What an awesome hotel! This hotel is very well located, between La Gran Vía" Shopping Center, on top Las Cascadas Mall and just a short walk from Multiplaza Mall in Dan Salvador. Less than 10 minutes drive from the America Embassy and many great restaurants and eateries. Great food and awesome drinks, beautiful pool and bar and a complete Gym. But the best asset of the hotel without a doubt it's the staff. Don Gabriel (General Manager), William, Vanessa, Jakie, Michelle y Chinita are phenomenal. Mariel from room maintenance its meticulous in the care of the room and completely trustworthy. Salvador y Jackie (China) are true masters mixologists. Constanza is great! Alberto and the staff from the front desk incredible. Thank you all!

Staff was great! Pillow not too good, but it is a personal preference. There was an issue with check in, although they gave me a discount to fix it. Variety of food, coffees, and drink was great. Easy access to shopping malls and grocery stores.

This is probably one of the nicest hotel in San Salvador. I would definitely come back here on my next trip. Friendly staff, walking distance to clothing stores, restaurants, pharmacies. The location is also very centric to all touristic places near the capital. The salvadorean decor added that special touch to make it very unique to all the other options out there.

The hotel is very new and the staff are very nice. Breakfast is awesome as well as drinks at the pool bar. The maids keep the rooms very clean and go out of their way if you need anything. The staff at the front desk are very courteous.

Every thing in the hotel is perfect! It’s new and modern, with a good touch in furniture. My wife and I took breakfast and is delicious. Parking it is under the hotel so you would not have problem with rain. And the pool has a great view. Rooms are clean and not all but some of them have a great view too.

Great hotel at a great location with friendly people throughout the facility. The room was very comfortable and clean. The common areas were outstanding! My favorite part was the pool area, overseeing some parts of San Salvador with a great bar.

This is a great place to stay. The building and vive is modern, the entire staff is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for you. This is a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazing and helpful. Let’s talk about hotel food…hotel food is usually awful but when I tell you everything at the hotel was amazing. We ate tacos by the bar with some piña coladas. I did say some because after drinking one we ordered 2 more rounds. On another night we opted to stay in our room and order room service and it was exceptional!

I and my girlfriend stayed here for 4 days. The hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. Their customer service and housekeeping were very nice. I recommend that everyone visiting this country should stay here.
