Hotel's Favorite
Excellent service by Cally and the rest of Novotel team. We had a seminar with 20 participants coming and the organisation was excellent. Great food, nice looking place, good facilities. Will definitely organise seminar at Novotel again.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The check-in process was quick and the staff was very friendly. The room was a good size with two double beds. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was modern and clean. The buffet breakfast had a lot of options and everything was fresh and delicious. It is one of a few hotels where speciality coffee is included and you don't pay extra. The hotel is walking distance from a wide variety of restaurants, a convenience store, South Bank and the Channel 7 wheel. We wil choose this hotel again for our next stay in Brisbane.

Super services, nice receptionist :) The restaurant is beautiful and very good. We have a nice view and the pool is so beautiful. Receptionists take time to explain what we don't understand and help we to chose the best taxi.

I was pleasantly surprised at my recent first stay at this hotel. The rooms are very modern and the general areas are very classy. Being between Christmas & New Year, all the Christmas decorations were still in place which only added to its charm. The staff, particularly in the restaurant/bar area were nothing short of exceptional. Breakfast time was busy but the staff were quick to ensure food was replenished. The breakfast range was great and delicious. The hotel is a great location just behind the convention centre at Southbank and across from Musgrave Park, so central without all the peak hustle & bustle of Southbank or the city and easy to access by car. As I said, we were pleasantly surprised and we will be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was so comfortable, modern, and very quiet. The pool area was lovey for relaxing and a generous size for a swim. The breakfast offerings was amazing. So much to choose from that's fresh and tasty. The included barista coffee was very welcomed and appreciated. Every staff member we came across was so friendly and helpful. The location is a quick 5 minute walk through the side walk way to the Parklands and cafes. Thank you to all for such a wonderful stay. We very much look forward to returning soon.

My boyfriend and I went to Novotel at last minute because our former hotel suddenly cancelled. Enzo welcomed very kindly and managed to get us a nice room and a later check out. He also indicated us the geography of a city we didnt know. Thanks Enzo and Novotel!

Can not fault our stay. Friendly, efficient staff at check in/check out/breakfast and bar area. Rooms were extremely clean. Modern and clean bathroom. We had a family room which was two adjoining rooms; good space for us and our teenagers. Great air con! Loved your buffet breakfast (especially the freshly made omelettes!!!). And thought it was a great value add that barista made coffee was included. Your bar/restaurant area in the evening had a great atmosphere. Really good location. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thank you so much!

The location was very conveniently located, we were able to walk to most places. What I love about our room was the number of USB ports (that all works too)! We desperately needed to recharge both our phones, plus the powerbank and the laptop on a daily basis, and the room has more than enough for our purpose! The wifi was strong and stable enough for my 90-minute zoom call. The bed was super comfy and we slept very well. Another aspect I love about our room was that it had two separate desks so my partner and I could have our own space to put our belongings.
