Stayed 3 nights at Sails in The Desert and we were extremely impressed from the first moment till we departed. All of the Staff we encountered were pleasant and professional. Our room, 223 (Terrace room) was beautiful and the rain shower was fantastic on the cool mornings. We ate breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and loved the food. The grounds were amazing and immaculately kept. Just a truely wonderful experience. The Management is to be congratulated. My 89 yr old Mum loved the whole time we were at Sails.

Great for families, room service 24/7 good selection for adults and children. The prices were reasonable and the service/food was great, within 40 minutes for your food/drinks depending on day or night ordering. Restaurant on site and pool bar. Plenty of sun lounges and seats around the hotel. Walking distance from our superior room, near the tennis courts to the Imalung lookout. It was about a 5 minute walk, very close to the town square and IGA. We walked around the resort daily as everything was so close from (Sails In The Desert). Tour buses stop out the front and free shuttle bus service also.

Spacious clean rooms, fresh and tasty buffets The only negative is the bar staff were constantly handling the drinking straws by the top (which goes in your mouth) which was concerning considering all the health and safety we are going thru The other negative is the bar shuts at 10pm and there is nowhere to go, cant buy take aways and no minibar in the room so I would suggest you take your own "tipple" if looking for a nightcap Apart from the above, awesome stay and I would return in a heartbeat

Hi RMWTM Thank you for your feedback and we are delighted that you so enjoyed your stay and we to hope have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future. At that time, we hope that the bar will be in a position to stay open a little later as we open additional outlets and return to pre COVID staffing levels Thank you also for your constructive feedback, which will be addressed. In one word - Exceptional. Prior to arriving I was hearing, reading the Ayers Rock Resort were understaffed and things were not as they should be. Well all I can say is there was no evidence of this at Sails. It might be true and if so the team there need a huge pat on the back to all staff as they were fantastic. The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and breakfast and dinner were all at the top of their game. Everyone at Sails need to be commended on making a holiday truly rememberable.

From easy check in to check out our stay was wonderful. ALL the staff are amazing, happy helpful and they genuinely wish to make your stay perfect. We loved the pool area in particular where we sat surrounded by the ghost gums sipping cocktails and enjoying our lunch after one of our tours. The rooms on the 3rd floor were clean and spacious with a nice balcony, large bathroom and loads of large fluffy towels. The room also had a small sofa and desk which was really useful. We loved everything!
