Incredible service, there are so many lovely attentive staff who speak good English. Our first room was a bit average, but we were upgraded to a better room the second night. Food was good. They went over and above to cater for my gluten allergy. I also recommend going to eat the local Lomi down the road for a cheap local meal. Jules was a wonderful guide! Not cheap but if you're looking for a downtempo secluded escape looking upon an active volcano, this is the place.
