The hotel is new and very well designed. The room we got has a bathtub,blower and bidet. Our room is facing the pool and the view is AMAZING!! The staff were very courteous especially Almie who assisted us throughout our stay. I love how this hotel is becoming environment friendly by providing a pitcher in the room instead of water bottles. you can then get water from a water dispenser outside. No more plastic water bottles. The room is clean and spacious. The tv is basic so you might want to bring your own streaming devices. It is not beachfront but it is just a 5min walk to the beach. Overall, the hotel is nice and definitely a bang for your buck.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Hennan Park Resort. We were happiest when our reservation received a free upgrade from the deluxe to the premiere rooms 😁 the rooms were nice and clean and there was ample space for 2-3 persons to stay in comfortably. We had an easy time with checkin (c/o Amelie, thank you so much), checkout, and roundtrip transfer (which was prompt and convenient). We found its location very convenient as well with it being 5 mins walk away from DMall and the beach. However, the path going to the beach directly from the resort was really scary because it was a dim hole in the wall. It was fine we just passed through DMall most of the time. We enjoyed the pool area although we wish the jacuzzi could have been on for longer. The pool area was clean, spacious, and the attendants were so helpful. The food in the resort including the breakfast was just okay. Some were not so good, others were pretty good (like the fish fullet) but most were just okay. I appreciated the complete selection however. This resort was worth what we paid and we were satisfied with a safe, comfortable, and convenient stay.

When we entered the hotel, the doorman greeted us with a smile, Geraly, Jemar and Jonathan the bellboys immediately came to help us out with our stuff, thanks to Avrielle for assisting us. They not only were polite but also started very friendly conversations with my Husband, and it made us feel very welcome. Whether it was by the poolside, the beach side, or at the door, the staff would always ask us how we were doing and pay constant attention, Especially at the pool the staff would consistently come and check on us whether we would want drinks, Even the staffs at room service and housekeeping were very efficient. I would also like the say that the concierge was excellent. Food was execellent
The room at Hennan Park is very spacious. The bed was very comfortable for two people to sleep while having plenty of extra space to move around. We loved that the pool which helped us relax after a long day of eating and laying by the beach. We also loved the refreshing complimentary water every day as you walk in to the hotel. The atmosphere at the Henann Park was very relaxing, with the staff always having a smile on their face and the hotel being so well kept, It’s so great to share such a bond with the people at the hotel and it feels so great to have such a good experience and definitely worth the money we spent and the value was very high. A hotel like Henann Park is at a level of high expectation and it really fulfilled those expectations. I hope that this kind of hospitality continues at Henann Park so that more people could share an experience like we did at your hotel.

Our last few holidays (bohol & boracay) we have been staying at various henann hotels, and this new addition didn't disappoint. It was our anniversary holiday and the staff (I believe her name was FAYE) at the front desk was very kind to "gift" us a complimentary upgrade to the premier room. Being a newly built resort, the rooms, esp the bathroom was impeccable. The breakfast was yummy with loads of choices and even the spreads at the bread section were so many it was confusing what to choose! Every section of the pool had a "jacuzzi" so atleast you don't have to crowd yourself in just one spot or wait for your turn to use the "jacuzzi". 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Staff are very accomodating and friendly. Thank you Henann Park, your have my two thumbs up!

The Premier room we got has a great view of the pool area, and it was always kept clean by housekeeping. We dined at the Pool Bar, and I highly recommend their pineapple fried rice and grilled chicken! Kuya Kyle and Erwin were very accommodating to us. As for the breakfast buffet at Orchard Cafe, their food has variety, but I wish they serve bacon as well. Lastly, their massage service is the best! Kudos to Ms. Reisa and Ms. Karen.

Location: 3.5 star Bit far from the main beach for about 5-7 mins walk. The alley you will take is too tight, dark, and flooded so you have to step on the sand bags which is not safe if you're with kids and seniors like us because they might slip.
Amenities: 3 stars Lobby and elevator are okay. Downside of this hotel was the pool. We can't enjoy swimming at night and the pool bar because of the cold water of the pool. Yes! You read it right! The pool in Henann Park is not heated or warm. We've been to Henann Crystal and Henann Alona, both of them has warm or heated pool so we enjoyed swimming even at night there.
Staff: 5 star All staff are kind. Especially MR. CARVE. We had a smooth check in process which is very important because we booked 5 rooms and we're all exhausted in our flight/travel. We already have available room so all of us left our luggages and bags in my room because deluxe room of my parents and other relatives are not yet available that time.
Food: 4.5 star Complimentary buffet breakfast is one of my main "what to haves" in choosing hotel. That's why we booked Henann. The food was great but I don't see any bacon which is the trademark of Henann bfast. And at 8-8:30am, it was hard to get table as soon as you arrived at Orchard Cafe. Because some of my relatives came late and the line of waiting was about 5-7 groups before you.
Overall. If you want a silent Boracay, you would consider staying here. Because at night, less people are going on swin so less noise.

All of their service from restaurant, to guards, to receptionist are superb!!! Very respectful, alert and attentive. But I can only remember Carve, the front desk, who assisted us on check in. He was very accommodating and kind with excellent customer service. When we lost our other fam members, we were so cold and since we did not have a room key, we went to the front desk and Carve gave us extra room key to go to our room. He also provided for birthday cake for my mom and brother who celebrated their birthday at boracay. The food servers also sang for us enthusiastically. Kudos to all the employees of Henann Park!! :)
The food choices are great as they have a salad station. I remember at Henann Garden there is no salad greens station.
The overall place is new, though i like it better at Henann Garden when it comes to the ambiance, but overall, worth a try for the price.
The room assigned to us was placed beside a hospital, so we just did not open the balcony area much. The floor upon opening the door of the room is not flat so there is really a big chance of tripping, everytime we enter the room.
The bed is still the best, so comfortable and soft same with Henann Garden.
The pool is so cold, hoping they can soon consider heater. But maybe because of the cold weather. So we did not use it much.
The location is a bit accessible, just 5-8 mins walk away from the beach depending on pace.

We arrived at around 8am in the morning and requested for an early check in if possible. We left out luggages while waiting for our check in time as they said that the hotel was fully booked. Carve was able to assist us and had us checked in past 11am. We were welcomed with a clean, complete and spacious room. The staff were all accommodating (FD, restaurant staff, pool staff, and the house keeping who were very fast in delivering any requests we made). Breakfast food were amazing. I love the caramel !!! We also ordered food for dinner which was also very good. We had a wonderful stay in Boracay. Thanks to Henann Park Resort.
The only downside I guess is that you have to be prepared with money as they charge 2K per room per night for incidentals. Otherwise, the stay was perfect!

The Henann Park is nice new hotel. The rooms are large, nicely decorated, the bed and pillows were very comfortable and have all the necassary requirements . Our room had direct pool access with steps into the pool and a sun bed and table and chairs. Pool towels are available as required. The staff at the resort were outstanding without exception and offered excellent, friendly customer service in all areas of the resort. To note: A deposit of Php 16,000 was required at check in which was not an issue however, it might cause an issue to some if not prepared. The mini bar is not stocked however, you can bring alcoholic, soft drinks and snacks into the hotel for consumption. The pool access rooms 129 - 132 overlook the restaurant and if you open your terrace doors at breakfast time or dont close the shutters when it gets dark you and your room are on display to all. There are no curtains, there are numerous wooden shutters for privacy however, gravity would not allow several to stay closed which meant jamming key cards etc underneath to stop them from opening. The pool access rooms at the back offer more privacy. Quiet time is 6am - 10pm however, piped music in the restaurant sometimes started at 5.45am. Breakfast had an amazing selection everyday however, no bacon! The chef told us that they would never serve it! Rather an odd comment but maybe a company policy. Plenty of other choices. The location is away from the beach and we would select another Henann property on the beach next time. It was only a 5 minute walk along the road and through D Mall as suggested by the hotel staff. You can take a shorter route through a narrow unlit passage way if you must, but its not recommended. Its a great hotel, highly recommended and the employees make the stay enjoyable.

I stayed 7 days in Henann Park and everyday is the best breakfast service. I am a returning guest of Henann and Cheron remember me and my request coffee and milk on the side later hot choco :) Jomar too is very attentive on removing the table clutters and other request. I have seen them from breakfast to dinner and I hope they get to rest.
Love the pool bar too, Maila and Jomari whos mixing our drinks. They really provide best customer service, they have some small talk with their guest and ask if we need more and recommend the best drink.
Resto staff always check on us and the rest of the guest. They don't discriminate on the looks as some of the hotel that I have been have incidents like that.
Henann is lucky to have staff who's giving 1000% service to their guests. I hope they get incentives.

Yes you can have it charged to your room and settle on check out but only if you have the daily safety deposit of 2,000p with the hotel. Like upon check in you pay 2,000p per night as safety deposit it’s refundable on check out.
