I had an overnight stay with a friend of mine and we were both very impressed with The Riley. Every little detail has been thought of when building this Hotel , absolute luxury . The highlight was the staff , so accommodating and friendly !! They went above and beyond . We also had a few cocktails at Rocco and were well taken care of . Throughout enjoyed our night there. The Riley is definitely somewhere to stay if you want to be spoilt and taken care of !!
What a wonderful stay! We made a very last minute change of holiday destination thanks to covid restrictions preventing us going to Adelaide and lucky for us we ended up here. This is a fabulous hotel, there is so much we loved about it, from the minute we arrived weary, late at night and were greeted by two friendly and super helpful ladies, we were happy. The hotel is luxurious and elegant but with a relaxed coastal vibe throughout. Lots of beautiful spaces inside the foyer and other indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge around very comfortably. The pool area is fabulous and usually has poolside service. Meals and drinks were reasonably priced, so we often ate right there on a sun lounge, instead of venturing out. We used the complimentary bikes to ride to the Botanical Gardens Cafe for breakfast (that's another story, coffees were good but breakfast was terrible), nonetheless it was a really fun outting and great that they don't charge for things like this. Free Sat am yoga, free water daily, too. Highly recommend the Rocco Bar on the 12th floor, it was fabulous, wonderful views, extensive drinks list and great prices at happy hour. ($12 cocktails, choice of 3). Great location on The Esplanade, great for walking to everything and close to playgrounds and the lagoon. We have loved everything about our stay and will definitely be back.…
We were travelling for hubbies work and were able to choose any of the Crystalbrook hotels to stay it. After a bit of research I chose this one and was very happy with my choice. We just booked into a standard room so I was thrilled to discover we actually had a partial water view. The room was nice and spacious for our 7 night stay. Usually I prefer to book a place with a kitchen but we able to order in dinner most nights and I bought some groceries to make a cold breakfast and lunch (for myself - which I ate down by the pool). The pool area is amazing. I was here during the pandemic so it was pretty quiet (not sure how it would be when busy). HIghly recommend this hotel and I hope we get the chance to stay here again.
Enjoyed. 5 night package through my qld great deal. Rooms everything u expect from modern hotel large pool but very shallow 1.2 metres . If u want to stay somewere a small walk from huddle bussle which is on trend this is your place. DJ Friday night in bar.
Having been told by reception that there were two restaurants available, we discovered that one was a tapis, pick-up bar and the other did not serve food on Sundays or Mondays. Then getting on to room service was almost impossible because "they were having trouble with their phone lines". Finally, the room had about 15 light switches, many of which performed complementary or contradictory. It was a nightmare trying to get the simplest lighting right.
