The hotel's prime location is a highlight, offering easy access to the beach and local attractions, while maintaining a peaceful ambiance. Guests enjoy the lively atmosphere, complete with live music, despite occasional noise concerns. The rooftop pool and varied breakfast options receive high praise. From reservation to departure, me and my husband did not experience any hassle or inconvenience. Here’s to why we were happy choosing this hotel:

We stayed for 4D3N. The hotel is located at Station 2, inside the D’Mall of Boracay Island.
Location wise, it’s perfect for me because personally, I want a hotel that is accessible to the beach, shops, restaurants and food stalls nearby. The hotel is at the center of the D’Mall therefore it is just few steps away from the main road and from the beach- which makes it very perfect for us!

The food in the restaurant, La Plaza is great!
My favorite is their Breakfast Tapa with Rice. I so loved it!
We were also able to try their rice bowls as well, ranging from 150-200 pesos only and it’s so yum! Made my tummy full!

The room, it’s exceptional and superb! It has the best interior and it’s actually the best room I have ever stayed at so far! I would rate the room 5/5 for we didn’t have any trouble and problem during our whole stay. Such a beaut and instagram worthy!

The pool is located at the roof deck, wasn’t able to try it because the bath tub is enough for me after beaching! 😃 There’s also a Fitness gym in this hotel.

I’d like to commend the GM, Mr. Jun Delos Santos, he has always been so accommodating, friendly and informative. He never failed to check on us, greet us and ask if we were having a comfortable stay in the hotel. All queries especially about the island, nearby shops and the hotel were answered by him effortlessly. Thank you, Sir Jun.

His FO, F&B, Housekeeping, security and even engineering team were very helpful and accommodating during our whole stay.

Special mention to Danica, Mel, Dan, the FOS (forgot the name) and Sir from the housekeeping team who always wears black (sorry I haven’t got your name but it’s you!), Sir from Security team- Thanks all for your help, hospitality and friendliness!

Me and my husband had a very great stay. Indeed, we will come back soon with our kid!

Thank you for a remarkable experience, Feliz Hotel Boracay Team!

Loved the interiors, with an eye-catching lobby, well-adorned Spanish-style rooms and a roofdeck pool with an awesome sunset view. We were on honeymoon and got treated to a lovely welcome amenity! We were well take cared of for the entirety of our trip and was also accommodated during our unforseen extension due to Taal Volcano’s ashfall. Will return!
PS great bathroom and tub!
PPS they used recycled water for flushing, has a smell that is sometimes offputting

This hotel is located in the middle of the D'mall, an area rich with bars, restaurants and shops. Yet it is only a minute or two's walk to the famous White Beach. This does mean the area is busy (even in rainy season). To the hotel itself -
Arrival. We checked in at 11am and our room wasn't ready, so we left our luggage at the hotel and went for a stroll. Coming back to the hotel we were still early for our room so we went to their restaurant for a coffee. I asked if they had cake to go with my coffee and the rather disinterested waitresses simply said no (Although disappointed we recognised it was a restaurant not a cafe). However, the situation was saved graciously by the restaurant manager, Mark, who appeared with a delicious chocolate brownie, which was, even more deliciously, free of charge! After this our room was ready, more or less at the normal check in time.

Room (Premiere King). The room was very nice and extremely well appointed with large and comfortable bed, quality bedlinen, bathrobes (changed daily) /slippers his/her hand basins in the bathroom, separate bath/shower with very good water pressure. Although there is room for small improvements such as rings for hand towels in bathroom, blackout curtains in addition to the louvred window screens. Housekeeping was a problem for us as we like to have a siesta early afternoon, which most days was the very time they wanted to make-up our room.

Breakfast. The ambience at breakfast was very calm and relaxed. Buffet breakfast main options varied daily and were very good, albeit with limited, but sufficient, choice. Only criticism would be bread and pastries were lacking in variety.

Dinner. This is the one area where we feel the hotel has a problem. As mentioned, there are many restaurants in the immediate area, consequently we only ate in the hotel one evening. We found the food to be bland, although Mark did provide the obligatory chocolate dessert! They have a nightly band, which does differentiate the restaurant from other establishments, but we found it too loud, and the singer's voice was of dubious quality!

Amenities. We visited the rooftop swimming pool/bar area, which provides beautiful panoramic views unless and until you peer over the edges and see the construction sites and general concrete views immediately surrounding the hotel.

We have been to Boracay maybe 8 or 9 times over the last 25 years, and this is the nicest full-service hotel we've stayed at; but Boracay is not as it was. it is suffering the effects of mass tourism and White Beach is not so white anymore, neither does the sand have the fine, sugary feel it once had.

We had been extremely disappointed by the resort where we were staying and ended up booking here for our Christmas eve supper. We found everything that we were missing at the Feliz. The manager and staff here are first class. They make you feel like you are one of the family. The food was excellent and the service was impeccable.

One of the Chefs came out to offer us his special breaded mushrooms. The manager brought out some appetizers for us to try and he was very genuine in letting us know that he tried them first to make sure that we would enjoy them. The Buffet included grilled meat, vegetables and sea food plus a very large Paella. The desert selection was scrumptious and they brought me excellent brewed coffee to complete the meal.

As is usually the case in the Philippines, the musical entertainment was really nice. The Christmas Dinner was served in the open court yard next to a beautiful fountain. The tables were well spaced so we felt safe and the staff was very conscientious of the COVID protocols. The staff never hovered but was always vigilant for an empty glass or plate. They seemed to know what we liked and would offer to bring us more to our table.

The Hotel Feliz did everything possible to make our Christmas a memorable and happy experience that we will always cherish. They succeeded and we will always be grateful.

This hotel is living up to its name, Feliz, meaning happy in Spanish. Lou and their front office associates welcomed us with the warmest smiles. We arrived a little bit earlier than the check-in time but they were kind enough to let us in so we could rest before we explore the island.

Our room was spotless, clean, and comfortable. They refresh the rooms daily and were kind enough to grant our requests. Michael, Mark, and Bien were assigned to clean our room during our stay, and they all did an excellent job. CJ, their Housekeeping Supervisor, greeted us on one occasion and we requested a clothes iron and they delivered it to our room right away.

Melvin, the lifeguard at the pool area was very attentive and even offered to take our photo. We had our first dinner at Buenavista and Ann Nicole, the F&B staff assigned was kind enough to suggest food and drinks we can order. The pizza was good, the flavor was on point. The view added to the experience, imagine seeing the whole of Boracay, from the turquoise ocean to the lively scene at D'Mall.

The hotel comes to life every evening. The restaurants were packed with guests dining and just enjoying the chill atmosphere of Boracay. The fire dance was so fun and the dancers were just so talented. Dan, their F&B Supervisor, would always check on us to see if we need anything, making sure we were having a great time. The servers were quick, courteous, and attentive from the moment we were seated to the time we asked for our bill. It was not hard to spot their F&B Manager, Mark, as he was present on all evenings we dined at La Plaza, making sure no guests are left unattended and his team moving in sync. Their cocktail selections were a yes for me!

The dining staff assigned at breakfast were also delightful to deal with. Mico took care of us and made sure that we enjoyed our mornings at Feliz.

Their security team is like no other, they were very pleasant and polite, and always had smiles ready to welcome guests.

Karine, their Rooms Division Manager, sent us off and was kind enough to ask how our stay was. I'm sure she and the other staff working in the background all work tirelessly to make sure the front-of-house operates smoothly. We, of course, had a grand time and already planning to visit Boracay in the next couple of months!

Thank you Feliz for such a memorable stay!

I have been to many hotels both here and abroad, but Feliz’s hospitality and service is exemplary.

I am a senior citizen and part of being at this age is having troubles with staircases, long walks and food that might not go well with my medication.
With my stay in Feliz I have felt the genuine care of the staffs especially Ms Ella. Whenever she sees me in the morning she would always offer assistance and brings me/ helps me with getting my food, coffee and or tea. Thanks dear! You are just so pleasantly warm with elders.

Also, I am happy with the selection of food everyday. I am able to find food that is okay for a senior with medication like me, The chefs have thought of their offerings for all age group. Very good!

There is an elevator and so it saves me energy as we are checked in on the fifth floor, it’s perfect too because just above us is the roofdeck and I enjoy sunsets here.

The room and bathroom is clean, the beds are comfortable and I love the feature on their rooms to advise staff that you don’t like to be disturbed and you don’t have to hang anything on the doorknob, instead just a tap of a button and voila! No disturbances at all.

The hotel is also near the beach and so my knees won’t hurt by taking long walks to the beach.

I am totally happy with everything and
Everyone in Feliz. You are senior citizen approved!

We're highly satisfied with our stay at Feliz Hotel Boracay The staff (lobby receptionists, lounge/restaurant staff (Ella and Ver and also the manager Sir Mark), lobby guards) are polite, friendly, and accommodating. All of them made us feel at home. Our early check in and check out requests were granted. The room was well prepared when we checked in, with fresh sheets, complete toiletries, and the temperature was perfect. I'd rate our experience as 5/5. Looking forward to our next stay.

We stayed at Feliz Hotel for 4D3N. The place is aesthetically pleasing, still quite new, and has good facilities. The staff are proactive to our needs. Their restaurant provides buffet style breakfast (many) or plated breakfast (few) depending on the number of checked-in guests.

Kuya Chill and Kuya KC from the La Plaza restaurant are very friendly and attentive. They ensure that we are comfortable and at home whenever we dine. Food at the restaurant is generally good with generous serving. Our personal favorites are the salmon pinchito and the churros!

We enjoyed spending time at the gym and the roof deck pool. Since the hotel is safeguarding its guests this pandemic season, they require to book slots on these facilities to ensure proper social distancing. This works for us because we get to enjoy these facilities all to ourselves.

I just checked out of Feliz an hour ago, and I miss it already. Aside from the beautiful interior, spacious rooms, and great food, the best thing about the hotel is their amazing staff.

Ms Karine and her team at the front desk accomodated us even though Agoda failed to confirm our stay with them. If not, we would have ended up with no hotel in the island. Ms Karine made sure we werent bothered by the problem with Agoda even though it was also an inconvenience for them. Thank you, Ms Karine, Ms Paula and Ms Dennie. Check-in and out was a breeze. Of course, I want to commend and thank Chris for always making sure we were ok. He even became our photographer during our stay. Thank you for the warmth and beautiful photos, Chris!

And to the Food and Beverage team, impeccable service! The breakfast team, Ms Ella, Mae, Chen, Chris, Jes and Ver, were very warm, genuine and very attentive to our needs. They made sure all the members of our group, especially my kids who are very picky eaters are well-fed. No one gets forgotten. They always accomodated the request for bacon of my son (who only eats bacon) and made sure my toddler(who is still asleep in the mornong) would have food when she wakes up. I appreciate this very much and couldnt not thank them enough. Ver, also accomodated our request very late at night and provided my sister with lemon ginger tea for her stomachache.

I also want to commend Sir Dan and her team for our dinner and evening drinks. He always accomodated our special requests and made sure we were getting what we wanted. Though we had a lot of requests, he was very patient, kind and warm with us.

Pool attendant was also very attentive to our needs and was always smiling. He provided us with lots of fresh towels though we didnt ask. It was awesome.

And, of course, the housekeeping staff, though we never saw them during the whole stay, we would always get surprised to see our room super clean, beds were always made, supplies were replenished and robes and towels were new EVERYDAY!

The staff and the service they provided truly made a lasting impression on me.

We have been to plenty of hotels(husband worked in the hotel industry and is an Accor member), and I would say that our stay in Feliz is definitely one of the best hotel experience I had. Though station 1 is the best area in Boracay, I will still stay in Feliz.

I love the staff, and because of this, I love the hotel. Its beautiful interior is just a plus!❤

We stayed at the Feliz for 5 days 4 nights and I must say we gad a very wonderful time here. All the staff were very accomodating from the time of inquiry, check in,the stay itself and upon checking out. Front desk was always happy to welcome you and serve you. Even the restaurant servers was very kind. They also had additional touch that made our stay exceptional. They surprise me with a mothers day cake inside the room and also made my little daughter happy on her 7th bday by singing her a song and gave her also a cake. Kuddos to Yuni, karine, tin and all front desk staff for the great service. A big big shout out to Ella for always serving, us,filling our tummy with good food, being kind to my kids specially my toddler who always has tantrums, giving extra effort for all our request and always goubg extra mile to make our stay special. Yes they have. It is a combination of them booking a third party transport for you and them using their own van. Just contact the hotel and they can set it up for you. It is not free though, but still affordable!
