We stayed at Vibe for 3 nights. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating and the rooms are stylish and comfortable. It's close to a lot of things so quick ride in an uber/taxi or the train station is a short walk away if you prefer public transport. There is a restaurant and bar in the hotel which is convenient if you don't want to go out, however there are many options for eats and drinks within a short stroll of the hotel (that are better and less expensive) .
