I arrived at Boracay port 7:47pm. This is my first time to be in Boracay. My itenerary was just to stay in iloilo for Dinagyang. But the room girl in Fine Rock hotel in iloilo told me that Boracay is just a boat away so i decided to atleast experience it. This is just a 1 day trip to boracay so I'm not planning to stay in a hotel that promotes their amenities cause I won't have time to enjoy it anyways.

I typed the keyword cheap hotel in Boracay and voila, list of hotel pop up and one of the choices is Boracay Breeze Hotel. Sample pictures was ok so I told the tricycle driver to bring me to Boracay Breeze.

Since it's my first time I didn't know whats the difference between station 1, 2 and 3. Boracay Breeze is located at station 1. So I said ok.. I arrived at the port 7:47pm and made it to Boracay Breeze past 8pm.

Upon seeing the hotel. It's like an ancestral house and seemed to be a small one(front view) but its really big. Like rectangular shape so it just seems to be small if you're looking from the front view.

Value for money, Definitely!
It's 1500 for one day stay. I'm not yet satisfied so I roam around to check other hotels nearby but this seemed to be the most appealing.

Room was nice. You can check my photos. Its neat although restroom need some repairs.

They have free wifi although but i was not able to enjoy it since I have a data plan. They also have complimentary breakfast.

Service rating I gave 4 since none of them really seemed to be friendly. But just so-so.

Food was ok. Limited choices from the menu.

Location not too near and not too far. Which is what I prefer its like a 5minute walk to the beach front.

Overall rating: 4

Would I recommend it: Yes, they treated me just right as a customer although I hope they get to be more accomodating. Specially for new customers.

Cons: since station 1 is the technically at the very last station its the farthest coming from the port. Tricycle fee is 150. Going to Boracay Breeze Hotel.

The life of Boracay, if you're a party person is at station 2. But for peace and quiet then I would suggest staying in Boracay Breeze.

Note:
All hotels have a check out time of 12pm so plan your schedule wisely if you wanted to stay longer and make the most out of what you paid for. As for me I only get to stay for 13hrs and most of the time I'm actually spending it outside.

Advise: Staying in an expensive hotel is not really a practical choice specially if you're there to enjoy Boracay cause most of the time you stay outside and you only stay in your room to sleep. But if you have the budget then by all means... hehehehe

Boracay Breeze is a small hotel that is literally just about 50 steps away from the beach (Station 1). At first you will think that not being at the beach front is a disadvantage. But the nice thing about is it's quiet and peaceful surroundings. (Hotel is near the Balabag Church) Also noticeable were: (1) the good accommodation from their staff is commendable. (2) the free breakfast included in their package was very good, other variety of foods are also served (American, Filipino among others). (3) rooms are clean and neat and the towels/bed sheets are regularly replaced. They have a partnership with Willys Beach Club, so Boracay Breeze guests are allowed to occupy the Willy's beach front. All in all our stay at Boracay Breeze was enjoyable.

This is our first time to visit Boracay and we really enjoyed it. We stayed their for 3 days and 2 night (jan 15-17). It was a hassle-free vacation. We booked a room through myboracayguide and it was all worth it. The room is within our budget and it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, comfortable and has almost everything we need. They have housekeeping and they cleaned our room.. they also provide toiletries. Their staffs were friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is yummy too. The hotel is secured with guard personnel and cctv. It is located very near the white beach at the back of willy's resort (willy's rock). The hotel is very accessible. Overall, our experience was superb! We surely recommend this hotel to budget-travellers like us. Kudos 😊

My friend and I had been staying at Two Seasons hotel for 2 nights but we wanted to extend our stay for another day. And due to financial constraints, we had to transfer to Boracay Breeze. It was a huge deviation from the opulence of Two Seasons. It was apparent that it was a really small, budget hotel. The staff at the reception desk was nice though. He gave us our key to room 303.

When we went inside the room, we thought it was just OK. Just enough space to go around and do your stuff. However, when we tried the beds, they weren't comfortable and they still had sand in them! And they smelled sooooooo bad. Come night time, we were freezing because the aircon was positioned so low that it was directly in front of us and the bed sheets were too thin to ward off the coldness. There wasn't even a way to close the vent or to move it away from us since it was broken. So we had to sleep with just the fan on. Good thing the air was cool because it was January. My friend had a hard time sleeping because of the bad smell of the bed sheets. She said they looked like they haven't been replaced with new ones because of the smell and the sand on them. Come check out time, we were complaining to the staff that there wasn't enough water coming to our room! Such a total disappointment. We had to call their attention to that and right after, the water pressure became stronger. And then after a few minutes, the water coming up wasn't enough again. And we had to complain a second time and then the water came back again.

Given our bad experiences with this hotel, I am certainly never coming back. For P2,200 for the room, I expected more. Probably the good things that save this hotel from total humiliation are the free wifi which had a good signal, it's close proximity to the white beach at Station 1 (which has the best sand in the island and is just a couple of minutes walk), and the nice staff. Apart from that, I can't say anything good about this hotel anymore. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. Better spend your money somewhere else.

My friends and I checked in here and kinda disappointed :(

I booked thru "my boracay guide website" , one STANDARD ROOM with extra mattress, this is small for three persons. My other friend stayed on the floor, and was always difficult for us to use the bathroom especially in the middle of the night. You need to cross over one bed to be able to reach the bathroom.

Bathroom:
The bidet holder is very dirty :(
Has hot and cold shower.
Has toiletries

Food:
Free breakfast is a "so-so", fresh mangoes for dessert were really sour! Pancakes aren't fluffy. Bangus is pre fried already.

Staff:
Not all staff are welcoming. They don't greet or smile. This is my 5th time in Boracay and I guess people here are not happy with their work. The reservation officer allowed us to leave our things in the lobby after we checked out so we can still stroll around and eat lunch and snack before our flight to Manila.

Location:
Adjacent to Willy's Rock, far from D'Mall.
Boracay Breeze Resort is located in Station 1

Been to other hotels in Boracay and this is the worst.

We stayed in this simple yet divine hotel last Sept 12 to 15, 2013... I was travelling with my 8 friends. Everything was marvelous with this little hotel, including the staff... We got the family room, it was clean and the linens are fresh. Toilet is spacious & equipt with H & C Shower, the room has a terrace too... The service was excellent, ryan (front desk) helped us book with the tour. He recommended a tour guide to assist us with our water & land activities such as atv, helmet dive, para sailing etc. The hotel staff are always willing to lend a hand to attend our needs. The breakfast was scrumptious..on our last day @ boracay breeze, we have an early flight so we checked out around 4am. The kitchen staff was so considerate that they had our breakfast ready in takeout boxes at exactly 4am too. Aside from that, this hotel is also a stone throw away from the boracay white beach Station 1,The auxilliary police station is just around the corner too, so rest assured that its safe to stroll around the area at night. Catholic Parish Church is also nearby. If you wish to have a non hassle trip to boracay, book with boracay breeze resort, they also have transportation service from kalibo airport to their hotel... --cristy c.--

I stayed here for 5 Nights. Only to sleep. It was okey... The bed sheets was stainey. And the staff ok... It is Close to the Beach station 1. And Close to massasje and hairdresser parlour. Close to bars and a few resturants. Quiet and Nice. Nois y from the workers early morning from the window. No good view to a stone brick wall. I got a good offer from Agoda.com
