Asia Grand View staff is out of this world, Christin and her team were extremely accommodating to our needs. My wife was not feeling well during our trip there and we need help getting some medication. The front desk staff dutifully contacted every pharmacy on the island for us to get the medication we needed. Arranged for delivery and even paid with his own money before claiming it from us.
I hang my wet clothes on the balcony to dry and as we left each day to go dive. If it had rain, the staff would come and take my clothes and prevent them from getting any wetter. Whatever we asked for the staff was happy to accommodate our needs and queries.
Thou the Asia Grand View might be a little out of the way on the island from Coron Town Proper. But the staff made it a home away from home.

Just over 30 rooms divided into several houses fit nicely into the well-kept complex, which also has a pool, which is popular given the temperatures. Asia Grand View Hotel (AGVH) is one of my favorite places in Coron, Palawan for so many reasons! I have stayed there twice (February 2023 & August 2022) and will gladly trust them with my vacation every time I visit the beautiful rural Busuanga island.
AGHV hotel offers clean rooms with all essential supplies, has an amazing restaurant with a stunning view, provides needed accessories (towels, beach chairs) for those who just want to chill by the spacious pool. However, nothing can bit the most kind, attentive and caring staff who will make your stay the best possible experience and assist you with anything you might need from booking a tour to suggestions of local sightseeings / places to eat / souvenir shops. They really do have your best interests in mind!
If you are looking for a homey chill place where you can relax and let go of all of your worries, you can not go wrong with staying at Asia Grand View Hotel!

I visited Palawan (El Nido) last year and it was wonderful, so this time I stayed here on Coron Island and enjoyed island hopping. All the staff are kind. They respond quickly to various requests. It is close to the city and a tricycle costs 30 pesos (about 100 yen) per person. It is conveniently located and close to the airport. There is also a shuttle from the airport (the price differs between shared and private). It is shared and costs 250 pesos (just under 1000 yen) per person. The view from the restaurant is fast and there is a very good singer singing every evening. However, the dinner at the restaurant is not delicious.

Not So Good Points 1. Internet strength very poor. 2. Front desk staff is OK but not great compared to other hotels I have been. 3. Received multiple calls to ask me when I will check out. Unpleasant. 4. Not cheap but they lack competition for now. Once competition comes they will be unable to maintain these prices.
Conclusion Generally very comfortable. Would recommend it to friends.

The Hotel Asia Grand View is one of the best hotels in the Philippines. The price-performance ratio is excellent - you come into the lobby and have a direct view of the sea from the terrace. It is very peaceful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Everything is very clean. Eating breakfast on the terrace in the morning is simply enchanting. We sometimes ate à la carte at lunch and dinner. The food is excellent. The rooms are very lovingly and sustainably furnished. Everything is very comfortable and thought out with attention to detail. I would book this hotel again and again. The only small drawback: after ordering the food, it took 50 minutes or more for the food to arrive. The food itself, however, was very, very good. The garden has also been designed with love. The pool is also fine. The best thing for the evening is the bar by the water. They serve very tasty cocktails. You can always get a seat on the jetty and there are also great hammocks on the jetty. The music is very nice. All in all, a very, very nice hotel.

The staff where always very helpful when we needed their assistance , rooms cleaned daily , the surrounding areas of the hotel are very clean and tidy , this made the hotel always welcoming. Breakfast was buffet style with plenty to choose to suit all guests. Evening Dinner was very nice with plenty of choice , Singer was playing and he was very good.

Beautiful hotel but overall a 4 star hotel. Tables always full of ants, I stayed in a similar hotel on the island of El Nido and didn't have this problem. Good breakfast, but as we were alone for two days in the entire hotel, they didn't include the buffet they had, nor were we offered what they normally served. After two days, more guests arrived and we started to have free coffee, which was very bad on the hotel's part. Renting a scooter at the hotel, I don't recommend it at all. We had a slight accident, where the bike got some scratches, they demanded 5000 Philippine pesos for the repair, to which we said no because they basically wanted a new bike and the scooter worked really well. Scratches that will be normal in the future with other people renting. In the end they lowered the price to 3800 Philippine pesos, but the scooter was parked for more than two days without being repaired. We left without seeing if the scooter would be fixed. Conclusion: the only positive points of this hotel - some employees, highlighting Jomaire at reception, pancakes and swimming pool.

One of the great points of the hotel is the staff. Very friendly , helpful , accommodating and attentive to your needs especially the reception, restaurant and kitchen staff , thank you all. Although the location gives limited access to mobile internet, they helped with WiFi access which was good.

AGVH does not have elevators. It has stairs and pathways through the garden which you have to walk through to get to your rooms. The hotel is set up in such a way that the rooms are like neighboring cottages surrounding the pool and garden.
It's a quick tricycle ride (or walk) to town where there are docks for ferries /dhingis to take you to beaches. As far as I know they are tour-operated. You'll find dozens of tours per day in town. The good beaches are not that accessible.

As of this time, we do not have unlimited buffet service in the whole Coron area specially if it includes bar items. Most if not all hotels offer ala carte and per item service with the bar.
