Room seems to be newly renovated. Pillows were not up to standard. Some facilities like wave pool were not open. Cleanliness of the pool is not up to standard. Some of the facilities showed some rusting. Food was through food packs which offered variety. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Lights out by 700PM basically

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and we occupied two rooms in the Forbes Suites. It was an enjoyable experience as the place is very quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean. We also have a kitchen so we are able to cook our own food. We also ordered food and have it delivered to the room and it was delicious. The food prices are okay. The kids also enjoyed the pools and the free activities like the mini zipline. They have also tried the floating playground but did not really liked it. I think its much suited to teens and adults specially that the available lifevests are adult sized and the pool is about 20 feet deep. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will definitely come again

This place would've been better if everything is just maintained properly. Everything is old, creaky, dirty, and the staff aren't that much accommodating (or maybe because I'm just a local). All their amenities and activities are just limited. 2 kayaks and 1 water bike is just available. Had to wait for an hour or so just for those activities. Wave pool, the wall climbing activity is not even working. Many other outdoor activities are just broken and unavailable and we just got tired of asking. Had a hiccup with our packed dinner and it took them an hour to figure out that they've been sending the food in the wrong room. Had to go and check twice too. And the food is just awful. The beef is just rubber. And the peas tastes bitter. It just feels cheap. Had to pay 40 pesos for the toothbrush/toothpaste because it's not toiletries is not included in the package. What kind of hotel room was that. During our stay, another guest even got injured and had a swollen lip afterwards. I guess those waivers do come handy right? Be careful when trying their activities. All in all, we had quite a fun stay but we'd rather spend it elsewhere. We got fooled by the website and the videos on YouTube. There's a real uncanny situation going on and I'm not even sure if their trying to fix it.…

The outdoor activities are fine although my classmate got a lacerated toe down the mud slide due to a sharp rock. Wished they checked the area beforehand. Honestly, I wished they ensure all the materials for the activities sanitized and safe. I didn't particularly feel too safe seeing some rust, thin metal frames, etc. The rooms were average but kinda dirty to my standard, they didn't maintain and keep good furnishings for the accommodation.

We had a fun trip here in Caliraya. Even though the weather was a bit gloomy at the time we got there, you can easily feel the tranquility and the serenity it has to offer the tourists and guests. We had an overnight stay and the service is exceptional.

The food was great though a little salty. I missed the buffet style but hopefully be brought to normal after a more relaxed quarantine protocols were implemented The staff were nice and courteous. The rides are amazing. Thank you for accommodating us. Will probably visit again in the future.
