Detailed Reviews
The apartment was modern, clean and staff were helpful and friendly. We only stayed one night and had no issues. Parking onsite is $8 per day and you can go in and out as you please.
Lots of cafes and shops next door and a huge park.
I have suggested since we travelled with kids to include locks on the inside of main door for extra security.

We needed somewhere convenient to stay near a wedding we were attending in Heidelberg and the Parc provided an easy 16 min drive.
The kitchenette had everything we needed, the Polaris centre was easy walking distance for coffee, supplies or a meal out.
There is a park at the rear of the hotel for exploring. Our accommodation was in the back block closer to the park and we had no issues with noise. The space was warm and had everything we needed.
The entrance to the underground car park is a little tight but once we were in, we were able to park easily in one of the allocated hotel parking spaces. You do need to follow instructions given at reception for getting into the correct elevator etc.
Fuss free accommodation for a short stay.

The rooms are actually quite ‘newish’ but it’s unfortunate that it was not clean. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment, the carpet was disgusting (dirty with stains), the walls need a paint so many marks, the skirting boards were full of dust and to top it off the bathroom towels had stains on them. The decorative pillows on the beds also had stains on them. If the rooms were clean this would be a good hotel.

Attractive modern contemporary style apartment with a stunning view of the sunset from the balcony to the west over adjacent parkland. The bed was very comfortable and a good night's sleep was guaranteed with no traffic noise from the quiet location of my apartment at the rear of the building. The bathroom was attractive with a great shower. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but I decided to dine out at the nearby shopping precinct with a large choice of restaurants within short walking distance. The gentleman at reception was very welcoming, helpful and efficient. Highly recommended.

I’m writing this because I am extremely angry and do not wish for this to happen to anyone else!!
My friend booked a room for myself and 3 friends. We came up in two vehicles and my friend (who made the booking) arrived 10 mins before me and handled the check in. When I arrived I went to reception and explained that my friend had just checked in but I needed to arrange parking. The receptionist told me to contact my friend because he had already given two key cards and said that my friend “can show you where you can park.”
As a result I parked next to where my friend had parked and whilst I did notice there was not a ‘Parc’ sign hanging above the space, there also wasn’t a ‘reserved’ sign like some of the other spaces opposite. As a result I wrongly assumed that the whole row was for Parc guests as my friend had parked in the first space and I thought it must have been an assigned section.
I was wrong because the following morning MY CAR was MISSING and a sign had been left on the space saying ‘do not park here.’
It was only as I searched for my car that I saw the tow away signs. When I inquired at reception they were unaware that my car had been towed and the receptionist asked to see where my car had been parked. He became very defensive when I asked why he didn’t specify where I should have parked and kept saying rudely “so this is my fault?”
After calling the tow company I learnt that I would have to go to Richmond (27mins away) to collect my car at a 7/11. The company said they would be there at 11.30am they arrived at 1pm (we sat on the concrete the entire time) and I had to pay $660.00!!!!!
I take some responsibility but I am only human and did not set out to take someone’s spot. I just cannot believe that the receptionist did not make it clear where guests should park.
I also cannot understand why the hotel doesn’t take down car regos (like so many other places I’ve stayed at do). So that they could have at least contacted me about my car before it became towed!
A very expensive trip which has left a bad taste in my mouth.
Just be careful if you have a car and stay here!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments regarding your recent stay at our hotel. In regards to your complaint , I have clearly explained to your friend where he needs to park for himself & you during the check in process. I have even given him a copy of car park map & warned not to park in one of private resident's spot. You had agreed to meet your friend and take parking information from him. In addition to that, there was a private parking sign in the spot where you parked & tow warning signs by the building lift. Front Office Manager Damon Kim Parc Hotel

Good hotel. Near suppermarket. Dan murphys. restaurants and transport. Internet is not good and cleaning is only done by requesting it. This includes getting new towels and sheet changes. Near park so good for a walk.

Dear Toony Thank you for your review. It is pleasing to hear you found our location to be very handy to everything you needed. Unfortunately we did lose our internet feed temporarily during your stay, we are happy to report this has been corrected and full service has resumed. Room services may vary depending on the guest requirements, we are very happy however to provide additional services towells etc by request. We trust you will stay with us again, when next you travel. Regards Parc Team.

The place was not clean at all and during our stay it was not serviced despite numerous requests. You can also see that the room is not cleaned thoroughly between check-out of one guest and check in of another. The floors were dirty, the walls were dirty and the sheets had some stains. The beds were quite small and pillows very uncomfortable. Woke up with a headache every day. Our premier apartment faced on the side of the train line and main street which passes right next to hotel and makes it very noisy at night and almost impossible for me to fall asleep. Other than bbq there are no other amenities such as pool or gym or garden. At check-out I had to ring the bell for the receptionist to come out and serve me (was the same for check-in) and they didn’t ask how our stay was just said thanks for the keys. They also charge you full rate arrival and now I know why!!!

The location of this Hotel is why we booked and we definitely got value for money. We were there four nights and suited what we needed it for. There is a disconnect between website and what you get - no L'occitane, parking isn't free - so that needs to be updated, but post Covid in Victoria it's to be expected.

Hotel is poorly laid out and cheap fit out - which is well below the level expected for the price paid.
There is no housekeeping unless you request it. Which I did, twice, and still didn’t happen.
Hotel is in a main road and the parking bays are extremely tight
