Let us start with the rooms - spacious and well laid out, clean and comfortable (would be nice to have a microwave in the room). The Breakfast on Sunday 9th May 2021 was a disaster. I ordered Poached eggs and my wife ordered toast and preserves along with a coffee each. The eggs arrived after about 1 hour and the coffee shortly after. My wife's order of toast never arrived - despite of us requesting it on several occasions. We could wait no longer, and we were not the only guests experiencing this fiasco! The next evening, we thought we could have dinner at the restaurant - was advised that it would be a 90-minute wait, because they had another group - I counted the number of people and there were approx. 25 persons in the restaurant. We ordered some entrees only - cold and was then told that it would be approx. 20-30 minutes wait, which was okay with us as we were not in a rush. The entrees arrived in about 20 minutes - and was good. As a PGR Member I was also told by one staff member when ordering a coffee that I did not have enough points? The PGR entitlement offers a 20% or 50% off depending on your status. There is obviously an issue with staff training and understanding of the system. I must, however, note that after the disastrous breakfast episode on Sunday, the next day there was a management presence on the floor, with improvement. I was on a busy work schedule - so could not take the risk of waiting 1.5 hours for breakfast, however my wife who was on a break with me, went in for breakfast and said it was much better. The management of this hotel need to step up and take responsibility and ensure that guests have a memorable experience. It is challenging and difficult times: but if you want to promote local tourism - you need to sharpen your game.

This is a 3 star hotel. It’s decor is old and tired. Mould was over the doors to the balcony. Breakfast was frustrating.Waited 1 hour for cereal and toast! Limited tea & coffee,no complimentary bottled water and rooms only get cleaned and fresh towels bedding etc if you ask. Good position and staff were friendly.

Just spent 10 days at the resort. Had a enjoyable stay however there were things that could be improved. Firstly, the most important thing we observed was there was total confusion in the breakfast room. Guests had to wait extremely long periods of time as this whole operation serving food and even seating people was a shambles. The girls worked tirelessly in the restaurant however the wait was really bad especially if you were going on a tour. This needs to be addressed as a lot of guests were complaining about this. The front desk was good especially Alex who was very helpful with info about things to do and restaurants ect. The pool area is old and could be improved. The rooms were quite spacious and quite adequate with spectacular ocean views. Location of the resort is good if your mobile however if you have problems walking it is a fair walk to restaurants and bars Overall a good stay. Would I stay here again, maybe???

Our room was on the 11th floor, very spacious and it had a great ocean view. The beds were comfortable, the Air conditioning worked well, shower was good and the pool really nice to swim in albeit a bit on the cool side. The location is between two hospitals but we didn't hear any sirens during the night. However, we did hear the early morning planes taking off at the nearby airport.

Room was average and dated, things like the toilet roll holder broken, make up stained towels. Good shower and Great view of the ocean. Pool was good size but hotel smoking area located right next to it, which is not ideal when you have small kids. Food from the restaurant was poor, Ordered ribs and couldn’t eat them, ordered room service and didn’t get half the breakfast ordered rang to ask and still didn’t get it. No atmosphere in the bar area. Good location we hired the bikes out the front and it’s a nice ride along the esplanade. Kids park and good restaurant very close walking distance.
