We had our paid reservations thru Agoda app for a 4days-3nights stay with breakfast for 5.
Upon confirming with the hotel, they told us that they will only cover the free breakfast for 2 pax only. Upon discussions, they allowed for additional 2 pax for a total of 4 pax. I confirmed with agoda the said issue and they told us that it should be 5 pax. Again, after days of discussions, the hotel decided to grant the request.
We were the only guests in the hotel during our check-in period. As literally. We are the only guests.
The 2bedroom apartment that we reserved were spacious enough for all of us. 4 beds with 2 bathrooms and with kitchen and living room. There is also a refrigerator. No utensils available.
Wifi connection is slow and unstable in our rooms. You should be in the balcony or in the ground floor to have a stable wifi.
We enjoyed the pool, as if it is our private pool. Though there is no heater yet we had fun.
The free breakfast was good as well especially at our last day. Our request to change the rice to bread was not granted though.
Our request for a HDMI cable was not granted as well.
Staff are attentive to your needs. They offer the best they can atleast.

Looks good from the outside, but inside it is no more than a average at best. Dated rooms, limited electrical connections and the wifi? Well, everything logged on initially, but then moments later disconnected, but kept on telling you that you were still connected! 2 x trips to reception where they take the IP address and then log you in with the room sub address to get it put right.
This was done efficiently and without fuss, but seemed to be to be accepted as pretty much a usual thing. If it is, then why not make a point of letting people know of:
a) There is an issue.
b) What needs to be done to solve it.
Alternately sort the issue out with the Hotel Wifi system so it ISN'T an issue.
Breakfast was ok (not sure why the urns aren't kept heated, though).
Rooms basic but functional.
Staff friendly and welcoming.
Lot of noisy building work going on.
I guess you can't blame the Hotel for their guests, but you get fed up with screaming kids running up and down the corridor and people talking and laughing loudly at all hours of the day and night. You can't control the guests, but perhaps some better sound insulation might be in order?
Unlikely to back in Boracay for a long time, but there is a lot of hotel competition around when I do.

Staff very friendly and attentive. Pool clean and warm. Towels for beach/pool provided. Wifi good. Just a three minute walk to the beach.
Hotel is a bit outdated. Lobby, old furniture, old setup. Breakfast only given to two people per room even if the reservation was for four people, nothing spectacular either. Main complaint was bathroom had a funky smell that seeped into the room even if the door was closed, and shower’s hot water so hard to control.

So first let me say the staff (most) where fantastic, room was as expected clean and well looked after. We arrived Sunday @ 3.00pm to be told the bar by the pool would not open due to lack of staff. Went to bar inside told no sir no SAN Miguel cold but I do have 2 bottles warm if you like that. No thank you asked for bourbon ( Jim Beam) barman said what’s that.
Monday, bar due to open by pool at 2.00pm no sir sorry not till later, what time? When staff arrives, 5.30 Arrives still no SAN Mig or idea what Jim Beam or JD is,
Tuesday 4.30 bar opens yeh 8x SAN Miguel oh sorry sir frozen. Jim Beam ?? No sir but we have Jonny Walker,
Wednesday at last service cold beer .
Breakfasts
Ok if you like cold scrambled egg, cold fried eggs, cold bacon , Sausages, etc then go for it but as a chef I like hit food served hot, not cold from chafing dishes with no heat beneath.
In summary food crap, bars worse, staff awesome but kitchen staff need replacing otherwise this place will loose business real fast.

Terrible place, first room so bad they moved us to another ground floor, workmen starting at 5am and making loads of noise, air con so loud had to turn it off, beds like stone, and the breakfast was un edible, they said it was for locals, well guess what we were tourists. Then the power went off on the island for whole 2 days and the generator was next to our room, like a tank running. The pool was the only good thing, and finally cold shower, when I complained they just kept saying sorry sir. Do not waist your holiday with this hotel.

There was an unfortunate incident that happened to us when we were in Boracay. Luckily, sir Yong and the rest of the staff were really helpful and accommodating to our needs. I never thought that they will provide service above and beyond what is expected of them. They are really caring and took initiative in our concerns.
Honestly, the location of the resort is quite far from the beach. But due to the hospitality that was given us, no doubt that we will return to Boracay Holiday Resort on our next visit.

The hotel is very old and does not correspond to the 3 * level, it needs to be renovated, there are a lot of ants and lizards in the rooms, mushrooms grew from under the sink, + this is a beautiful area with a good and clean pool, breakfasts are 3 out of 5, very monotonous, there is not even a toaster to fry bread. The gym needs renovation, none of the machines worked. barbell and dumbbells only.

This is the worst Hotel experience ever. We are staying in room 202 and my family gets asked for ID when coming and going. Very frustrating to be treated like criminals here. We would leave if we could get a refund.

Stayed during Easter which was a very busy family time for phillipinos.
Pool was a good size and well maintained.
Breakfast was ok, always something to eat.
On arrival information given to us on do's and don't, which was a little off putting.
Hotel is in a good position to beach and bars and restaurants.
Hotel itself a little dated but was ok.
Staff friendly and helpful

This is just a warning do not stay in boracay holiday resort... the have the worst service...and false advertising...they claim to be right behind boracay regency but this is not true...staying der would mean walking through a long dark alley way where alot of men are always standing by(its not safe)... the staff made us feel like we should be thankful that we were staying in there resort...they even over charged us because on the website it says 8,000 per night and everything should be paid before getting there..no wonder because it was actually only suppose to be 7,500 per night...the room only had beds fit for 6 people when we were 8...they wouldnt give blankets they said only 4 but we paid for 8 people...they are under construction which they did not inform us , there were so many flies and we could not sleep because the construction workers would be working at all hours.. the worst resort ive ever stayed at...

Yes they do have but a bit slow. I prefer to use LTE as it is much faster.
Yes, if you go to the beach you can ask the front desk for a towel but you have to return it even an umbrella they provide too but return after,
