Highly recommended. Outstanding hotel experience. You won’t be disappointed. Very conveniently located to Wynyard Station. Although rooms are compact, you have the wonderful rooftop terrace to relax and unwind. There is even a library if you are away with work.

Hotel's Favorite
Great hotel in a really convenient location - Barangaroo, Pitt St mall, QVB and Circular Quay are all within a 5-7 min walk from the hotel. Easily accessible from the airport, being above Wynyard train station. Rooms are compact and really well appointed - very comfortable bed, great lighting options, bathroom well planned. Rooftop bar was terrific, liked the option of being able to order meals via menu log, deliveroo etc with the staff delivering the food to you wherever you choose to eat in the hotel (with plates and cutlery). This hotel is a great option if you're a bit over the cookie-cutter luxury hotel rooms generally on offer. Looking forward to my next stay.

I sometimes like to score my hotels/stays for fun. I stayed for 3 nights so I have a bit to talk about. 5/5 Location: Literally right beside Wynyard station. You can't go wrong. There is a bus station across the road and the hotel is smack in the middle of the city. Its a great place to stay in that sense. 5/5 price: For location and what you get in the hotel, I feel like I really got a good deal. I felt well-rested which was great since I did a lot of walking throughout the day. Some people just get a hotel to sleep in, and spend majority of their time outside exploring. This was more than just a place to rest your head after a long day touring the city. 4/5 Room: The bed is great, best bed I've slept at. Its like sleeping on a cloud, you literally just sink into it but not "sink to it like a waterbed sink into it". A good kind. Movie options was a bit bare for me, wasn't much choices. I had a bit of an issue with the wifi in my room, my phone kept getting kicked out so I kept getting switched to my data without me noticing (so I ran out of data) hence the 4 stars. Room was very comfortable and I like the shampoo, conditioner, and soap they had on offer. The T2 Tea and Nespresso coffee in the room was great too. The bluetooth speaker that is also in the bathroom was my favorite new addition (tell the guys at Canberra to put those into their rooms, they are great!). And I've checked, pretty soundproof in the room. I was playing loud music and stood outside to check because I felt a bit bad/guilty about the noise, barely heard anything. 5/5 Hotel Amenities: The rooftop bar/lounge/library was amazing. My favorite was the outdoor area, I like to stay for a few hours to read a book under the stars, drink a put of tea, and wind down for the night. You don't get to do that at just any hotel let me tell you. I've ordered menulog a few times as well and I like how the hotel gives you cutlery and plates. Shame they close so early at night though, I understand closing the bar and the outdoor area, but at least keep the tea and coffee station open :( 5/5 Staff: Staff was all very accommodating for me, I can't complain really. Everyone was smiling and looked happy to be there. Was it worth it? 24/25 Overall, a resounding yes for me. There were a few hiccups with the wifi and the fact that the emergency alarm rang when I first arrived so all us guests had to walk down 7+ flights of stairs and wait outside but outside of these things, I really enjoyed myself!

I purchased this one night getaway for my partner and I through red balloon, and to be honest it’s not quite what we were expecting. Upon arrival, it is conveniently close to Wynyard station, and a 10-15 minute walk to both Darling Harbour and Barangaroo. The staff were lovely, the bed was amazing as too were the pillows.... and that’s where the positives end. When booking the experience you are inundated with pictures of amazing views, expecting a beautiful chocolate platter and cocktails just as it states on the description. However, my partner and I were placed in a corner room on the sixth floor, only for the view to be shutters. The modernism of the hotel is amazing, however, when it came time for the lights to be turned off, we had to deal with a loud humming noise for the entirety of the night, in which it only stopped when the lights were on. The Bluetooth would not connect, a plentiful of movies on demand is false advertising, there is limited movies, you are better off connecting to the chromecast... if you can!! Arriving at the lounge we requested for our choc platter and cocktails, there was limited chocolate, so instead got a cheese platter, and two cocktails from the menu (there’s maybe five to choose from.... personally I did not like either of them). The following morning we went to double check if a late checkout was acknowledged by the hotel management, and unfortunately due to miscommunication it wasn’t. We requested it and the hotel staff were kind enough to do so. We then went about our day arriving back at the hotel 40 minutes prior to check out time, and our key card was denied access, there yet again was miscommunication, and there was another trip to the reception to sort out the problem. To top the trip off our Uber eats was late, missing items, and cold... overall wasnt the most enjoyable romantic night out; wouldn’t return to this hotel again or purchase this gift.
