Stayed at this hotel for one evening. The facilities were clean, staff provided great friendly service. The beach walk was nice. However the seaside had lots of seaweed due to this late part of the swimming season. I will recommend thus place if all you want is a relaxing vacation away from tbe city.

We slept there for 2 nights after we escaped Casa Del Mare Golf and Polo resort (in San Remigio as well, see my other review). At least Beach Club had well maintained bedroom and restaurant buildings, and a professional restaurant and bar staff. And a nice swimming pool that our 3-year old enjoyed a lot. Unfortunately the beach is not maintained, it could be a reasonable beach, but for now it stinks dogs and sewage. Plus their rooms are still overpriced, I payed 80 euros for a so-called "executive" room, I believe it was only the "DeLuxe" in fact (only 60), at least 80€ is what I payed at the Cebu City Parklane International and I can tell that the quality of the room in that San Remigio joint was not even half of my Parklane experience!

I'm very practical on my expectations when it comes to resorts outside of Cebu city . I don't expect much , however this place met Zero expectations . First of all rooms are infested with mosquitos , the shower drips with watter , litterally . The restaurant service is horrible . One hour wait for egss and ham ( 3 days straight ) . We were told we can check in for the 5 days we needed to stay but was asked to leave the following day because of over booking . Staff is friendly however they move without any sense of urgency as if they're the ones are on vacation and not the guest . Jet skis were offered at the billboard but turns out they didnt have any , 1000 pesos for 15 min of use is probably the reason why they didnt have any available . Bottom line is STAY AWAY from this place .

We checked in at their most expensive room the ambassador suite, We came at around 2 pm but we were able to enter our room at 3pm already because someone was still using our room. When we got to our room the staff haven't even finish making up the room. We were even surprise to see the loose wirings in the ceiling, The broken floor that injured my wifes foot because it came loose. The pillows were dirty and they smell funny. The walls of the room were lined with cracks. The place force you to eat buffet and the choices were very limited. The ran out of soda and thus you were forced to have shake instead. when we checked out the staff have the audacity to accuse you of stealing their damn stinky pillows and we had to threaten to sue them to make them see the light.

They promise cable TV and internet but their was none. What a Rip off. They had no room service as they were under staff. The noise was terrible because of the cracks in the wall you could hear noises from other guests.

We would never ever come back to this place again and I don't know how much bribe they had to give for them to have a D.O.T Class A rating. Maybe the one who rated it was blind.

We booked a delux room and wastold it was good for 4 people. There was a table good for two people not 4.
An extra bed is 400 extra pesos a day, additional refridgerator is 350a day.
The air conditioner at a high setting was medium cool.
The beach is terrible. The must have inported sand in but it is eroded by wind and waves.
Nothing to do here unless you are a licensed diver. There is a jet ski but we were told it broke down and without parts.
The dining area is not air conditioned so order out unless you want a fan blowing hot air in your face. We wanted to play a game of eight ball but the eight ball was missing.
Serivice is adequate. Delivery of food is ok but they were out of stock on any seafood.
The swiming pool at 5pm was very warm but tolerable to stick your feet in. I did smell chlorine in the water but the water was cloudy.
American breakfast two eggs sunny side up with ham coffee bread and jam + butter...250php.
This is my first and last time.

2 words to describe our experience there : VERY DISAPPOINTING
Service sucks, food sucks and amenities sucks. We were there during their 12th anniversary celebration and it seemed that they were not at all prepared dinner & program was supposed to start by 6pm but when we came there they were still arranging tables and busy doing sound checks. They started the event around 7:30 pm an hour and 30 min late. In addition this resort had a grounded circuit in their pool area and was just an arms length away from the actual pool. To top it all off the place does not have any generator as proven when power came out at around 11am imagine how hot your room gets during that time. Please please do not go to this resort its not worth your time traveling to that place unless your aim for traveling is to jut be disappointed.

I visited this Beach resort on a corporate outing. It has a very big problem with the beach. Now those of you who just walk on the beach would not notice it. But take a swim or a walk a few meters off the shore and you will notice the black mud under your feet. It sucks your feet under and discolors the water.
It smells the color as well and must be (and I am guessing here) runoff from the hotel as there are no large factories in the area. This muddy black area extends more than 50 meters. This can't be a Beach resort.
Hope they can fix their beach.

San Remegio Beach Club would have to be one of my all time worst hotel/resort experiences. There is nothing I can say about this place which is positive which is a shame because you can build on positives. Sadly this resort has not withstood the test of time and everything is either broken or as the staff say "a technical problem" or in desperate need of TLC. Bathrooms are mouldy and unclean, window locks are broken or don't exist. As for the restaurant no white wine available, no sparking wine and only one bottle of red at a very inflated price......it goes on but I think that's enough to paint the picture. 0/10
