They serve very tasteful grilled squid and fruit shakes. Don’t suggest to order prawns and oysters. Oysters are too small. Prawns are too expensive per 100 grams.
There’s a delightful view on the ocean and a pretty quite atmosphere comparing to the area of D’mall.

Stayed at the SGL Deluxe Room. Upon arrival I was surprised several staffs assisted me with to the hotel from the airport and most especially big help even in my departure from the hotel a staff member assisted not just me but even my friends. Buffet breakfast is served but on the 2nd day the hotel receptionist called to ask if I wanted breakfast. I was lazy to go down but I was informed breakfast can be delivered to the room served everyday complete with iced coffee, water and juice and fruits. Though the hotel needs renovations they greatly matched it with the service they give to their hotel guests. Will definitely stay again. Thank you Estacio Uno!

We stayed here for our new year countdown, we occupied 5 rooms and billed at the annex room, it’s just across the street few steps from the main building, I would say the room is quite expensive from what it offers,, hmm i think they haven’t bounce back from the pandemic and the govt rehabilitation, that’s why some of the facilities still not operational, like the elevator is not working when we arrived, then it works but no light and just before we leave it’s full operational.. The hotel is just normal, just usual, facilities is just okay, nothing extravagant or special.. the good thing about this resort is it’s just in front of willy’s rock, located at station 1, very few people and not crowded. And another thing they have good customer service, they are all pleasant, warm and attentive..and that’s what matters.. sometimes you can just disregard some lapses in their facilities because it is compensated by the warm ness of their employees.

This hotel is in serious need of some upkeep and updating. They charge premium rates for a 2 star hotel at best.
The deluxe room we stayed in looked into the hotel maintenance room. You could t open the curtains and there was no natural light. Staff sat in that room watching videos on their phones from 05:30am. We asked for another room and we were moved to one that looked into the pool pump room and the pump started at 06:00! Not great to wake up to that noise on your holiday. Also no natural light in this room.
The bathrooms are bad. The shower heads are rusty and only provide a trickle of water. The towels are worn through and frayed. The toilet didn’t work properly in this second room so We asked to be moved again and the hotel kindly ‘upgraded’ us to a room with a view. Slightly better although the sliding doors kept getting stuck.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location as it is directly on the beach at Station 3.
The staff were friendly and as helpful as the could be in such a run down property. Breakfast was average and the coffee below average.
Note: the website offers rooms at the annexe across the road…it is actually not directly across the road…the annexe is further up the road.

Great and affordable food! One of the cheapest on the island considering its location is right by the beach and boracay landmark.
Top staff! Especially mr.Lyle who’s been very helpful with my complicated orders.
Ambiance is crazy good especially during sunset with a beautiful lighted pools and relaxing songs from their great acoustic singer.
They also have dining spaces for dining with AC and it’s clean and spacious.
.Truly recommendable for best boracay experience!

I didn’t get what I paid for. I go to Boracay at least once a year. I have booked in different hotels. Some hotels I have booked are of better location and even of better price.
This hotel is definitely not worth every penny you pay. The hotel is so worn out already. Service is so bad. Hotel needs so much repair. I do not understand why there are good ratings in this hotel. Maybe those who rated high for this hotel hasn’t tried booking with other hotels.
As simple as the door knobs, it’s so rusty. So hard to open. Toilet is so dark and outdated. Hallways paint are falling off already.
Clearly the owners of this hotel is not willing to spend anymore to improve the hotel yet they charge so much per night.
They do not care about customer experience anymore.
So if you want to feel shortchanged, please book in this hotel.
I haven’t even talked about how the food sucks as well.
I am sure NOT TO EVER BOOK AGAIN in this dirt hotel with hairballs and dusty floor.

We stayed here to be by the beach and were moved to a better room after our room at the annex had issues like cleanliness. The room by the beach was great and had a sea view from one of the windows. The breakfast buffet was OK but heavily geared toward Philippine food, which I don't eat much of. The staff were great and attentive. Our room also was near the resort's smoking section, and I told a staff member that just banning smoking was best, an opinion she agreed with. The internet was hit or miss but hey, you don't go to Boracay to stay online, right? Overall, we had a pleasant stay here but will probably opt for something closer to the action as this place was a bit far from the main action at White Beach.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast buffet with Asian and European choices. Our 'deluxe executive' room was huge with 2 double beds and a full supply of amenities in the bathroom. Free bottles of water are replenished each day.

I would have given an 'excellent' were it not for the loud music played each afternoon before the singer started his set at 6 pm. I had to call reception on two occasions to lower the volume.

What I liked: Location was great at the end of the beach, not a whole lot of foot traffic. Air conditioining was fabulous had to turn it down not to freeze. Food was good, but same breakfast menu for a week got tirsome. Staff was fantastic, a little inexperienced but what they lacked in skill they made up for in effort. Never had to ask twice for anything.
What I didn't like: Had mosquitoes in the room every night no mater what we did don't know how they got in but had em. Had to apply Off to go to sleep. They advertise loungers and umbrealls for the beach, but none were in sight or available. I do understand that the weather was not good the first couple of days we were there, but it was beautiful the last 4. Thety did some landscping and whenthey cut the branches off of the trees they left them lay for hours, they were polutted with red biting ants and could not even walk on the beach side of the property for 2 days without getting bit. Shower had balck mold.

We got up early as we were still jet lagged and all of a sudden, my son saw grey smoke coming from the air conditioning unit. Within seconds the unit was on fire. It was blocking our only exit from the room. The fire alarm DID NOT go off. We took a chance and made a run for it. We had to run 1 flight down to the reception screaming fire before security ran up with an extinguisher. An investigation has proved that the air conditioner unit AND the fire alarm system were faulty.

Hi Chritopoloss, Unfortunately, that is the only way to go to your hotel. If you really want to avoid these hassle, you should have booked a flight to Caticlan instead. You may also ask the hotel if they can help you arrange your transportation.
