Our family had a great time at the hotel. The staff was very courteous and hospitable. Their rooms were clean and had the comfiest blankets. We had their Christmas buffet and the food selection was nostalgic of Filipino feast but also included options like pasta and DIY salad. Their bar is well-stocked too. The hotel's location also offers a relaxing view of greeneries and sunset which we enjoyed while strolling towards the nearby outlets. I also recommend their tour offering. Our hosts were energetic and accommodating making the overall trip a fun experience despite the rainy weather. Our gratitude to the hotel and kitchen staff for making our Christmas celebration a memorable one.

We had an amazing weekend at Limapark Hotel, last December 29-30. It was an impromptu trip but everything went smoothly.

Check-in was a breeze. Front Office staf were very organized. Concierge was very patient and we are thankful that Chester knew the Mass Schedules so we can time our Church visit.

The staff were kind and accomodating. Customer Service was excellent. Lewelin was able to take care of us non-swimmers by the pool, not only attending to our needs but assisting the swimmers as well. Not sure if the staff at the Bar was Christian, but his smile remained even if we had so many requests. Drinks were delicious. But please note that mint leaves were OS so we were not able to order Mojitos. We still ordered other cocktails.

Thank you Chester (drop off) and Arwin (pick up) for your smooth driving skills. They were able to carry conversations with us and still managed to remain professional.

Dyanne at FO was very calm, polite, and dependable.

FOOD IS THE BEST!!!

Hapi, as Duty Manager, made sure that our family and friends were well taken care of and made sure that we maximized our stay at the hotel.

We will definitely come back and will try the tour and spa next time.

One of the best things about this hotel is their staff, who are all courteous and helpful. We had one night staycation package with an activity at Batangas Lakelands. The hotel room was spacious enough for a family of four, it was clean and well maintained. The room that we had was fronting the swimming pool, and it wasn’t noisy unlike other hotels. Spacious cabinets were provided, and it’s a plus point specially for a mom like me who doesn’t like bags or luggages or any “kalat” to be seen even on a vacation :) They also have eco friendly measures, such as using glass bottles for in room water instead of plastic ones. I liked the way how they provided the retractable clothes line to hang your wet clothes at the toilet. The pool also have an available beach towel so you don’t have to bring a towel. The pool was big enough and quite nice with surrounding landscape though the water wasn’t as clear as I expected it should be. Also, the smoking area was near the pool which I think should be far away from the amenities specially it’s near kids who can have allergies to smoke. It should have been placed in a garden away from the amenities.

The cafe was also nice. The hotel was quiet and the ambience is relaxing. If you just want a quick and relaxing getaway from the city, I recommend this hotel. There’s also a nearby outlet mall and grocery if in case you forgot to bring something or you want to do some shopping. All in all, it was a good stay. Thank you, Lima Park Hotel :)

Wanting relaxation, the family started searching for places to go to after Christmas.Somewhere not too far, great accomodations, and most importantly, a place with good food. The first place that came to mind was, of course, Lima Park Hotel! I have been enjoying all the overnights we've done in this place and I knew they were going to have a good time. So, off we went, total of three families, 16 all in all. It was such a delight seeing everyone have a good time. Travel time was short, accomodations were met and most importantly, everyone feasted on delicious food. Our gratitude goes out to Hapi Maligaya for taking care of our group, making sure everyone's desire and want was fulfilled, Lewelyn, the pool attendant, for keeping an eye on the young ones and young once while frolicking in the cool water, the Chef, who fulfilled our craving for kare kare, crispy pata, bangus, salpicao, and garlic rice, Chester and Arwin for bringing us to and from church, Diane for assisting us in sorting out our expenses. Our thanks goes out to all the crew of the hotel who made our stay such a happy experience. It was a great way to end 2019. More power to Lima Park Hotel!!!

First of all, this review was done during the pandemic period and I was advised by hotel staff that they are subjected to very strict protocols compared to other locations' hotels where we experienced less stringent measures thus more relaxes and more activities/amenities available. I am sure that come normal times, my review would dramatically change.

Our stay in Lima Park came secondary since we were first attracted to the Batangas Lakeshore day trip activities. We later found out that there was a tandem promotion which included an overnight stay.

PROS

1. Huge hotel on a vast lot with mature landscaping and tropical interiors... laidback vibes throughout.

2. Pool was also huge with scattering of lounge chairs with umbrellas so very conducive to relaxing.

3. Room was cozy (not too big) but well thoughout that one doesn't feel cramped. Comes with standard 4star amenities like coffee/counter, desk, personal ref, safe, slippers and a Tub! which was a welcome surpise since the pool closes early due to pandemic health protocols.

4. Location was good. Within 2 blocks is The Outlets commercial center. We had fun looking for bargains and trying their different restaurants since all of Lima Park Hotel's restos were closed due to pandemic health protocols?

COULD BE IMPROVED

1. At the time our stay, pool was closed at 2pm... Which is just when guests normally check-in. So we had to reserve a slot early the next day to just use the pool before check-out. A few days after, pool closing adjusted to 5pm. A little more adjustment please.

2. As mentioned, please start opening one or two restaurants so guests can enjoy dining in the hotel not just in their rooms.

Because of pandemic health protocol limitations, i am not going to be nitpicky in reviewing Lima Park Hotel. Considering the limited. Hotel options in the Lipa/Malvar area, Hotel Lima Park is still Malvar's glowing spark and I would consider trying them out again when things normalize.

Our family spent 2 nights here and it was a memorable staycation for us. Julie of Front Desk was friendly and pleasant. Though my son's birthday celebration didn't go exactly as planned due to the hard rain and strong wind, we were still lucky to have some food delivered. 😊 Despite the intermittent cable and internet interruptions, my kids found a way to kill the boredom by drawing and playing with the balloons they have set up in the room. They also take a bath often because they use the bathtub.
My husband and I loved the hearty and yummy breakfast. Rose of Housekeeping was always helpful and accommodating. We were also glad that the hotel has a shuttle service and a newly renovated pool with a play area beside it. My boys didn't want to leave the poolside anymore. They had an amazing time and were really glad we were there for the long weekend. Glad to have met the efficient and hardworking manager, Mr. Nonie Inciong who treated us very well. Thank you Nonie for the warm hospitality and for making our stay a very special one, indeed. It was absolutely a memorable vacation for me and my whole family. The experience was exciting and something new, staycation away from the metro. I give Limapark Hotel a 5 stars! You're sure to #haveagreatstay at Limapark Hotel.

As a result of our poor experience, we have decided against booking our vacation with Lima Park Hotel. We encourage other potential guests to consider alternative options. It is disappointing that a hotel with so much potential needs to prioritize customer satisfaction and quality service.

My husband and I were interested in booking one of their venues, so we reached out to inquire about rates. However, the responses we received were brief and unhelpful, suggesting that the staff were not interested in accommodating our needs. Unfortunately, our experience with Lima Park Hotel's customer service disappointed me.

We hope that the management at Lima Park Hotel will take steps to improve their customer service standards and demonstrate a genuine commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience.

Just gome home from Audax Batangas and we stayed at Lima Park Hotel. I want to comment the hotel for it super nice and accommodating staff! I felt welcomed and at home the moment we set foot at the lobby. It was also really really nice that they were able to adjust based on the needs of, i think, most of the current guests (including me) who stayed there to join the cycling event: helpful lobby staff who helped us with our bikes and baggage, discount for the dinner (the food selection was sumptuous by the way!), opening breakfast buffet waaay to early at 4am so us cyclists can eat before the event. Will definitely go back here! Thank you guys! Keep up the great work!

This is my third time to have a staycation in this hotel and I see that it is improving each time. It is a good venue for events as there are many options and there are gardens everywhere. No problem with parking. Outlet stores, restaurants and a supermarket is within the area. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food are just okay, nothing spectacular. Service staff are accommodating and respectful---always greeting with a smile.

Our room was a bit old. The cabinets, tables, TV were dated and badly needed replacement. The restroom was also old. The only upside is that it had a bath tub. But we had to ask the front desk for a plug because when we arrived there wasn't any. The room also smelled old and of mold when we first arrived. The internet was slow. The reception in the TV was poor. I did expect more from the price and it was disappointing when compared to photos. However the hotel amenities were good. The pool was well maintained. The rest of the property also appeared well maintained. The location was good, it is easily accessible yet peaceful. The staff were also friendly.
