Lima Park Hotel was clean and the location was convenient with easy access to malls, restaurants and nearby attractions. One of the standout features in our room was bathtub. It was spacious and kids enjoyed a relaxing soak after a long day of sightseeing. But it’s quite expensive especially considering it didn’t include breakfast. However, it excelled in terms of cleanliness and had a great location.

Stayed at Lima Park Hotel from August 4-6, 2023 for our midyear conference and I can say that we have a great experience from start to finish! The staffs are super accommodating especially Sir Nonie! He can just asked his staff to help us with the luggages but then he proceed to help us enthusiastically and he makes sure that all the guests are well taken care of. Their rooms are clean and cozy. They have a hot and cold shower which I love!! Their buffet breakfast was also good and they are making sure that the food trays are always full so you don’t have to worry about getting ran out of food and there’s a lot of options to choose from!! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and I’m hoping to come again but this time with my family!

Just gome home from Audax Batangas and we stayed at Lima Park Hotel. I want to comment the hotel for it super nice and accommodating staff! I felt welcomed and at home the moment we set foot at the lobby. It was also really really nice that they were able to adjust based on the needs of, i think, most of the current guests (including me) who stayed there to join the cycling event: helpful lobby staff who helped us with our bikes and baggage, discount for the dinner (the food selection was sumptuous by the way!), opening breakfast buffet waaay to early at 4am so us cyclists can eat before the event. Will definitely go back here! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!

We had a really wonderful stay at Lima Park Hotel. We stayed at a 5-star hotel prior to coming here and I can honestly say that the service at Lima Park Hotel is 1000x better than at the overpriced 5-star hotel. We were immediately assisted by their staff from the moment we stepped out of the car. The check-in and check-out experience was very pleasant. All of their staff are friendly and helpful. One important PRO to note is that they offer a shuttle service around Lima. You can request to be dropped off and picked up anywhere around Lima. There is an Outlet Compound near the hotel which has a lot of stores and restaurants, and we were able to fully utilize their complimentary shuttle service during our stay going to and from the Outlet Stores. Their breakfast buffet was also very delicious. I hope they would add more dishes in the future. Overall we had a really wonderful stay at Lima Park Hotel and I would definitely recommend it to other people. If given the chance, I would definitely would go back here and stay with them again with my family.…

Arriving at the hotel was out of the ordinary! For us, they have set a very high standard of customer service- 10/10! As we stepped in, we were greeted and helped by their amazing staff with our luggages and the receptionists were very approachable. Their lobby was set beautifully with Christmas decorations. I could barely point out any issues at the hotel because you’ll fall in love with the care and initiatives they show to their guests. Their breakfast buffet was sufficient and lovely. Our room was very homey, spacious, well-lit and comes with complete toiletries and complimentary stuffs. We were situated at the lower level of the building and was blessed to be near their great-looking swimming pool. Their complimentary shuttle service was spectacular! We would not be able to enjoy the nearby establishments with their generous assistance. I highly recommend Lima Park Hotel to those who’d like to experience a great hotel-quality service! Our family spent 2 nights here and it was a memorable staycation for us. Julie of Front Desk was friendly and pleasant. Though my son's birthday celebration didn't go exactly as planned due to the hard rain and strong wind, we were still lucky to have some food delivered. 😊 Despite the intermittent cable and internet interruptions, my kids found a way to kill the boredom by drawing and playing with the balloons they have set up in the room. They also take a bath often because they use the bathtub. My husband and I loved the hearty and yummy breakfast. Rose of Housekeeping was always helpful and accommodating. We were also glad that the hotel has a shuttle service and a newly renovated pool with a play area beside it. My boys didn't want to leave the poolside anymore. They had an amazing time and were really glad we were there for the long weekend. Glad to have met the efficient and hardworking manager, Mr. Nonie Inciong who treated us very well. Thank you Nonie for the warm hospitality and for making our stay a very special one, indeed. It was absolutely a memorable vacation for me and my whole family. This is my third time to have a staycation in this hotel and I see that it is improving each time. It is a good venue for events as there are many options and there are gardens everywhere. No problem with parking. Outlet stores, restaurants and a supermarket is within the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food are just okay, nothing spectacular. Service staff are accommodating and respectful---always greeting with a smile.

One of the best things about this hotel is their staff, who are all courteous and helpful. We had one night staycation package with an activity at Batangas Lakelands. The hotel room was spacious enough for a family of four, it was clean and well maintained. The room that we had was fronting the swimming pool, and it wasn’t noisy unlike other hotels. Spacious cabinets were provided, and it’s a plus point specially for a mom like me who doesn’t like bags or luggages or any “kalat” to be seen even on a vacation :) They also have eco friendly measures, such as using glass bottles for in room water instead of plastic ones. I liked the way how they provided the retractable clothes line to hang your wet clothes at the toilet. The pool also have an available beach towel so you don’t have to bring a towel. The pool was big enough and quite nice with surrounding landscape though the water wasn’t as clear as I expected it should be. Also, the smoking area was near the pool which I think should be far away from the amenities specially it’s near kids who can have allergies to smoke. It should have been placed in a garden away from the amenities. The cafe was also nice. The hotel was quiet and the ambience is relaxing. If you just want a quick and relaxing getaway from the city, I recommend this hotel. I booked a night stay for a newlywed couple as my gift,they really enjoyed their stay... I was surprised for hotel staffs who made their room extra special, thankyou to housekeeping,food server and kitchen staffs for great service. First of all, this review was done during the pandemic period and I was advised by hotel staff that they are subjected to very strict protocols compared to other locations' hotels where we experienced less stringent measures thus more relaxes and more activities/amenities available. I am sure that come normal times, my review would dramatically change. Our stay in Lima Park came secondary since we were first attracted to the Batangas Lakeshore day trip activities. We later found out that there was a tandem promotion which included an overnight stay. PROS 1. Huge hotel on a vast lot with mature landscaping and tropical interiors... laidback vibes throughout. 2. Pool was also huge with scattering of lounge chairs with umbrellas so very conducive to relaxing. 3. Room was cozy (not too big) but well thoughout that one doesn't feel cramped. Comes with standard 4star amenities like coffee/counter, desk, personal ref, safe, slippers and a Tub! which was a welcome surpise since the pool closes early due to pandemic health protocols. 4. Location was good. Within 2 blocks is The Outlets commercial center. We had fun looking for bargains and trying their different restaurants since all of Lima Park Hotel's restos were closed due to pandemic health protocols? COULD BE IMPROVED 1. At the time our stay, pool was closed at 2pm... Which is just when guests normally check-in. So we had to reserve a slot early the next day to just use the pool before check-out. A few days after, pool closing adjusted to 5pm. A little more adjustment please. 2. As mentioned, please start opening one or two restaurants so guests can enjoy dining in the hotel not just in their rooms. Because of pandemic health protocol limitations, i am not going to be nitpicky in reviewing Lima Park Hotel. Considering the limited. Hotel options in the Lipa/Malvar area, Hotel Lima Park is still Malvar's glowing spark and I would consider trying them out again when things normalize. …
