① Shower
I was relieved that the hot water came out properly. To use it, first select the faucet, hand shower, or rain shower with the triangular dial above the faucet. Then, pull the handle on the right toward you to get water, and turn it to the right to get hot water. Once you know how to use it, you can enjoy a comfortable shower.
② Locking
It took me a day to solve this mystery. I was given a key, and I tried turning it around, but it wouldn't lock at all. In fact, the handle at the top of the photo was the key, which was simple. If you turn it down, it will lock. When you go out, you lock the lock on the keyhole side to lock it. I've traveled a lot, but this was my first time using this type of lock, so it was difficult to solve. You need to keep your mind open.
③ Breakfast
The current style is to choose one of five set meals and one drink, such as coffee. It was disappointing that the vegetables were just a few thin slices of cucumber.

Nice resort right on the beach. If you stay in the other building across the street you can hear the loud night traffic so I recommend stay in the building on the beach if possible. Breakfast was a bit less satisfying but if you are not picky you’ll be fine. Overall okay :)

My first stay was me and hubby last Feb 2023. Because I loved the location, I brought my kids too and for 6days July 6 thru 12. And they also liked it coz of the beachfront location, cleanliness and staff. If they will serve better breakfast, this would be a 5 Star. It was plated back in Feb but turned into 1 serving buffet . Please stop serving the corned beef. :D
Overall, we will be back for sure in Boracay and will still choose their beachfront hotel. Kudos too to their staff named Fritz. He is so masipag and was too busy but still helped us inflate our salbabida. The rest of the staff are all courteous and friendly. See you again soon DWEH.

The Good, The Bad and The Ugly:

The Good:
Staff is very friendly and helpful
The beds are very comfortable and the aircon is good
The amenities like bath wash, shampoo and conditioner are great
The Shower is very nice and the beach location the best

The Bad:
The bathroom is crampy, the washbasin too small and not accessible due to the rack with hooks on top of it!
To reach the beach you must cross the busy road going there and going back
There is NO outdoor pool despite the advertisement and the indoor pool is more like a bathtub for children.
The Photos on the web side of Agoda are not representing the reality, they are angled in a way that everything looks bigger, larger, nicer than in real time
The Ugly:
Since payment is made you cannot cancel and complains are not honored, you are STUCK !!!

it is so near to the Willy’s rock. The location is superb but my mom and I were truly disappointed with the room that we stayed. I did it in a site and I chose two beds which was been agreed upon. When we came there I was really disappointed bec we had to walked at the end of the hotel with no lift, had to carry our luggages by stairs. we have back problem issues but roomboy helped us. our room
was too small and coudnt even fit our two carry on luggages. i spoke to the receptionist about our bed and she told me that all the rooms in the budget area bas only queen bed and its tbe Agodas fault for not removing tbe bed options. it wqs dusty and a bit smelly. i dotn think theyd even cleaned or mop tbe floor, our view outside our room is such an ugly view too.. i paid for PHP2000 for a day amd its not really worth! we shouldve stayed to other 3 star hotels with a budget frienly room with own bathroom or airbnb.
the staff at their restaurant are kinda racists too.
they are very nice a d polite with foreigners but not with filipinos. they never even say hi to us and even giving us the plate or ask if we need anything.
onyl one staff offered us a coffee.

i stayed in a four star hotel before we stayed in this hotel for a day because i rhought it will be fun to stay here on my last day in Boracay. but nah!!

I booked two rooms at the main building but was discourage of the service. Supposedly should recommend them but changed my mind and will never stay here again. The location of the hotel is good as it is few steps away from the beach front. Some staff are okay, apparently on our second night we requested small sachet of coffee, it was declined by the reception , she said we are checking out that day so no more. Please note they only provide 1 small sachet of coffee each night of stay per person. One room has not been made up as well but we never complained saving the planet😉. Customer service👎🏻

We had stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoy our stay. Thank you Water Edge! Location is very close to beachfront and indeed the perfect spot for sunset.

Breakfast served in their beachfront restaurant, where you can get enjoy the morning sea view.

We will definitely stay here again!

We had a group of 16 stay on Station 1 at Boracay at Diamond Edge, there are 2 buildings. The new building is right on the beach, which is amazing. If you can, stay there, the sunset is at your door and the swimming pool is right under you. The only thing they can improve on is their Breakfast in the morning, but everything from the transfer and beyond was fantastic.

Japanese, Filipino & Chinese restaurant menu all in one place. Superb location with a beach view of Boracay plus the excellent food. Kudos to Chef Eryl and all the servers who always greet you with a smile. Must try their authentic ramen and sushi.

We had a great stay for 3 night at Diamond Water Edge. The staffs are accommodating and warm. They provide beach towels and mat for free. The beach front is not that crowd since there's no trees for people to stay. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
