We lived in the apartment for 6 months since I was in Melbourne for work. My wife and I had the main bedroom and our 3yo so slept in the single bed in the study. The apartment is very comfortable to reach as it is next to Southern Cross station and easy access to from the Melbourne tram network that is free in the CBD. It's centrally located so walking distance to all the main attractions, markets, pharmacies, etc. The apartment is very cozy both in winter with a good heating system and in summer it's easy to keep cool. The appliances work all very well as it is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle etc. The tv has Foxtel with hundreds of channels for kid shows, sports, movies etc. Wifi in the apartment is quick. there is also a small pool and a gym in the building. The only negative aspect is that being in the CBD it can get a little noisy on Saturday nights, but that probably applies to any CBD apartment. Martine has been such a great host from the first day, always helping us with any requests. We would definitely stay there again if we ever move back to Melbourne.

Location very good and good welcome but ......3 days of noisy fans in hallway to dry a damp carpet from a water leak. No tea or coffee and the electric jug didn't work so used the microwave. The microwave was dirty and had an odour to it. My daughter went down to the pool for a swim as it was a hot day but said it was dirty and didn't want to risk it. Good room , clean linen and amenities . Carpet appears to have had water damage at some stage as there were huge stains in kitchen dining lounge area.

I rented a 2 bedroom apartment on Bourke Street for four months during a secondment for work. Stayed on the 20th floor and was treated very well by building booking agent, concierge, cleaning staff and security. Owners installed blackout blinds on request, and never had a hiccup with the internet.

We have now had two separate 6 week stays in Melbourne due to family health issues. On bothe occasions Martine found us fantastic accomodation right in the CBD and close to trains and trams. The apartments have been clean and comfortable and had ample cooking equipment supplied. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Living Coporate to visitors to Mlbourne.

I stayed in Melbourne for 3 months at 8 Downie Street. The 20th floor apartment provided to me had a very good view of the Southern Cross station side of Melbourne. I took a 2 bedroom 2 bath room service apartment and the furnishing, appliances, amenities provided were very good. The weekly cleaning provided was top notch. We all know how tough is to get a decent place to stay in Melbourne CBD, I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely go for Living Corporate if I come to Melbourne again and have recommended to my other colleagues as well who have taken short stay accommodation here. I would definitely recommend Living Corporate to anybody visiging Melbourne CBD for short or long stays. Thank you.
