Horrible dated and dirty rooms, Rusty appliances. Filthy oven ( then cleaned with a bath towel) That was practically nailed in the hole and didn't fit. Rude unhelpful staff that refused to look at the state of the rooms. We had travelled from th UK and had to find alternative accommodation, ruined the start of our holiday and took a deposit and had to fight to get a refund! Disgusting behaviour... Please note we found somewhere far better and cheaper, don't put up with that tip.

Great little couple get away central to Surfers shops, bars, cafes and beach front. The views were breathtaking, was hard to leave our room. Fab cafe for brekkie downstairs, Coles closeby, BWS across the road.....great value for money and best location, not 5 star but comfy.

What a great location! Absolute beach front, just cross the road and your on the sand, while still being right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Our room was clean, spacious, bright and well appointed. We found the staff friendly and very helpful, while the undercover secure parking provided a safe place to leave our vehicle. We will definately be staying again!

Overpriced, dodgy and dated. Asked for additional towels and was told that it is a non service hotel and there is charge, $3 per towel. Don’t expect to get early check in. Some staff just rude and dismissive. Only redeeming quality is proximity to the centre of town. If you don’t expect much it may still disappoint you. For $300 a night, you can do better.

Stayed here for 6 nights. Even though it was August, the weather was warm. Reception staff was friendly. Check-in was fast. Yes, they do charge a $200 bond that is fully refunded. This is the norm for most accommodation these days. On-site parking is available for 1 car per room. Found parking to be simple. 3 levels of parking, but in summertime, it will be hard to find one. Some spots are a tight squeeze. Booked a room with air-conditioning, which was quite nice. I don't understand why people would book a room without air-conditioning. Even though it's winter, we use the air-conditioning night and day. Room had everything you needed with Cooktop, Oven, Toaster, Kettle, plates cups, etc. Nice size TV and coutch and dinning table. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast at the cafe can be brought each morning for $12.50 cash. The only downside was the pressure of the toilet or the way the plumbing was done for it. It required a few flushes, which isn't very water conservative. The view was a side ocean view on the 8th floor. Nice room and would stay again.…

We’re from Canada, stayed in my sister’s residence. We just needed to have privacy for few days, then we reserved this place. Glad that our room facing directly to the beach. From our window we had spectacular sunrise view. About 5 minutes to the grocery or Cafe to get some good coffee is a bonus. The hotel is standard, not new fancy building, but clean and well functioning. There were 3 sets of cups, glasses and teaspoons. But no plate at all. We’re good, well prepared, we brought our own plates and utensils. You pay for extra fresh towel. We simply went to the laundry down stair to wash our cloths including towels. If you need cleaning service, you pay $20. We just cleaned everything like we do at home. There’s $200 deposit the second you check in to make sure that you keep the property in good condition. So, first time when we stepped in our room, we filmed (video) and took photos every thing, same thing before checking out. Therefore the property and us could do cross check if something happened. I informed that to the receptionist. We enjoyed our 4 night stay, we’re sure the property of the hotel loves us too as we left everything cleaned. We didn’t even left any trash. Only near the toilet, and it’s not nasty … some toilet papers we used to dry the sink. Next time visiting Gold Coast this place will be the first one to consider as our stay. Room had smell, I assume because of old carpet covered all over the floor. They provide only 1 small pc of shampoo, no conditioner or no shower gel. Dirty walls, dusty ceiling, under the bed and of course inside the AC. I had dust allergy. They was till 7:30 pm and if you have any problems nobody is there to solve it. Manager was rude and showed her poor managing skills and lack of customer service. She could be more polite and sympathetic in solving guest’s problem. I was very disappointed and sad at my stay in this hotel.

Spectacular views, even the loo had a view! Clean, comfortable, close to Cavill Avenue and restaurants, across the road from the beach. It was light and roomy, comfortable and had all the extras like pool, sauna etc.

Comfortable stay with the most spectacular views from level 18 overlooking the stunning blue ocean. The 180° views over the twinkling city skyline and breathtaking coastline took my breath away. Central location to many restaurants, bars and shops. Great value for money!

We (mr 7, miss 10 and mum) had a brilliant 3 nights here in the April holidays in a 1 bed apartment. The location is perfect with glorious beach views, friendky lorikeets and close to everything. We had apartment 1007 which was nicely presented and clean. It is a 3 star hotel so its not glitzy but it was just awesome. Staff were friendly as were other guests. I would totally stay here again and have told everybody about how great it was.
