We stayed in a 2x bed room in the 3rd building facing the south west direction . Not the wave pool side. The view was spectacular all day, especially in the evenings. Would highly recommend this accommodation. Lagoon, restaurants and bars all below. Everything is in an easy short stroll. Walking distance to town if needed. Katherine was a pleasure to deal with. Responsed to all enquiries. And assisted with all requests. Could not fault the unit, staff and location. Will definitely stay here again

Comfy beds, kitchenette, ensuite and shared bathroom toilet, large lounge, balcony, lounge, free wifi, off street parking and beach gear. Close to restaurants and water park and short walk into the city. A drive to markets. Hot water takes a little to arrive. A search for the rubbish chute which was located in the fire exit stairwell. The alloted park for my room is on a blind corner. My alloted number was covered by "no parking" sign which confused me. An incident where a driver was driving much too fast (60km/hr in 5km/hr zone) risking injury to me and my family.

At first I was disappointed that the nearby hotel was fully booked, but in the end I feel we ended up with a better option. The apartment was well clean and very well appointed; we had two bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge, balcony, kitchen and with internet connected tvs and wifi. The staff very friendly and helpful. The communication excellent, including accomodating our out of hours arrival and departure. The location couldn’t be better. As an accomodation option for a family vacation in Darwin, I can not highly enough recommend the Darwin Waterfront Short Stay Apartments.

Ended up cancelled our stay due email sent hours before arrival demanding cash money to be left in our unit after we all ready paid in full weeks befor , We questioned this with a rude female we called but could not hear or understand a word she said, we decided to cancel our stay no let's hope we get our money back in full

The apartment is spacious, modern, comfortable, clean and has the most beautiful view. Checking in and out was extremely easy and the hosts were absolutely lovely, very informative and so accommodating. The Waterfront is the best location in Darwin (I used to be a long term local, so I know), it’s within walking distance to everything including so many of Darwin’s best restaurants and a short taxi ride or nice long walk to Mindil Beach Sunset Markets. I’ll be back soon and will absolutely be staying again. Highly, highly recommend.

Our apartment was perfect. Lovely views, great amenities with the biggest and most serviceable balcony where we spent most of our time. We were very well looked after by Kat, Sue and their team. The car was a great bonus.

Absolutely fantastic, best place to stay in Darwin by a long margin! All the best food and drink is at your fingertips and the activities are all close by, you can walk into the middle of the city in 5 minutes. The most enjoyable stay I have experienced in years!

The location of Darwin Waterfront Luxury Suites is great if you are travelling with children, as there is an array of food and entertainment options right outside the door. The apartment was clean, modern, equipped with the basics and had good air conditioning. My only negative comments would be that it is a little expensive for what it is at over $5,000 for one week. The fire alarm went off twice during our 1 week stay and had to evacuate the building until the fire department arrived. Also, if you are hoping for views of the water you need to thoroughly check the room before booking as the ad showed harbour views but we were placed on the 1st floor facing the opposite way towards another apartment block and garden. If we had known this before arriving we could have better managed our expectations.…
