Get the feeling that this place is slowly going down hill. The majority of the showers in the swimming pool no longer work along with the heating in the plaza. It’s not particularly enjoyable eating a restaurant meal whilst still wearing your coat.

Room Tip: Don’t rely on the swimming pool showers and don’t eat in the plaza during the winter.

We have been to Elveden center parcs since 1992 and been to winter wonderland about 5 times. This was our first time with our 9 month old grand child....what a difference it made. It was amazing. When we arrived my granddaughter had a little welcome teddy with a message on it. I thought that was a lovely touch. (ok i had contacted CP's before arrival hoping to get a chalk message on the blackboard..i didnt but the teddy was a real bonus) I personally thought they had cut back on the amount of lights about but my daughter and her family knew no different and thought it great. Father Christmas was lovely as were all the elves, but i was a little disappointed we weren't allowed to take our own photos inside the cabin when I have since found out loads of people do!! CPs need a bit of continuety as to what they tell people! They did an elf passport for free. children have to find 4 different elves and at the end they get a little elf toy..this was free and great fun. The letter to santa was also lovely. We never ate out. It can be very expensive and a bit of a let down so we made the most of our lodge. i have to say once you have mastered "the oven" its great to eat in. The wildlife is to die for but be warned if you do decide to feed the wildlife you cant be selective as to what comes to the patio. we did have a rat come. It never bothered us but others dont like them so do think before feeding! all in all it was a super time. Could not fault the lodge. We will be back!

I've been going for the same week for 12 years and they have seriously cut back on Christmas lights, decorations, activities. Elf that greeted us to meet santa first words were what kids do we have here? No more photos allowed in santa so you miss magical moments. Raw chicken served in cafe rouge. They need to change the time back to 3pm instead of 4pm for getting into your lodge. £67 for choosing your lodge is disgusting when you need to pick because your parents cannot walk far!

Travelled with our family and 4 grandkids. Everyone had a great time meeting Santa etc. Must mention in particular the young cycle team who repaired my 4 year old granddaughter's bike for her. Thanks Clair the mechanic and co - great customer service !

We first came to Center Parcs with two very small children and have returned every year since, now with 4 very small grandchildren. We have a brilliant time every year knowing that our accommodation will be spotless, the activities great fun, and the restaurants faultless. An added bonus this year is the revamped Aqua Sana which is just fantastic. Booked and looking forward to next year!

The accommodation was clean and fitted to a high standard. The experience of being close to woodland animals was the best ever. We ate out 3 times 2 dinners and 1 lunch. Food good - if a little expensive Loved the lights and Christmas themes

Warm and snug, clean, comfortable with forest animals coming to visit us every morning 🐿️ 🦌 🦆 🕊️🐦 All staff were very kind and helpful and very gentle and respectful with children. Swimming, family wall squash, tenpin and a gazillion other activities, topped with Christmas enchanted forest were excellent. With no cars around the village, it felt very safe for all family to cycle around. We will definitely be returning.

We’ve been to CP many times and for the last 5-6 years of winter wonderland. Can’t knock anything except the visit to Santa, which is the reason we go. Santa was very poor, not really engaging with the kids then we got the most awful photo, which was so dark. The elves weren’t fun at all before we saw Santa. Such a shame

Myself and 13 family members (5 children) stayed at Elveden Forest from 24th - 27th November, we stayed across 4 different lodges. We had such a wonderful time, we found the booking process for all activities really simple. The additional starter pack we added on per lodge was brilliant and had just the right amount of essentials required to settle in! The bike hire was seamless, we found all the restaurants to be of a high cleanliness and the food was good. The pool area was fantastic, and the cabana we booked for 3 hours on check out day was just brilliant. The christmas lights and different areas across the forest where amazing and so well thought out. My 3 year old son especially loved the mini trek. We have already booked our stay for November 2024 and cannot wait to come back!

Love the place, Been going on and off for 15 years, but It’s got so expensive. Over £5.00 for a coke!! And £12.00 to play a game of pool. Can’t just have one game, you have to play for an hour. They don’t take cash, only card payments throughout the parc . The pool area is lovely, it’s been updated and the changing rooms are more spacious. It was very clean. The parc is decorated beautifully for Christmas and the enchanted forest is stunning.
