I spent 14 nights in quarantine. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, I had a nice view towards Australia Square, plenty of sunlight, the food was varied and delivered on time, any request was dealt with promptly, including a delivery from Coles early on which gave me a few extras. The little ideas about earth hour, zoom meeting and the colouring kit were appreciated, you could see they had thought about the experience, including the certificate of achievement on the 14th night. A nice touch.

I was lucky enough to spend my quarantine here. The room was wonderful - with all needed amenities, spacious, quiet and had an amazing view of the Harbour bridge. Huge thank you to the kitchen staff for the meals, they even gave us fruits, cakes and sweet treats. They really cared about our wellbeing, suggesting different ways to pass the time and even to take part in 'bedroom bingo' between the guests. I have never enjoyed my stay more even in before-covid times, thank you so much!

I spent 2 weeks in the Marriott in hotel quarantine and can’t speak highly enough of the staff during my stay. They were always extremely helpful and the food was excellent. I had an amazing view of the opera house which made the days in isolation easier. They were happy to bring external food deliveries etc to my room. Hopefully next time I’m here I’ll be able to leave my room and experience what else the hotel has to offer.

Just a shout out to the cake chef/patissier who supplies the sweet treats with the quarantine meals. What excellent cakes and tarts! World class. Both a real pleasure and great portion size for people confined without exercise. Quite the highlight of the meal service. Got to say dinners were pretty good too given the constraints - can't be easy to serve great food from a trolley in cardboard boxes - but surprisingly tasty all the same. Thanks for the humane care and professional service you all managed to provide under challenging circx.
