Our stay at Stellar Potter's Ridge was very special! We booked the entire hotel for our wedding weekend. Our family and friends enjoyed the stay! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They did a great job at keeping up with our requests. The hotel was very clean. The Suite was the perfect size for my bridal preparations. I had a problem with the water in my shower, but was very thankful that the staff came right away to resolve the issue! The restaurant upstairs was beautiful and the food was delicious! We had a lot of guests for a dinner the night before our wedding. The supervisor worked with us to arrange for this dinner party. And we were very satisfied with the outcome! They had karaoke for us after dinner too. The view from the balconies were breathtaking! I would highly recommend a stay or even hosting an event here!…

We booked all the rooms in Stellar Potter's Ridge for us from January 4th to January 6th for my daughter's wedding preparation. The whole building was occupied by my family and our guests. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner here and the wedding preparations. Alma Gonzales, the front office supervisor was so helpful and efficient from the very beginning all the way to the end of our stay. She helped me a lot with our room reservations, with our dinner plans and during our whole stay. She really made everything so lovely and special for us. She took care of every little request I had. My daughter and her husband said that it was so nice that we got the whole building for us and everything felt special. Berlie and the rest of the restaurant and bar staff were so attentive with our needs. The rehearsal dinner felt so special and very intimate. We had the whole restaurant reserved for us that night. Food were delicious and the buffet set up was elegant looking. Housekeeping staff were all so helpful and quick with responding to our needs. They were always there to help us carry our luggages, there was no need for us to ask or call for help. Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. My daughter had a problem with the water in her bathroom sink but the staff came to her room right away and got it fixed quick. No complaint. Thank you Alma and to the rest of the staff, the housekeeping, the restaurant's waiting and bar staff, security and valet parking staff and of course to the hotel manager, I think his name is TJ (sorry if I got it wrong), thank you all! This is our 2nd time to stay at Stellar Potter's Ridge. Upon arrival, we were quickly accommodated then treated with welcome drinks and fresh fruits. The rooms were clean and there was a common veranda to enjoy the fresh air and tagaytay view. All the staff were friendly, courteous and accommodating. As food-lovers, we enjoyed the menu and service in IDK (Inom-Drama-Kain). Must try are: inihaw na liempo, rellenong talong, and every flavor of bibingka (ube wasn't available that time but traditional and de leche tasted great!). Thanks Mr. Roy for the travel tips and for remembering who ordered which. We enjoyed eating there because of the great servings, cool ambiance and very attentive staff like Ms. Berlie and the boys. It's also great that Stellar has a partnership with other hotels and their recreational areas. Potter's Ridge is also located near a lot of tour spots already, made it easier to visit a lot of them during our stay. Thanks Stellar Potter's Ridge for another wonderful experience. If you're looking for a 'home far away from home type' of vacation, Stellar by Potter's Ridge is the answer. The food is great (their christmas buffet is so awesome), the rooms are clean and don't get me started with the fresh sheets. You can also get a great view of nature. The staffs are so accomodating and attentive to your requests. You can never go wrong with them. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to my friends and family.

We loved our stay at this boutique hotel. First, we were given an upgrade to a deluxe room which we really appreciated because at the time I booked it, the superior room was the only room almost equivalent to my free room voucher (from Hotels.com) but lower than the value. Days before our stay, the deluxe room was on promo, so I'm glad that they upgraded us to the Deluxe room. Thanks to Jigs, their reservation officer! They even surprised us by setting up our room with balloons and flower petals on our bed. Plus they gave us welcome drinks with complimentary fruits and a cake. Again, thanks to Jigs because he took note that it was our anniversary when I mentioned it to him upon booking. Love this special touch of service! The staff were very friendly but to a fault at times though because they would check on us every now and then, when we wanted to rest already. ;-) Special mention of appreciation to CJ as well, who was the very friendly and accommodating waiter at their restaurant. He also gave special service when we requested for room service. About their room, the bed was comfortable and they have extra facilities: aside from a mini ref, they also have an electric kettle, a microwave and plates and utensils. The toilet is good enough but the bidet had a strong water pressure. They have a restaurant with funny hugot lines on a big board, as well as their menu. We love their bibingka which was quite big for sharing. We tasted their pancit which was also good and their Filipino breakfast (comes free with the room booking) was also yummy. Overall, we loved our stay at this boutique hotel, the friendly staff and extra personal touch of customer care! Truly worth to be part of the Astoria group of hotels.…

Went here to celebrate my aunt's 70th birthday with her 3 sisters (including my mom) and they all had a great stay. The rooms provided are spacious and well equipped. There's a relaxing view from our balcony -- had the balcony got net against insects, I would've stayed there the whole day. Hotel's compact but cozy and located at the quiet side of Tagaytay. It is easy to locate and full of friendly staff. The rooms are equipped with clean and soft sheets, pillows, and towels. One of the doors' knob broke but they were quick to replace and repair it - although they missed to clean up the mess after the repair before we called it out, I am still fairly satisfied with the service with received.
