When we arrived after a very long day we were allocated a site that looked more like a cornered dirt / sand pit and nothing like any of the other sites around or the ones shown on their webpage. If we had known that this was the only one available site we would have found somewhere else to stay so it would have been good to know at the time of the booking. It was not possible to use the outdoor area at all due to all the dirt. There was no privacy at all as we had to back all the way into the cabin at the back to get the motorhome onto the space and the cabin had its windows straight into our back window and outdoor area. The other more permanent neighbour had to cross our outdoor area to drive in and out and also had lights on all night in his outdoor enclosed balcony area where he also started watching TV at 4.30am in the morning. Finally there was no place to get water or empty water as promised on your sites without an extra long additional cord across the next door site, which we were not told about and we ended up not being able to fill up our water and were out of that the whole first night as it was too late to find anyone to help or move the motorhome without disturbing anyone. We ended up leaving straight after our organised tour the next day. This site really needs to be attended to before you rent it out to anyone else in our opinion.

Room Tip: Ask what site you will get before paying as ours was nothing like shown online.

We stayed at this caravan park last year. When we were there we rebooked for a 4 week stay in July 2021, paid the deposit. We were given a receipt showing with a big tick next to the words ‘site confirmation’. We’ve had a phone call telling us they are cancelling our booking. They can’t give us a site! Then told us they have overbooked and don’t have any cancellations, which they expected to get. Said they always overbooked because they always get cancellations. Told us they were cancelling our booking early so we could ‘rebook somewhere else’. Absolutely no chance of getting another booking anywhere. So much for our holiday, all the plans have been wrecked. Won’t go back there. Why on earth would you ever book with them if you can’t trust you would ever get a site. Absolutely disgraceful!

We booked a site back in September for a week holiday. We were then sent a receipt after our deposit stating “guaranteed site for first night”....:: we received an email a couple of weeks ago saying we have lost our booking as they allowed the people from year before to reconfirm in January if they were coming back. Why the hell would you take my money in the mean time and allow me to continue booking the rest of my holiday around this!!! And also having on your receipt our booking was guaranteed!!! This has to be illegal. I hope my money helped you get through a tight season of covid, as I feel this was the only reason you took it as you knew we never had a spot! Greedy people letting a lot of other people down with no respect!!! Will never return ever again!

Booked this place almost two years ago for a two week stay in June 2020. Obviously cancelled due to covid but we liaised with them to keep the same booking for 2021 instead. They rang yesterday to say our booking is cancelled due to some booking mistake. What a load of rubbish. Management didn't have the balls to call and got a poor young girl to call us. No good arguing with her. Obviously they. don't care that people have made extensive plans to get to Broome. Disgusting way for any business to behave. Be aware it could happen to you, from reviews here and on wiki camps we are not the only ones being treated this way.

We booked for a two week stay at this park after we completed our stay there last year. We were asked for and paid our deposit and received a receipt and confirmation of our booking via email. Our booking , along with heaps of others has now been cancelled to accommodate visitors who are staying longer. Very poor form from cable beach caravan park. Management are not interested and are saying too bad that’s how it it. Will never stay at this park again. Be very careful when booking as apparently a paid deposit and confirmation email mean NOTHING.
