This is a wonderful hotel with excellent service . From the moment I checked in the service was friendly and faultless. Mai at check in was very helpful in printing my opera tickets. The complimentary shoe shine easy to use. This hotel also had the best breakfast of all of the hotels I stayed in on this holiday. The covid protocols were enacted in a clear and helpful manner. I look forward to staying again.
The Four Seasons is a great place to stay. It is in a great location with access to public transport and close to the Rocks and the city. Consistent quality and service with great attention to detail and in these testing times Covid cleanliness safety
Yes this a five star hotel and the hard product is great, but unfortunately that’s where it ends. First I will say I asked a manager to call me numerous times and was never contacted. Everything in this hotel is difficult - want room service to do something - that’ll be an hour. Want your room serviced - good luck! After paying $175 for a half day rate we had to raid the pool for towels.. By far the worst thing for me is that the hotel is literally the only place in New South Wales that requires masks. For overseas readers this is not a safety concern - there is no community transmission of COVID in Australia let alone NSW. So much so that we have 75,000 people safely in stadiums. I adhered to all of the strict lockdowns and mask rules of 2020 but didn’t expect my vacation to be ruined by a daily reminder of the pandemic. PS - half the staff don’t wear them anyway...…
Hands down the best hotel I've stayed at in Sydney. The staff were so attentive and friendly and I felt like nothing was too much trouble. There were first class amenities and the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. There was some building work going on next door to the hotel, but when the construction workers went past the cut off time the manager of the hotel went across the road and asked them to stop - which they did! I've stayed in Sydney many times for work but this will be my new home away from home going forward.
An oasis that is in a great location n the midst of Circular Quay and the Rocks. Staff are exceptional. Whisky bar is a great place to unwind and relax with friendly and informative staff. Room service was first class. The bed is extremely comfortable and room amenities are excellent. We will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sydney.
