We arrived very late around 9.20pm on the 10th January and was welcomed by a disinterested fella at the Front Desk named Garvin. No welcome, no thank you for your loyalty despite being a Platinum member, no explanation about the opening hours of the facilities such as breakfast

Location was just right. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and food service and quality above standard. Bathroom missing floor towel, no hairdryer. Close to transport facilities. WIFI is weak and always had connectivity issues.

Great property. Location and hotel was excellent. Unfortunately the staff didn’t know about the package I booked and tried to charge me for a breakfast that was included even after I discussed with staff the previous evening. Parking is way too expensive!

Visitor parking... what are my options? About 2-3hours.
They have valet parking. Its not cheap . Around 50.00. You need to validate the ticket when you stay there. There are other options that may be cheaper for you. Queens car park is a better option.

Hi agree with comments from Thomas J. You can invite 1 guest as complimentary if more I think they quoted $60 cost. Wine, beer, soft drinks I did not see any spirits available perhaps they can be requested as not sure. Enjoy

Our room was also not ready on check-in time.... Tho there was ample seating/lounge area to wait, perhaps a voucher for a coffee at the on-site Cafe in the foyer would have shown a gesture of courtesy, ESP if you had a later check-in and room not yet available....
