A good place to just unwind and be lazy and enjoy with your love ones . It’s cold and windy this time of the year and if you’re intention is to be away from the busy city life and warm humid air this is a good place to visit . Food though isn’t that good as well as Wifi facilities not strong enough . They have a gym and indoor pool you can enjoy or a stroll amongst the pine trees is good for the relaxation ambiance . Their entertainment room for the family is also a good place for bonding .

great location with so much potential but due to lack of traction, i feel staff are discouraged so the service wasn’t the best. we requested extra amenities for our overnight stay twice yet wasnt delivered. I believe if it was busier the service would improve as well.

Been here several times, it still has its grandeur but some facilities are old and needs repairs. Indoor pool is closed along with the indoor playground and other facilities. I was sad to see the place with less people and a bit lifeless far from how it was some 5 years ago.

By it's appearance you would expect this hotel to be 5 stars and by reading about the facilities they offer you would certainly expect a 5 star rating. Unfortunately, this is not the case. This hotel has the potential to be a 5 star resort hotel, however lacks the quality and finesse that you would expect. There is no Bar! The food menu is very limited and serves poor quality food, (This should be a fine dinning experience, to go with the beautiful views). There is no wine list! They only serve wine by the glass, which is a very poor wine selection. If you bring your own wine, the have the audacity to charge you corkage. The rooms were not maintained well. The TV/ Cable did not function well. You would expect for the price you pay to have complimentary water in the rooms. They insist that woman and female children to wear a swimming cap and then charge you for the rent of them. Their reason is that hair might get into the pool!. What a big shame. They only need to make some easy fixed solutions to make this a 5 star residence. Would not stay there again.

No internet for people like me on quarantine. The place looks fabulous. I got an amazing view from my room. However, there’s no internet and my mobile signal was very poor. There’s nothing to do in my room! It’s quite upsetting because even a 2 star or 3 star hotels are offering internet connection.. Can you imagine staying in this place for 10 days? Well.. at least I got television. Boredom kills btw!

The hotel and the amenities are great but the food sucks. Time to replace the cook or have another restaurant at the premises. One time I ordered food for take out and their rice is like "lugaw". Having 2 restaurants at the premises provide more choices for their customers.

This is the third time we’re going to canyon woods. First two times were with my family but now I went with my boyfriend for a bit of celebration hehe. Commute to the hotel was quite confusing but we safely got here. The staff were accommodating and professional and most the facilities are now improved. We never got bored throughout our stay and we just roamed around enjoying what they offered, goofing around and just talking about a lot of stuff. We may not have the most romantic date but i really felt like we’ve grown much closer to each other. 😻💓

This place will always be our place… my place to unwind and just chill. And we will always be happy to go back.

I am a backpacking person and I love to go places that are cold and somehow up near the clouds though of course being a solo person and wanting to have a peaceful getaway, Canyon Woods is what I found. My stay there was really nice and the food are delish in taste, though of course I always go out and check the travel spots near it still whenever I go back and stay for the night I loved it. Will go back here again

Our family have bonding time together with the beautiful ambiance of our bedrooms as well as the surroundings. We enjoy swimming and eating together at the pool side. Served by the cheerful polite waiters. Have relaxing moments with beauty of the natures and smells of the greens. Welcome by the well trained smiling hotel staff and house keeping personnel.

Hello. It’s more like a guarded community. But from the hotel, if you wanna get around, you can do it by foot or ride one of their service vehicles. This is very useful whenever you want to go to the chapel which is a bit far. Tricycles can be seen outside but not inside the community. Food and beverage are available in a separate building probably a few blocks away from the hotel. They have buffet for the guests. Getting there on a private vehicle or a rented one would be great. But you can also commute on your own via public transportation. I hope I was able to answer some of your questions.
