We stayed at Lime hotel last December 26-30, 2021. We booked through a phone call and Nica who answered our inquiries was very accommodating and kind. We got upgraded to a better room, and it was a well-appreciated treat! We stayed in room 705 which is nearest to the pool.

This hotel is on the main road and just a short and easy walk to the shore. The room was clean and had basic amenities, for its rate, you get what you pay for. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There is a laundry shop on the ground floor, convenient for those who will stay longer on the island. The pool was quite small but since there were not many users, we always had it to ourselves. My only peeve during the stay was the breakfasts were not served on time We had to call the front desk first despite an earlier instruction on the time of service.

I stayed here overnight, and it was a great stay. The staff were really kind, accommodating, and courteous. Every time I pass by them, they always smile and greet me. Checking-in was a breeze. They even serve welcome drinks.

I booked a deluxe room if I remember correctly. It includes silog breakfast that is delivered to your room at your preferred time in the morning. The bed was comfy and l got a lot of pillows. I love that you don't need to leave a key card to run the electricity. Will definitely stay here again when I go back.

By the way, there's quite a number of steps to take before you enter the hotel as they are located in the second floor.

Lime Hotel was a decent choice with spacious rooms. Both Check in and check outs were smooth. Had basic amenities and good value for money. Rooms can get soggy if you turn off the AC but thanks to the balcony we managed to dry our clothes.

Packed breakfast with limited choices but no complaints.

Perfect location as it was just a 5 minutes' walk to station 2 and had plenty of shops within the walking distance.

I must not forget to say the friendliest staff I have ever come across so far starting from the doorman, receptionists, housekeepers and even the maintenance team.

Thank you Lime Hotel for making our holiday remarkable!

The proximity of the hotel is good for the price we paid. It will take around 3-5 mins to walk to the white beach station 2.

The boxed breakfast they serve makes it feel lie we are in a quarantine hotel and that doesnt aid to the holiday feeling.

The walls are paper thin. Hence you can hear the tv or other guests talking all night. The sound of opening and the closing of the door also contributes to the noisy environment.

Making up room isnt given too much of a thought. They Lways forget to fill in the coffee.
There's no shower cap in case that is sth you need. Having the balcony helped but there's no clothes rack( I was told all taken up ) shouldnt each room come with it?
The pool is in the rooftop and its a good sized pool for a nice dip with the family. There's a shallow ( for you to feel the kids are safe) and a deep end too. It over looks the see a bit.

I would only recommend this hotel from the price point and the staff's friendliness.

I am glad I still have a few more days before my CNY HOLIDAY Is over may be I can sleep in a bit at home.

Very noisy!! We are currently staying here and they can't do anything with the guests staying on multiple rooms on the same floor and they keep on slamming the door for more than 3 hours! It's already past 3am and you can still hear the noise outside. If you want to relax I don't recommend this hotel because the noise is stressing us out, we've been trying to sleep since 12am but the noise won't let us. Also I don't think that they cleaned the bathroom because there's a used soap and a perfume cover behind the door!

The hotel has clean modern rooms. The bathroom is a bit small but ok. The hotel is in easy walking distance from the beach. The hotel has a stairs to the reception but if you are healthy it is not a problem. The staff is wonderful and the pool is nice too. One comment on the breakfast. It is very local, so no options for anything European.

We stayed last June 10 for one night and can I just say that their excellent customer service “wow-ed” me! I too is from hospitality industry and they have exceeded my expectations fron front desk, f&b and of course housekeeping team! Too bad I didnt get the name of the kind gentleman who helped me bring my luggage upstairs when I just got off from the e-bike for check in and I think he wa about to go home and done for the day but still he managed to assist me and gave me the warmest welcome. That itself speaks so highly of their service! No wonder there’s a 10/10 review about their hotel on TikTok too. Kuddos and keep up the awesome work, Lime Hotel! You made our trip easy and light as it’s my first time in Boracay. 11/10 is my rating!

The property is accessible to the beach front. Very clean and neat rooms. Breakfast is fine. Propert staff were accomodating and kind. The pool is just the right size with a great sky view. Highly recommended on your next stay in Boracay Island.

Stayed here for new year, where there is a significant price surge in the area. It's not the cheapest, or most expensive but definitely better in the area.

Staff are very polite, rooms are clean and it's quite modern. So many things are just wrong with the whole set up and design. Location is ok.

Superior rooms should be called 'basic rooms' as they have no balcony and some don't even have a window (ours had one dirty window facing a concrete wall). No wardrobe or anywhere to hang clothes. Rooms are very very noisy, staff start banging around 6am, can hear guests every movement around the hotel. Our room was next to the stairs, so every single noise can be heard crystal clear. Rooms also smell a bit damp (probably due to no fresh air).

Breakfast is not served in the hotel and is pretty poor with very limited choice. Rooftop pool is small and very dangerous for children as no barrier to stop them falling off the edge of the building if they were jump in from the pool.

Lift starts at 3rd floor, so no disabled access if you need it.

Overall I think Lime is more like a decent hostel than hotel and the photos show it to be more up market than it is. Perhaps would be better if we booked a penthouse, but I would recommend going elsewhere instead nearby Hennan and Azaelea look much better.
